1.Study on Relationship between nm23 Gene and the Inhibition Effect of Arsenic Trioxide on Human Gastric Carcinoma
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the inhibiting effect of arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3) on tumor and nm23 gene expression. Methods The human gastric carcinoma cell line was treated with As 2O 3. Then immunohistochemistry was used to detect nm23 protein expression. Results As 2O 3 up-regulated the expression of nm23 in gastric carcinoma cells. Conclusion The inhibiting effect of As 2O 3 on gastric carcinoma cells may be related with upregulation of nm23 expression, which decreases the gastric cancer cells metastatic ability.
2.Effects of subconvulsive electrical stimulations to hippocampus on rat's emotional behaviors and spatial learning and memory
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2001;10(3):161-163
Objective To observe the effects of repeated subconvulsive electrical stimulations to hippocampus on rat's emotional behavior and spatial learning and memory. Mehtods The hippocampus of Wistar rats were repeatedly stimulated by constant pulsating current with intratrain frequencies of 16 Hz, pulsating duration of 1 ms, train duration of 10 s and interstimulus interval of 7 min for 5 days. Results The experimental rats displayed the long-term significant abnormalities of emotional behaviors, such as substantial changes of behavioral habits, hyperarousal, hypersensitive frightened reactions, anxiety-like behaviors, and transitory spatial learning and memory disorder. Conclusion The stable and practical animal model satisfied most characteristics of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
3.Bile reflux and its' injury on esophageal mucosal epithelial cells
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
There are also many unanswered questions on the duodenogastroesophageal reflux(DGER),though it has been studied for more than 100 years.Based on the references and our studies,we reviewed the bile' injury on esophageal mucosal epithelial cells, the diagnosis and treatment of bile reflux into esophagus. The relationships of the biles with Barrett's esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma were elucidated especially.
4.Survey on the Encountered Life Events in Patients with Primary Tuberculosis Before the Attack
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(6):547-548
ObjectiveTo investigate the encountered life events in patients with tuberculosis within 1 year before the attack.MethodsThe encountered life events within 1 year before the attack were investigated in 85 patients with tuberculosis, the life event frequency (LEF) and life event intensity (LEI) were calculated respectively, and the life events were compared with those within 1 year in 55 healthy subjects.Results71 cases (83.5%) of the 85 patients with tuberculosis had encountered different life events within 1 year before the attack, which was significantly different from that in the control group (9 cases, 16.4%) (χ2=12.351,P<0.01 ). The LEF, negative LEF, average LEI, average negative LEI in the tuberculosis group before the attack were obviously higher than those in the control group (P<0.05~0.01), but there were no significant differences in the positive LEF and average positive LEI between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionThe encountered life events are closely correlated with primary tuberculosis, so more mental cares should be paid to the patients.
5.An overview of disease treatment strategies targeting the alternative splicing of pre-mRNA
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(12):3557-3571
Alternative splicing of pre-messenger RNA (pre-mRNA) is a crucial mechanism for the diversity of the human transcriptome and proteome. Alternative splicing is a complex gene regulation process. Whole-transcriptome analysis shows that 95% of human exonic genes are alternatively spliced, involving various

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):110-112
Objective To investigate the comparison of blood uric acid and bilirubin levels on patients with acute cerebral infarction and the clinical curative effect of Donhong injection.MethodsA total of 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction from our hospital neurology, according to different therapeutic methods were divided into control group and experimental group with 34 cases in each group, two groups were treated by conventional treatment, patients in the control group were treated by blood flux injection 400 mg+5% glucose injection 250 mL intravenous drip, once a day;patients in the experimental group were treated by Dan red injection 40 mL+5% glucose injection 250 mL intravenous drip, once a day,2 groups of patients were treated for 2 cycles,a cycle with 7 d.Compared the clinical efficacy, blood uric acid, bilirubin, blood homocysteine, hyperensitive C-reactive protein, serum inhibition C and adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.ResultsCompared with the control group, the experimental group clinical total effective rate was higher after treatment (P< 0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group blood uric acid, blood homocysteine, hypersensitive C-reactive protein, serum inhibition C levels were lower (P< 0.05), bilirubin level was higher(P< 0.05).Adverse reactions compared between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference.ConclusionDonhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect is distinct, dacrease blood uric acid level and increase bilirubin level, improve endothelial cell damage, protect the brain tissue.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1988;0(02):-
Objective To study mechanism and clinical meaning of endothelin(ET) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) in patients with acute stroke. Methods The contents of ET and NSE in blood and cerebrospinal fluid were measured by RIA in patients with acute stroke, and correlation analysis of the contents of ET and NSE with different lesion area, severe degree and different period of the disease was performed. Results The contents of ET and NSE in acute cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P

The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2014;(12):1239-1243
Objective To assess the quality of randomized controlled trials(RCT)abstracts published in Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology by CONSORT for Abstracts. Methods Articles invol-ving human RCTs published from 2012 to 2013 were reviewed and searched through WanFang Med Online.Trials involving animal experiments,in vitro,RCTs without abstract, and meta-analyses were excluded.According to the CONSORT checklists for abstracts, the quality of abstracts for RCT were assessed. Results In total,392 RCT abstracts were analysed. The median word counts of ab-stracts was 364 (IQR 306-444),sample size was 60 (IQR 40-80).Almost all abstracts provided an appropriate description of conclusions (100%), numbers randomized (99.0%) and objective (99.0%).The majority of abstracts described interventions (94.6%)and participants (82.4%).Re-quirements present in less than 50% of the abstracts were details regarding trial design (46.2%)and harms (48.7%).The descriptions of randomization (13.3%),blinding (1.8%),methods-outcome (3.6%)and results-outcome (9.7%)were very low. Moreover, title, recruitment and numbers ana-lysed were not reported. Conclusion The quality of RCT abstracts and adherence to the CONSORT checklist for abstracts remains poor, and the CONSORT for Abstracts should be endorsed to improve the quality of RCT abstracts as early as possible.
