Objective To evaluate the effcacy and side effects of [~(90)Y-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N',N",N'"-tetraacetic acid (DOTA)~0,Tyr3]octreotate (~(90)Y-DOTATATE) combined with lysine as a renal protective agent.Methods Twenty-five patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors were confirmed as somatostatin receptor subtype-2 (SSTR2)-positive by somatostatin receptor scintigraphy (SRS).Each patient received 1-5 cycles of treatment and the interval between two cycles of treatment was 6-9 weeks.~(90)Y-DOTATATE was administered intravenously within 30 min.Lysine was injected before and after the administration of ~(90)Y-DOTATATE.After each treatment cycle.the side effects were assessed according to National Cancer Institute Grading Criteria(NCIGC).The etticacy was evaluated by the WHO criteria 8 weeks after the last treatment.Results Pattial remission was found in 1 patient (4%).minor response in 3 patients(12%),stable disease in 16 patients (64%)and tumor progression in 5 patients (20%).Two patients suffered from renal functional injuries and 3 patients developed leukocytopenia.Three patients showed nausea while another 3 patients presented vomiting.Conclusions ~(90)Y-DOTATATE in association with lysine may be a promising treatment method for the patients with metastatic and inoperable neuroendocrine tumors.More research work may be directed to reduce renal injury.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the early and mid-term clinical results of medial parapatellar soft tissue overlapping suture in total knee arthroplasty for treatment of severe osteoarthritis combined with permanent patellar dislocation. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 12 patients (12 knees) diagnosed with severe knee osteoarthritis combined with permanent patellar dislocation undergoing total knee arthroplasty with medial parapatellar soft tissue overlapping suture. Knee Society Score (KSS), University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) activity-level rating, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain score, and knee range of motion of the patients were assessed before and 2 years after the surgery. Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the knee joint, full-length standing radiographs of the lower limbs and patellar axial radiographs were evaluated. RESULTS: The mean Knee Society Score of the patients increased from 34.2±11.1 before surgery to 73.5±6.3 at two years after the surgery (P < 0.001). The UCLA activity-level rating increased from an average of 3.8 ± 0.8 before surgery to 5.8 ± 0.6 at two years postoperatively (P=0.003). The mean VAS pain score decreased from 42.8±6.0 before surgery to 20.1±3.7 (P < 0.001) and the range of motion of the knee joint increased from 74.6±8.9 degrees to 97.5±4.5 degrees at two years (P < 0.001). The radiographs showed no signs of subluxation or dislocation of the patella in all the patients. CONCLUSIONS Medial parapatellar soft tissue overlapping suture in total knee arthroplasty can achieve good early and mid-term clinical results for treatment of severe osteoarthritis combined with permanent patellar dislocation.

From January 2019 to December 2021, overweight and obese children who visited in health outpatient Center of Hunan Children's Hospital were studied to explore and analyze the rate, related factors and patterns of multimorbidity of overweight and obesity-related diseases in children in Hunan Province. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the multimorbidity-related factors of overweight and obesity-related diseases in children. Association rules (apriori algorithm) were used to explore the multimorbidity patterns of overweight and obesity-related diseases in children. A total of 725 overweight and obese children were included in this study. The multimorbidity rate of overweight and obesity-related diseases in children was 46.07% (334/725). Age, waist circumference, the frequency of food consumption such as hamburgers and fries and adding meals before bedtime were multimorbidity-related factors of overweight and obesity-related diseases in children. The multimorbidity associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) was relatively common. The patterns with the top three support degrees were "NAFLD+dyslipidemia","NAFLD+hypertension" and "NAFLD+hyperuricemia". The patterns with the top three confidence and elevation degrees were "Hypertension+dyslipidemia => NAFLD","Hyperuricemia => NAFLD" and "NAFLD+hypertension => dyslipidemia".
