Objective To explore the feasibilities and clinical applications for sharing the medical resources and recycles by applying digital medicine technology and making the most of medical CT films from other hospitals.Methods Based on scanning data of medical CT films from other hospitals,which were in 85 cases of undergo retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,the 3D models were reconstructed in the computer,then were verified and navigated during operations.Meanwhile,coincidence rates were compaired between group A (slice thickness =5 mm) and group B (slice thickness ＞5 mm) in 53 cases whose renal pedicle blood vessels were exposed during the operations.Results All the 85 procedures were successfully completed.The 3D models,which could be observed freely,were consistent with intraoperative screenshots and participated in intraoperative guidance.Coincidence rates were 82.4％ (28/34) in group A and 52.6％(10/19) in group B (x2 =5.306,P =0.021).Conclusions Based on medical CT films of 5 mm slice thickness,the 3D models which are verified to have some accuration and fineness can be successfully reconstructed.The method not only can effectively avoid unnecessary repeated inspection,but also directly render in 3D form to participate in preoperative planning and intraoperative guidance.

Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure in non-stroke population with over 50 years old from Dongcheng District and Shijingshan District of Beijing.Methods A total of 9 524 of non-stroke population with over 50 years old were selected as our subject,which were sampled from Dongcheng District and Shijingshan District of Beijing by using stratified cluster random sampling method.Investigation and physical inventory check were conducted on all subbjects conduct,and the results was statistical analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 software.Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of all subjects increased with the increasing of BML The prevalence of hypertension of three age groups were significant different between male and female (Z =-50.47,P ＜ 0.001).The prevalence of hypertension in males with 50-59 years old was considerably higher than that of females (x2 =14.74,P ＜0.001).However,the prevalence of hypertension in females with 60-69 years old and ≥70 years old group were higher than that of males (x2 =12.39,P ＜ 0.001 ; x2 =10.36,P =0.001).Overall,the prevalence of hypertension between males and females was no significant (male for 37.9％,female 37.3％,x2 =0.31,P =0.578).BMI increased with the increasing blood pressure levels and prevalence of hypertension,taking the people with BMI ＜ 18.5 kg/m2 as reference,OR values of the risk for male people with BMI 18.5-24.0kg/m2,24.0-28.0 kg/m2,and ≥ 28.0 kg/m2 to get hypertension people were 1.622 (95％ CI:0.653 -4.029),2.405 (95％ CI:0.940-5.940),4.248 (95％ CI:1.709-10.559) respectively,while for female people were 2.212 (95％ CI:1.193-4.104),3.870 (95％ CI:2.092-7.157),6.603 (95％ CI:3.557 -12.258) respectively.Conclusion Overweight and obesity are risk factors of hypertension.Obesity control contributes to the prevention and treatment of hypertension in middle-aged and elderly population.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of 99Tcm-sestamibi(99Tcm-MIBI) myocardial perfusion imaging on detecting myocardial ischemia in children with Kawasaki disease(KD) at convalescence period.Methods Twenty-one children wih KD at convalescence period were divided into 2 groups according to results of echocardiography.Four cases with coronary artery dilation,17 cases without coronary artery dilation.All cases accepted dipyridamole stress myocardial perfusion imaging.These patients who had positive results were given rest myocardial perfusion imaging again next day.Results Among 21 cases,9 cases(42.8%) were positive in perfusion imaging.Four cases with coronary artery dilation showed myocardial ischemia in different degree detected by myocardial perfusion imaging.Among 17 cases without coronary artery dilation,5 cases(29.4%) were positive.Conclusions Compared to echocardiography,99Tcm-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging can objectively evaluate the location,extent and degree of myocardial ischemia of children with KD.It will be a routine test in observing its phase development.

Objective Impedance control plays an important role in stability.This paper intends to explore such mechanism through modeling human reaching movement.Method Implemented with revised model,we ap-ply optimal control theory to neuro-muscle-skeleton model to calculate the stiffness ellipses.Result Com-pared with the original model and experimental figures,the model we proposed could overcome the shortage of monotonous changing of the original one and fit the data better.Conclusions So that this paper concludes that co-contraction contributes to impedance control even during free upper limb planar movement.

The role of methyl-CpG binding domain protein 2 (MBD2) in an ApoE-deficient mouse model of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) was investigated. Eight-week-old Mbd2/ApoE double deficient (Mbd2(-/-) ApoE(-/-)) mice (n=12, 24 eyes, experimental group) and MBD2 (wt) ApoE(-/-) mice (n=12, 24 eyes, control group) were fed on Western-type diet for 4 months. The mice were sacrificed, and total serum cholesterol levels were analyzed and Bruch's membrane (BM) of the eyes was removed for ultrastructural observation by transmission electron microscopy. Moreover, intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) immunoreactivities were evaluated by fluorescence microscopy in sections of the eyes in both groups for further understanding the function mechanism of MBD2. There was no significant difference in the total serum cholesterol levels between control group and experimental group (P>0.05). Transmission electron microscopy revealed that AMD-like lesions, various vacuoles accumulated on BM, notable outer collagenous layer deposits and dilated basal infoldings of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) were seen in both groups, and the BM in control group was significantly thickened as compared with experimental group (P<0.05). Fluorescence micrographs exhibited the expression of ICAM-1 in choroid was higher in control group than in experimental group. We are led to conclude that MBD2 gene knockout may lead to accumulation of more deposits on the BM and influence the pathogenesis of AMD via triggering endothelial activation and inflammatory response in choroid, improving microcirculation, and reducing lipid deposition so as to inhibit the development of AMD-like lesions. Our study helps to provide a new therapeutic approach for the clinical treatment of AMD.

By functional plates,16 strains which can produce?-mannana-se were isolated frnm 28 Bacillus spp.Using a pair of degenerated primers,the conserved fragments of?-mannanase gene from the selected strains were amplified by PCR.The obtained nucleotide fragments were sequenced and compared with the homologous?-mannanase genes in GenBank and a phylogenetic tree was generated.Comparing to the genes coding?-mannanase published,the cloned nucleotide fragments show the highest sequence identity between 62% and 98%.The genes coding fnr?-mannanase of Bacillus circulus have low identity while the?-mannanase genes of Bacillus subtilis and other Bacillus spp. have high identity.
