[Objective]To evaluate the biomechanical features of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stemless femoral prosthesis.[Method]Using CT(computer tomography) scanning photographs of adult femur,three-dimensional model of the femur was built by CAD(computer aided design) software.Based on the the structure of femoral model, shape memory alloy stemless femoral prosthesis was designed.Three-dimensional finite element model was created for the normal femur,Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stemless femoral prosthesis, and traditional stemmed hip prosthesis.Under static loads and walking loads, the Von Mises stress distributions of each model were analyzed and compared.[Result]The stress distribution of shape memory alloy stemless femoral prosthesis was not obviously different from normal femur, stemless femoral prosthesis's proximal femoral stress was close to that of normal femoral model but significantly higher than traditional stemmed hip prosthesis.Von Mises stress of memory alloy claws was distributed evenly, and the Max was only 13.23Mpa,there was no stress concentration.[Conclusion](1) Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stemless femoral prosthesis has great biomechanical properties, may reduce the stress-shieding effect of the proximal femur. The fixed method that use memory alloy claws can make prosthesis fixed firmly to the bone and reduce stress concentration.

The deep analysis has been done on the cases of adverse events and common injury of cupping therapy encountered in recent years in terms of manipulation and patient's constitution. The adverse events of cupping therapy are commonly caused by improper manipulation of medical practitioners, ignoring contraindication and patient's constitution. Clinical practitioners should use cupping therapy cautiously, follow strictly the rules of standard manipulation and medical core system, pay attention to the contraindication and take strict precautions against the occurrence of adverse events.

Objective To evaluate the expression of GPR30 and Ki-67 in Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and the relationship between them. The clinicopathological features of GPR30 in NSCLC were also analyzed. The molecular mechanism that estrogen mediated the proliferation of H1299 by activating GPR30 was further studied. Methods The expression of GPR30 and Ki-67 in 80 cases of specimens of NSCLC after surgery was examined using immunohistochemistry method. After 17-β-estradiol(E2) or G-1 added,H1299 cells were counted and the cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry. Finally, the activated ERK1/2 and the expression of cyclin D1 and p16 after G-1 treatment in H1299 cells were examined through western blotting. Results Expressions of GPR30 was more in stage Ⅲ or low differentiation tissues or adenocarcinoma (P<0.05).A positive correlation between GPR30 and Ki-67 was further disclosed (r=0.502,P=0.000).The proliferation of H1299 cells was promoted and more cells entered S-p hase after E2 or G-1 treatment for 3 days, which could be inhibited after G-15 or U0126 pre-treatment for 2 hours. We further discovered that the activated ERK1/2 and cyclin D1 expression increased after G-1 treatment, which was blocked after G-15 or U0126 pre-treatment for 2 hours. The change of p16 was on the opposite. Conclusion A positive correlation existed between GPR30 and Ki-67.GPR30-EGFR-MAPKs signaling transduction pathway was involved in the estrogen-induced proliferation of NSCLC cells.Blocking GPR30 signaling pathway may be a promising new strategy for NSCLC treatments.

Objective To find out the relationship between kidney- yang- deficiency syndrome and the Th1/Th2 expression, and to investigate the effect of kidney- yang warming therap yon the Th1/Th2 expression. Methods Kidney- yang- deficiency rat models were firstly induced by adenine and then were sensitizated by inhalation of ovalbumin to establish allergic rhinitis (AR)models .The treatment group was given Jinkui Shenqi pill. After treatment , the changes of behavior , secretion of nasal cavity and nasal mucosa were observed. The levels of Th1 cytokines IFN- ? , IL- 2 and Th2 cytokines IL- 4 , IL- 5 in serum were determined by ELISA. Results The behavioral score in AR group and kidney- yang- deficiency AR group was higher than that in the treatment group and normal control group ( P

Objective:To explore the safety and effect of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation (IABP) combined non-invasive ventilator on recent curative effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated pump failure after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods:A total of 105 patients ,who hospital-ized in our CCU because of AMI complicated pump failure from Jul 2012 to Jun 2014 ,were selected .They were di-vided into IABP group (n=68 ,received IABP and noninvasive ventilator based on routine treatment ) and routine treatment group (n=37 ,received routine treatment and noninvasive ventilator therapy ) ,and all patients received e-mergency coronary angiography ,PCI and medication etc .Changes of blood pressure ,heart rate ,urine volume , echocardiography and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level etc .,and incidence of complications and cardiac adverse events were observed and compared between two groups during hospitalization . Results:Compared with routine treatment group during hospitalization ,blood pressure significantly rose and heart rate gradually declined to stable ;there was significant rise in left ventricular ejection fraction [(35 ± 9)% vs .(37 ± 10)% ] ,and significant reductions in BNP level [ (467 ± 197) pmol/L vs .(236 ± 146) pmol/L] ,mortality rate (28.9% vs .19.1% ) and hospital stay [ (16.2 ± 4.1) d vs .(11.6 ± 3.4) d] in IABP group , P<0.05~ <0.01 .Conclusion:IABP combined noninvasive ventilator can effectively improve patient′s condition ,stabilize hemodynamic status , reduce in-hospital mortality rate and gain time for further therapy to improve prognosis in patients with AMI complicated pump failure .

OBJECTIVETo investigate therapeutic effects of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of soft tissue defect combined with tendon and bone exposure.
METHODSFrom October 2007 to February 2011, 397 patients (412 feet) with open ankle fracture and dislocation combined with soft tissue defected were treated by VSD. There were 301 males and 96 females with an average age of 36 years (ranging age from 20 to 73 years). According to AO classification, 74 feet were type I, 211 feet were type II, 108 feet were type III and 19 feet were type IV. The mean time from injury to operation was 5.6 h ( 2 to 12 h). The mean treatment time of was 10 months (4 to 19 months).
RESULTSOne hundred and forty-one patients were primarily healed, 97 patients were sutured at stage II. Split-thick skin grafting was performed at stage II was performed in 103 patients; free flap transplantation was performed in 25 patients. Three of the 34 patients with infection were removed steel plate; Eviscerate flap coverage wound was performed in 14 patients caused by the first metatarsal bone exposure; Toe amputation were performed in 22 cases caused by toes necrosis. Tarsometatarasl joints perforators' surgery was performed in 10 patients with forefeet necrosis. Thirty hundred and six patients were followed up from 3 to 20 months (averaged 10 months). The wounds healed well.
CONCLUSIONVSD for soft tissue defects caused by ankle injury is a simple and effective method, but can not replace debridement and transfer flap.
