Thyroid dysfunction is particularly common during pregnancy , which may affect pregnancy outcomes , and harm maternal and child health.Since release of 2011 pregnancy thyroid-stimulating hormont(TSH) diag-nostic guidelines by American Thyroid Association (ATA).In 2012,Endocrinology branch and Perinatal Medi-cine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association jointly issued the “pregnancy and postpartum thyroid disease di-agnosis and treatment guidelines”, it is important that each laboratory has its own reference interval for diagnosing thyroid disorders in pregnancy.This article discussed trimester-specific thyroid hormone reference of the area in where the auther live.
2.Analysis of the clinicopathological characteristics of differentiated thyroid carcinoma in women

Objective:We aimed to analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) in women. Methods:The clinical data of 1,034 female patients with thyroid nodules between January 2003 and December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. These patients were from Yunnan Province, China. A database was established in Excel. Univariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression analyses were conducted by using SPSS 17.0. Results:Female patients with DTC were younger than those with thyroid nodule disease or benign thyroid disease (BTD). The results of univariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the preoperative mean level of serum thyrotropin was higher in patients with DTC than in patients with BTD (P=0.034). The positive ratios of thyroid peroxidase antibody, thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), and thyrotrophin receptor antibody (TRAb) were higher in patients with DTC than in patients with BTD (P<0.001). The positive ratio of the coexistence of DTC with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT;13.3%) or with lymphocytic thyroiditis (LT;4.2%) was higher in patients with DTC than in patients with BTD and HT/LT (P<0.001). The ratio of the patients whose age of menarche was≤13 years, with≤2 of births, or were in pre-menopausal condition in the DTC group was higher than that in the BTD group. The results of multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that age<45 years, nodal size<1 cm, and thyroglobulin increase were protective factors of DTC with odds ratios (ORs) of 0.06, 0.377, and 0.431, respectively. An abnormal increase in TGAb and TRAb was an independent risk factor of female patients with DTC with ORs of 4.949 and 23.001, respectively. Conclusion:Female patients aged 35 years to 44 years and with thyroid nodules were included in a high-risk group of DTC. Serous thyroid-stimulating hormone 1evel and coexistence with HT were positively correlated with the risk of DTC in females. Early menarche, late menopause, and low number of births were associated with the incidence of DTC in females. Age<45 years, nodal diameter<1 cm, and increase in thyroglobulin were protective factors of DTC in female. An abnormal increase in TGAb and TRAb was an independent risk factor of female DTC.
3.Study on the Effect and Mechanism of Euphornin Inducing the Apoptosis of Cervical Cancer Hela Cells

OBJECTIVE:To study induction effect of euphornin on the apoptosis of cervical cancer Hela cells and its mechanism. METHODS:The cervical cancer Hela cells were divided into blank control group,cisplatin group(positive control, 10 mg/L) and euphornin low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups (50,100,200 mg/L). They were treated with relevant medicine. The inhibitory effect of Hela cells proliferation was tested by MTT assay after 24,48,72 h of medicine treatment. The apoptotic rate of Hela cells was measured by flow cytometry after 48 h of medicine treatment. Morphology of nucleus was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining. The protein expression of Cyt-C,Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9 and Caspase-10 were detected by Western blot assay. RESULTS:Compared with blank control group,inhibitory rate of cell proliferation and cell apoptosis rate were increased significantly in cisplatin group and euphornin groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and obvious staining, deformation,shrinking,fragmentation or apoptotic bodies was found in nucleus. Compared with blank control group,the protein expression levels of Cyt-C,Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 in euphornin low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups were increased significantly,while the protein expression level of Bcl-2 and Bcl-2/Bax ratio were decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the protein expression levels of Bax,Caspase-3 and Caspase-10 in euphornin medium-dose and high-dose groups were increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:Euphornin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Hela cell and promote cell apoptosis,the effect of which will be achieved by activating the Caspase-dependent mitochondrion apoptosis pathway.
4.Copeptin and ischemia modified albumin expression and significance of early in acute paraquat poisoning

Objective To make a discussion on patients with acute paraquat poisoning (APP) early copeptin and ischemia modified albumin expression and its clinical significance.Methods 93 APP patients were selected as the poisoning group,the hospital clinical death as the endpoint,di-vided into survival group (48 cases)and death group(45 cases).All patients after admission in 2 h, 24 h in blood samples were 3 mL,detection of myocardial enzymes,cTnI,IMA,Copeptin.Re-sults Compared the death group and survival group,Death group of oral dose than the survival group had significant difference.While the rescue time,for the first timeof hemoperfusion and times with no difference.2h after admission Copeptin,IMA levels elevated,the death group and survival group have significant difference.24 h Copeptin,cTnI,CK,CK-MB in death group was significantly higher than the survival group(P <0.05).IMA comparison between two groups was no significance.Patients with APP oral dose was positively correlated with Copeptin;and IMA (ACB value)was negative correlation.More oral dose,Copeptin,IMA increased significantly. Copeptin was negatively correlated with IMA levels. Regression analysis, suggesting that Copeptin,IMA,cTnI,CK,CK-MB in patients with oral dose showed a linear relationship.Con-clusion There is an important significance in early diagnosis of APP myocardial injury in the early detection of IMA and Copeptin,a correlation between concentration and prognosis,which is more severe illness,its content is higher,the worse the prognosis.It has an important clinical value for evaluating prognosis.

6.Evaluation of orthodontic treatment in patients with extraction of mandible first molar using PAR index and cephalometrics

Objective:
To access the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment in patients with extraction of mandible first molar.
Methods :
Nineteen patients (three male and sixteen female) with extraction of mandible first molar because of caries, periapical disease were collected as experimental group. The age was 21.37 ± 5.07. Nineteen patients (seven male and twelve female) with extraction of four premolar as control group, The age was 20.42 ± 4.23. All the patients were treated with orthodontic space closure using MBT preadjusted appliance and sliding mechanics PAR index and cephalomertics that were compared before and after orthodontic treatment.
Results :
The two groups’ reduction in weighted PAR score and each of the PAR score differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment in PAR. There were significant changes in U1-NA (°)、U1-NA(mm)、U1-SN(°), but not in the rest of the value in experimental group (P<0.01). The L1-NB(°)、 L1-NB (mm) was significant difference before and after treatment. Extraction spaces of mandible first molars were closed (P<0.01); Good occlusal relationships and soft tissue profiles were achieved in all cases.
Conclusion
If the mandibular first molars have serious caries or periapical lesions, removal of mandibular first molar, making full use of the mandibular third molar and keeping health premolars for orthodontic treatment could receive satisfactory results.
