1.Study on the Drug-releasing of Aciclovir Eye Gel in Vitro
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the drug-releasing characteristics of acyclovir eye gel in vitro.METHODS:The buffer phosphate was taken as the releasing mediator, the content of the aciclovir in the releasing mediator was determined by HPLC,the drug releasing charactersitic of aciclovir eye gel was studied by bag filter method.RESULTS:The releasing curve of the aciclovir eye gel in vitro was in line with the first-order drug releasing equation.CONCLUSION:The aciclovir eye gel is characterized by slow-release to some degree.
2.Behavioral Study on Osmotic Releasing of Acyclovir Eye-gels in Isolated Cornea of Rabbits
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the osmotic releasing of acyclovir in isolated cornea of rabbits.METHODS:The cu?mulative osmotic drug releasing amount of acyclovir eye-gels and acyclovir eye-drops in the isolated corneal of rabbits were determined by HPLC with glutathion buffer as releasing medium.Meanwhile the curves of drug releasing were drawn.RE?SULTS:The osmotic drug releasing of acyclovir eye-gels conformed to the first-order kinetics equation. The cumulative osmotic drug releasing amount of acyclovir eye-drops was higher than that of eye-gels at0.25h;however,it worked in re?verse thereafter.CONCLUSION:Within a short time after administration(0.25h),aqua oculi drug concentration of acyclovir eye-drops was higher than that of acyclovir eye-gels,while the retention time of eye-gels was longer and cornea serves as drug reservoir to some degree.

To evaluate the effects of esmolol hydroehloride on hemodynamies during tracheal intubation. Method: One hundred patients undergoing elective cerebral, thoracic or abdominal operations, were randomly divided into three groups: Group A, Group B and Group C, which were injected I. V. esmolol 1.0mg/kg, 2.0mg/kg and normal saline 10ml respectively before induction of anesthesia. SP, DP, HR and RPP were recorded immediately before administration, before intubation and 1,2,3,5 and 10 min after intubation. Result: HR in Group A and Group B was signifcantly slower than in Group C, especially 3 min and 10 min after intubation(P

China Pharmacy 2007;0(27):-
OBJECTIVE:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of berberine in Fujie lotion.METHODS:The separation was performed on Agilent 1200 technologies XDB-C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m)column with acetonitrile-0.02%monobasic potassium phosphate(45:55)as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265nm.RESULTS:The linear range of berberine were 0.029 6~0.236 8?g(r=0.999 1)with an average recovery of 99.21%(RSD=1.10%,n=9).CONCLUSION:Established method is sensitive, simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Fujie lotion.

Contracture and spasticity of ankle joints were major sources of disability in neurological impairment including stroke and cerebral palsy, etc. The manual stretching used in physical therapy might be laborious and time-consuming to the therapists and the outcome was dependent on the experience and the subjectiveend feelingof the therapists. A device was developed that could safely stretch the an-kle joint to its extreme positions with quantitative control of the resistance torque and stretching velocity. Furthermore, it could satisfy a strong need for quantitative and objective measures of the impairment and rehabilitation outcome. This was just the meaning intelligent stretching referred to. This article described the origin of the concept of intelligent stretching and its definition, operational principle, and su-periority and weakness, as well as its application in ankle joint spasticity and contracture in patients with stroke and cerebral palsy.
