1.Progress of treatment of IgA nephropathy in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(2):177-178,202
There is not a unified and specific treatment for IgA nephropathy at present, and the treatments varies with the individuals, because of the great disparity of seriousness, diversity in pathological changes and discrepancy in course of the disease. It is still regarded as the major therapeutic objective in clinical medicine that alleviating the clinical symptoms, protecting the kidney function, and delaying the progress of kidney disease.

Objective To investigate hemostatic effect of uterine tamponade in dealing with postpartum hem -orrhage due to uterine inertia during caesarean section .Methods 72 patients treated with conservative treatment due to bleeding uterine contraction weakness during cesarean section were chosen ,who were dealed with sterile gauze close packing of uterine bleeding ( uterine packing group ) .43 patients underwent conservative therapy of uterine contraction weakness resulted in postpartum hemorrhage were selected to carry out B -Lynch suture hemostasis ( B-Lynch suture group).Bleeding volume, operation time, bleeding efficiency of two groups were calculated .Results The uterine packing group had shorter operation time ,less bleeding, immediate hemostasis rate. The B-Lynch suture group had a tad longer operation time , bleeding more , immediate hemostasis rate low , low efficiency .Immediate hemostasis rate (95%VS 82%)between two groups had statistically significant (χ2 =4.02,P<0.05),and no significant difference in the operation time(t=0.73,P>0.05).Conclusion Uterine packing for postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia during caesarean section has simple operation ,rapid, hemostatic effect, postoperative body without foreign body removal.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the drug comprehensive management level of peacekeeping medical team, achieve dynam-ic management of drug information and network. METHODS:The design and development of drug management system of peace-keeping medical team were introduced in terms of overall system architecture, technical routes, system function design, etc.,and the application effect was evaluated. RESULTS:The system was designed by referencing military hospital No.1 drug management system, adopting C/S two-tier architecture, which included system settings, drug dictionary management, inventory management and other 8 modules and numbers of sub-modules. It achieved drug getting out and entering warehouse, supplying maintenance man-agement,prescription dispensing, drug withdrawal and inquiries, expendable drug monitoring, rotation transfer export data, the whole English electronic medical instruments generation, data query statistics, timely query of drugs and disease diagnosis knowl-edge base and other functions. The application of system standardized drug management and significantly improved working efficien-cy of physicians and pharmacists. CONCLUSIONS:The application of the system promotes the transform of drug management from extensive management model to elaborating management model, and the data is safe and easy to operate.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2015;(4):293-295
Objective To investigate the clinical features of cryptogenic stroke accompanied with patent foramen ovale ( PFO) .Methods The clinical data of 8 cryptogenic stroke patients accompanied with PFO were analyzed retrospectively. Results Eight patients aged 15-55 years old, average age was 39.75 years old. They were acute onset. The clinical symptoms were limb weakness in 5 cases, speech disorder in 2 cases, walking instability, weakness of lower limbs, epilepsy, acmesthesia decrement of one side in 1 case retrospectively. Doppler echocardiography showed PFO was in all the patients.Brain MRI showed frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe, insular cortex, periventricular body, hind limb of the internal capsule, basal ganglia, cerebellum had low T1 single, and high T2 single.Four cases were unilateral involvement, and 4 cases were bilateral involvement;6 cases were multiple lesions, 2 cases were single lesion;involved in anterior circun systemlatio system was in 4 cases, involved in posterior circulation system was in 1 case, and involved in anterior and posterior circulation system was in 3 cases. All cases had no recurrence after treatment. Conclusions The onset age of cryptogenic stroke patients accompanied with PFO is relatively young.Brain MRI shows multiple lesions, it can involed in bilateral, anterior and posterior circulation system.Prognosis of cryptogenic strok accompanied with PFO is good.

Objective To investigate the most appropriate low radiation dose in multi-slice CT (MSCT) scans for orbital trauma patients. Methods Thirty trauma patients with suspected orbital fractures who underwent helical CT scans with a 64-MSCT using regular dose were selected. Noise was artificially introduced to the axial images using an image space noise addition tool to simulate 6 sets of lower dose scans with tube current of 30, 70, 100, 140, 170 and 200 mA, respectively. The lowest tube current with adequate image quality for confident diagnosis was determined based on the evaluation of the overall image quality and fracture detection on images at different dose levels. The determined lowest tube current was then validated using clinical scans. Radiation dose related parameters CTDIvol, DLP, ED were also recorded.Image quality was evaluated according to its low-density resolution, noise and structure clarity and characterized into 5-grades of excellent, good, fair, worse and worst Rank sum test and X2 test were wsed for statistics. Results In 30 trauma patients with regular dose of 300 mA, there were 30 cases of orbital fracture, 19 cases of intraorbital emphysema, 12 cases of ocular muscle injury and 1 case of intraorbital foreign body. These changes could still be clearly observed and correctly diagnosed when the tube current was reduced to as low as 70 mA. However, the overall image quality was mostly fair. At the simulated dose of 100 mA, the majority of images were characterized as excellent or good, and there was no statistical difference compared with that of regular dose scans (P > 0.05 ) . In the clinical evaluation for 20 orbital trauma patients with the reduced tube current of 100 mA, the majority of images were judged to be excellent (9 cases) or good(17 cases) and fair (4 cases). The radiation dose(0. 29 mSv) was reduced by 70% compared with that of regular tube current of 300 mA(0. 86 mSv). Conclusion The tube current of MSCT may be used as low as 100 mA in orbital trauma patients to reduce radiation dose and keep the image quality diagnosable.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2013;(2):144-148
Objective To investigate the relationship between cognitive function and emotional status in functional constipation patients. Methods Thirty-five functional constipation patients (the functional constipation group) and 24 healthy controls (the HCs) were enrolled in an event-related potential (ERP),behavior and electroeneephalogram study while performing an oddball auditory task.Response time, accuracy, latency and P300 amplitude were compared between the two groups. The Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD-17),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were administered prior to the oddball task. Results The average HAMD-17,HAM A and SCL-90 (the somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety and psychosis dimensions) scores of the functional constipation group differed significantly from those of the HCs.The intro-extraversion and neurosis dimensions of the EPQ were also significantly different. There was no significant difference in response time or latency between the two groups. The ERP results showed that the P300 amplitudes at the F3 and F7 sites were significantly different between the functional constipation group and the HCs.But there was no significant difference in P300 latencies at F3 or F7 between the two groups. Conclusions The findings suggest that patients with functional constipation are more susceptible to depression and anxiety,as well as somatization,obsessive-compulsive tendencies and other neurotic personality characteristics.Patients may employ psychological defense mechanisms to avoid the depression and anxiety. The ERP results imply there may be the implicit cognitive dysfunction with emotion in patients with functional constipation.
