Objective: To investigate the expression ofVEGF-Aand the correlation with the sentinel lymph nodes lymphangiogenesis and its metastasis in non-small cell lung cance(rNSCLC).Methods: The expression of VEGF-A was detected in 65 patients with NSCLC by SP immunohistochemistay. The expression of LYVE-1 was detected by immunofluorescence. The new lymphatic vessel density was counted by LYVE-1 and analyzed with clinicopathologic parameters. Results: The positive rate of VEGF-A was 72.3%(47/65),which was positively correlated with sentinel lympha nodes metastasis(r=0.453,P

0.05).Conclusion:QDs show no effect on cytobiological behavior of living MG-63 cells.

It has been demonstrated that certain members of cyclophilins (CyP) family are related to tomurigenesis, which might result from the role for Cyp in cell proliferation. Most members of Cyp family express specifically in tumor tissue in contrast to in normaltissue and cancer-brink tissue. It is possible that a novel approach to cancer therapy and diagnosis would be appeared through exploring the relationship between Cyp and tumor.

Because the microorganism is very small and has a great variety, it is difficult to reveal the significance of microorganism in the human physiopathology comprehensively and deeply. With the development of molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics and other disciplines, the microbiome research will be more possible and easier. There are two key contents of microecology. One of these is to identify and quantify the diversity of microorganism, and the other is to reveal activity and the physiopathological function of microorganism in the host. Microbiome research methods, therefore, can be summarized as the traditional detection methods, construction of gene library, the genetic fingerprint analysis and molecular hybridization techniques and so on.

Nuclear factor-?B (NF-?B) is a nuclear transcription factor that regulates the expressions of multiple genes. It can be activated during cerebral ischemia; it is closely correlated with the inflammatory reaction and apoptosis during cerebral ischemia. NF-?B inhibitor ? (I?B?), an important inhibitor factor of NF-?B, can regulate the survival and death of neuron in the ischemia penumbra. Therefore, the inhibition of the degradation of I?B? and the prevention of the activation of NF-?B with drugs or molecular biological methods has become an important approach in study of the effect of NF-?B at present. Recent studies have indicated that I?B? itself may also participate in the regulation of apoptosis.

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating helicobacter pylori infection with self-designed gastritis granule. Methods 37 patients of Helicobacter Pylori (Hp) infection with chronic gastritis accompanied by gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with PPI trigeminy therapy, and the treatment group was treated with self-designed gastritis granule combined with PPI trigeminy therapy. Both groups were treated for continuous four weeks. Results The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of self-designed gastritis granule on chronic gastritis accompanied by gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion has effective results.

Objective To analyze the effect of Kangfuxin Liquidon on gingiva groove liquid interleukin 1β(IL-1β), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), soluble adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM)in fixed orthodontic patients with gingivitis. Methods 96 cases of patients with fixed orthodontic gingivitis consult the draw method were divided into control group and experimental group, 48 cases in each group. The control group were treatedby gums clean, experimental group based on the control group were treattedby Kangfuxin Liquidon. The IL-1β, PGE2, sICAM-1 levels, periodontal status, the grade of swelling and pain, the clinical curative effect were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the IL-1β, PGE2, sICAM levels of experimental group were lower than the control group (10.54±1.41) ng/L vs.(11.85±1.71)ng/L, (284.62±35.21) ng/L vs.(314.65±39.48)ng/L, (150.49±18.11) μg/L vs.(162.83±20.26) μg/L,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The periodontal status, swelling and pain grading ofexperimental group were better than control group (P<0.05). Theeffective rate of experimental group was higher than the control group (95.83%vs.79.17%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquidon can reduce fixed orthodontic patients with gingivitis gingiva groove IL-1β, PGE2, sICAM-1 levels, improve the periodontal status, relieve swelling and pain, improve the clinical curative effect.

Recurrence after surgery for common bile duct stones has not been solved properly,and recurrence of calculi often requires reoperation,which brings patients great pain and economic burden.Various risk factors may mediate the recurrence of common bile duct stones,including biliary tract infection,bile duct stenosis,cholangiectasis,cholestasis,Oddi sphincter dysfunction,abnormal bile composition,and surgical procedure.These risk factors are analyzed and related preventive measures are summarized.Current research findings show that prevention and treatment of risk factors for recurrence of calculi can reduce the recurrence rate of calculi and play an important role in preventing the recurrence of common bile duct stones.
