Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(10):-
Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical cases of children mycoplasma pneumonia (CMP) complicated by cardiac damage. Methods Eighten cases of CMP (MP group) and eighten children without CMP (NMP group) were selected to do electrocardiogram (ECG) and to evaluate serum myocardium zymogram. Results Compared with NMP group, MP group showed high incidence rate of abnormal electrocardiographic pattern, suach as ST - T change, sinus tachycardia, premature beat and high serum level of LDH,CK - MB,HBDH. Both presented statistical difference. Conclusion CMP easily causes cardiac damage of children.
2.Screening the Preparation Process of 3,4,3″-trihydroxy p-terphenyl Nanosuspension
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):31-33
Objective To screen the preparation process of 3,4,3″-trihydroxy p-terphenyl nanosuspension. Methods The nanosuspension was prepared in combination with the nanoprecipitation and microfluidization method. Taken the particle size for indicator, we investigated the stirring speed and precipitation temperature in the nanoprecipitation process, the homogeneous stress and cycles in the microfluidic process through single factor experiment. In addition, by factorial design, the variety and dosage of stabilizers are investigated. Results The excellent preparation condition of the nanosuspension are as follows: 0 ℃ for the precipitation temperature, 900 rpm for the stirring speed, 1600 bar for the microfluidization pressure and 12 times for cycles. The ingredient ratio for drug: poloxamer 188: lecithin is 1: 0.8: 0.8. Conclusion Through optimizing the preparation technology, we have successfully prepared nanosuspension with lower size , which will lay a foundation for further study.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(12):41-44
Objective To study the mental experience of nurses from outpatient department in dealing with patient's complaints.Method Using convenient sampling method,15 nurses from 5 sections of the outpatient department were chosen as interviewees, with the interviews on their mental experience in handling the complaints from outpatients.Result The issues from the interviews included:part of the patients were unable to complain accurately, part of the nurses were ineffective and therefore inactive in handling the complaints;some of the nurses were poor at employing communication skills and some others were incapable of specifying the complaints or asking for assistance. Conclusions Complaint handling is part of the nurses' job in the outpatient service. The nurses should take the initiative to improve their ability in complaint handling,so as to handle the complaints in a positive and effective way and improve patient's satisfaction.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the writing quality of Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions and the medication status in our hospital to promote standard prescription writing and rational administration.METHODS:A total of 11 018 Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions were randomly sampled from outpatient dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital in 2006 to find out the non-standard and irrational prescriptions with age and sex, clinical diagnosis, dosage form, specification, usage, and the consumption sum of drugs as main indexes.RESULTS:Of the total Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions,27.85%(3 068)were non-standard in writing,of which,0.47% were without items of age and sex,5.59% without clinical diagnosis,2.72% without dosage form,1.39% without usage,23.64% were unclear in specification and dosage;the prescriptions in which only one drug was prescribed accounted for 90.86%;30.51% were prescriptions for special group;and 5.92% had a prescription consumption sum of no less than 200 yuan(≥200 yuan).CONCLUSION:The quality of Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions in our hospital remains to be further improved.

Objective To investigate and analyze the attitudes towards interprofessional learning among nursing students and medical students, and thereby provide basis for interprofessional education (IPE).Methods Readiness of Interprofessional Learning Scales (RIPLS) were used to investigate 107 nursing students in the third grade and 80 medical students in the fourth grade.A comparison analysis of interprofessional learning was carried out among nursing students and medical students. Results Nursing and medical students' mean scores of RIPLS were (4.48±0.42) and (4.27±0.36),respectively.Nursing students' scores of RIPLS and professional identity were significantly higher than those of medical students. Conclusions Nursing students in the third grade and medical students in the fourth grade both have a positive attitude towards interprofessional learning,so IPE is expected to carry out at these stages to achieve good teaching effect.Meanwhile, for the medical students,it may be appropriate to increase the proportion of humanities and social science courses, increase opportunities to participate in clinical practice,in order to facilitate the improvement and development of their professional identity and interdisciplinary learning attitude, and better implementation of IPE.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(13):33-36
Objective To investigate the hospital mortality of rheumatic heart disease (RHD)and major cause of death. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with RHD prepared to take valve replacement from January 2006 to November 2009 were involved in this study. They were divided into two groups according to all clinical data: death group (10 cases ) and survival group (120 cases ). The clinical data and complications were collected, and the hospital mortality and their causes were analyzed with Logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis: total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels in death group [(30.31 ± 19.10), (22.38 ± 17.34) μmol/L] were significantly higher than those in survival group [(19.47 ± 8.61),(12.92 ± 7.30) μmol/L] (P < 0.01). The incidence of postoperative complications, history of cerebral infarction and cardiovascular complications in death group were significantly higher than those in survival group (P <0.01). The Logistic regression analysis showed that the postoperative complications was an independent risk factor for hospital mortality (P =0.002). Conclusions RHD with postoperative complications is identified as an independent predictor of hospital mortality. It is very important to enhance the treatment and care during hospitalization.

AIM: To study the effect of monocyte/macrophages treated with CpG-oligodeoxynucleotides on leukemic K562 cells. METHODS: The monocytes/macrophages from peripheral blood cells were isolated and induced. The expressions of CD14 and CD16 on monocytes/macrophages were detected by means of flow cytometry. After treated with synthetic CpG-oligodeoxynucleotides, and nonCpG-oligodeoxynucleotides for 24 hours respectively, the inhibiting effect of monocyte/macrophages on K562 cells were detected using MTT method. The secretions of TNF-? and IL-12 from monocytes/macrophages were determined using ELISA method. RESULTS: The monocytes/macrophages treated with CpG-oligodeoxynucleotides enhanced their antitumor effect on K562 cells and increased the secretion levels of TNF-? and IL-12. Whereas, there was no significant difference between antitumor effect and cytokine secretion of the monocytes/macrophages treated with nonCpG-oligodeoxynucleotide. CONCLUSION: CpG-oligodeoxynucleotides increases the cytotoxicity of macrophages on K562 cells in vitro, as well as facilitates the IL-12 and TNF-? secretion. It provides a new approach for immunologic treatment of leukemia.
