Objective To investigate the structural and ultrastructural changes of the skin induced by micro-plasma radio-frequency technology, and to preliminarily discuss this novel technology mechanism. Methods Thirty guinea pigs were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups. They were radiated by different dose parameters 40 W,10 kJ; 60 W,10 kJ and 80 W,10 kJ.Every guinea pig's back was divided into two parts which was removed after immediately, one week and one month, and dermatopathology and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were performed. Results The different dose setting could make different skin change of immediately effect. When dose setting was 40 W,10 kJ,skin showed that epidermal cells were integrity and the superficial layer of dermis collagen tissue was light homogenization. When dose setting was 60 W,10 kJ,epidermal tissue showed focal emergence of fractional shape change and obvious homogenization. When dose setting was 80 W,10 kJ,epidermal showed complete vaporization loss or degeneration necrosis, and dermal superficial and middle layer of collagen tissue showed a large area of homogenization.Skin superficial collagen tissue's structure gradually showed dense and arranged in an orderly manner after one week and markedly thickened and arranged in compact manner after one month.TEM showed that epidermal cells were relatively complete, intercellular structure was normal, but the dermal collagen lost originally normal structure and cell structure disappeared and obviously showed massive apoptosis.A small amount of apoptosis was showed but collagen structure gradually restored after one month. Conclusions The novel micro-plasma radio-frequency has obvious dose effect to skin, and its main target tissues are dermal collagen tissue. It can stimulate skin collagen hyperplasia in certain degree.

Objective To explore the expression and significance of COX-2 ,MMP-9 and PTEN in colonic adenocarcinoma tissues .Methods Seventy-two cases of pathologically archived paraffin specimens after colonic adenocarcinoma radical operation in the hospital from March 2014 to May 2016 were collected ,30 cases of colonic adenoma tissues and 30 cases of normal mucosal mem-brane tissues served as the controls .The expressions of COX-2 ,MMP-9 and PTEN were detected by adopting the immunohisto-chemical SP method .Then the correlation between COX-2 ,MMP-9 and PTEN with clinicopathological features of colonic adenocar-cinoma was analyzed .Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 and MMP-9 in colonic adenocarcinoma tissues was significant-ly higher than that in colonic adenoma tissues and normal colon mucosal membrane tissues (P<0 .05);the positive expression rate of PTEN was significantly lower than that in colonic adenoma tissues and normal colon mucosal membrane tissues (P<0 .05) .The expression of COX-2 ,MMP-9 and PTEN in colonic adenocarcinoma was correlated with the tumor invasive depth ,lymph node me-tastasis and TNM staging(P<0 .05) ,while had no correlation with sex ,age ,tumor morphology ,tumor size and differentiation de-gree(P>0 .05) .COX-2 ,MMP-9 and PTEN expressions showed negative correlation (r= -0 .260 ,-0 .282 ,P<0 .05) ,COX-2 and MMP-9 expression showed a positive correlation (r=0 .335 ,P=0 .004) .Conclusion The abnormal expression and interaction of COX-2 ,MMP-9 and PTEN are closely correlated with the occurrence ,invasion and metastasis of colonic adenocarcinoma .Their combined detection has an important significance for early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of colonic adenocarcinoma .

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive follow-up on the correction of mild anemia among infants in the community. Methods Eighty four infants aged 6-12 months with mild anemia managed systematically in the child health clinic of Changzhou Lanling Community Health Service Center were enrolled from April 2016 to January 2017. Seventy five cases completed the study, including 36 cases managed with intensive follow-up (study group) and 39 cases managed with routine procedure (control group). The hemoglobin(Hb) levels, Hb changes, the rates of correction and closure of anemia and the medication of iron treatment were compared between two groups during the 2 and 6 month-follow-up. Results The Hb value, Hb changes, the rate of correction in study group were significantly higher than those in control group after 2 monthsof treatment [(113.50 ± 5.40)g/L vs. (109.13 ± 7.91)g/L, t=2.772, P=0.007;(13.22 ± 4.56)g/L vs. (7.54 ± 6.75)g/L, t=4.240, P<0.001;77.8%(28/36) vs. 46.2%(18/39),χ2=6.617, P=0.010, respectively]. In 6 month-follow-up, the Hb value, the rate of correction and closure rate in study group were significantly higher than those in control group [(116.22±3.72)g/L vs. (112.23±5.90)g/L, t=3.471, P=0.001;88.9%(32/36) vs. 66.7%(26/39),χ2=4.082, P=0.043;77.8%(28/36) vs. 41.0%(16/39),χ2=8.967, P=0.003, respectively]. For infants receiving iron treatment, the proportion of standardized medication in study group was significantly higher than that in control group after 2 months (14/14 vs. 4/8, χ2=5.525, P=0.019); the Hb values in study group were significantly higher than those in control group after 2 months[ (109.93 ± 3.51)g/L vs. (102.88 ± 2.88)g/L, t=4.820, P<0.001)and 6 months[(114.50±4.00)g/L vs. (108.55±5.04)g/L, t=3.297, P=0.003] of follow-up. Conclusion The intensive follow-up management can significantly improve the Hb values, the rates of correction and closure rate of infants with mild anemia in the community.
