0% Azone. Conclusion Azone can promote the transdermal absorption of the Matrine in Compound Kushen Gelatum. The effect of promoting penetration of 2% Azone is the best.

Objective: To find out the parameters of drop pill's process in proportion to matrix, refrigerant and addition, in relationship with the height and rotational speed of freeze-pillar and drop pills. Methods: Using parallel experimentation for the choice of matrix and refrigerant; mode and proportion of adding drug. Using orthogonal experimentation for the choice of height and rotate speed about freeze-pillar, dropping speed. With moulding probability of drop pills as the evaluation quota to decide the best dropping condition. Results: PEG 4000 is matrix. Methyl-siliconoil: Liquid-paraffin (3∶1) is refrigerant. Internal and external diameter of burette are equal to 4.5mm and 5.8mm. Drug is dropped into the refrigerant of 10～15 ?C by 50 to 60 dropping per minute (freeze-pillar height 120cm, rotate speed is 20 round per minute.) Moulding probability is of the highest one. Conclusion: The moulding technics of drop pills with high finished product rate and good quality.

AIM: To establish the quality standard of Gusongbao Dispersible Tablets(Herba Epimedii,Radix Dipsaci,Radix Pasoniae rubra,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,etc.) METHODS: Herba Epimedii,Radix Paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae were identified by TLC.Icariine content was determined by HPLC.C_18 column(ODS,4.6 mm?200 mm,5 ?m) as chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water(30∶70) as mobile phase,flow rate kept to 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength at 270 nm,and under room temperature condition.The dissolubility test met with Chinese Pharmacopoeia for Icariine. RESULTS: The relevant spots in Herba Epimedii,Radix Paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae could be identified by TLC.The content of icariine can be determined by HPLC.The linearity of icariine was good in the range of 0.13-0.78 ?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of icariine was 98.90%,RSD=0.92%(n=6).Dissolubility test used for icariine coformed to homogeniety. CONCLUSION: The established quality standard is simple,feasible and repeatable,and can be used for quality control of Gusongbao Dispersible Tablets.

Objective:To study the effects of Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis on proliferation of DC -CIK cells and the activity of killing HepG-2 cells by DC-CIK cells.Methods:Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were routinely isolated and induced into DC and CIK.DC and CIK co-cultured by 1∶5 for 7 days,then Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis were added into medicine group ,observed the mor-phology of the cells on the tenth day and counted the DC-CIK number of each group.DC-CIK cells acted as effector cells and the HepG-2 cells as target cells , cck-8 method for the detection of DC-CIK in the killing rate of HepG-2.Results: The Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis was able to proliferate the DC-CIK dramatically ,the optimal concentration was 0.1 mg/ml.Cultivation of Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis induced DC-CIK cells on HepG-2 cells killing effect was better than that of the routine method of DC-CIK cells; the effection of Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis killing HepG-2 cells was not obviously.Conclusion: Ophiocordyceps xuefengensis can enhance the anti-tumor activity of DC-CIK mainly by promoting the proliferation of it.
