This article was aimed to study the effect of polyphenols fromRubus suavissirnusS. Lee (RSLP) on spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and to explore its mechanism of anti-hypertensive. The water extraction of RSLP was prepared. And the polyphenols was extracted with macroporous resin. The non-invasive blood pressure analysis system was used to detect the blood pressure. SHR model was selected to study the anti-hypertensive effect. The 16 normal Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group and the normal RSLP high-dose group (RSLP-NH). The 40 SHR were randomly divided into the model group, Captopril group, RSLP-L group, RSLP-M group and RSLP-H group. SBP, DBP, HR, body weight and organ index were observed after the drug administration for 8 weeks and drug withdrawal for 2 weeks. The contents of SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, NO, NOS and ANP in serum were measured. The results showed that the blood pressure of SHR was significantly higher than that of the control group, which can be used for anti-hypertensive studies. Each RSLP group can obviously reduce the SBP and DBP of SHR (P < 0.05), but it had no effect on HR (P > 0.05). RSLP can elevate GSH-Px, SOD levels and reduce the activity of MDA (P < 0.05). RSLP can reduce NO, NOS and ANP contents in serum (P < 0.05). It was concluded that RSLP can significantly reduce the SBP and DBP of SHR, but it had no significant effect on HR. It can increase the activity of GSH-Px, SOD, NO, NOS levels, and reduce the contents of MDA, ANP in serum. It had certain inhibitory effect on the left ventricular hypertrophy.
2.Discussion on mechanism of selecting and eliminating the clinical instructors of operating room nurses in training base
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2017;23(1):130-132
ObjectiveTo establish the mechanism of selecting and eliminating the clinical instructors of operating room nurses in training base, and explore its application effect. Methods The competitive mechanism was introduced to the operating room of Northern Jiangsu People′s Hospital since 2015. The related competitive qualification and assessment system were established to select and eliminate the clinical instructors of operating room nurses in training base. Then,we analyzed the general information (e.g. education, age, professional title) of instructors and assessed their work between the pre-competitive group (2014) and the post-competitive group (2015).Results Totally 11 nurses were considered to be eligible including five previous instructors and six new outstanding instructors. Nine previous instructors were excluded because of age and other drawbacks. The ecce prance rates for post-competitive instructors on the aspect of theoretical level, specialty skills, scientific research ability, innovation ability, and training effectiveness were 94.29%,97.14%,100.00%, 88.57% and 100.00%. They were all higher than the acceptance rates of 75.86%,82.76%,86.21%,65.52% and 82.76% for pre-competitive instructors (χ2=4.454,3.862,5.149,4.932,6.546;P<0.05).Conclusions The establishment of the mechanism of selecting and eliminating the clinical instructors of operating room nurses in training base can effectively maintain the vitality of instructors. It can also improve the quality of teaching and the competitiveness of development for training base.
3.Surgical nursing coordination of transsternal bypass implantation of left ventricular assist device with modified outflow tract: three cases analysis
Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2024;28(22):119-122
Objective To investigate the surgical nursing coordination methods in the modified outflow tract trans-sternal approach for left ventricular assist device implantation. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 3 patients who underwent modified outflow tract trans-sternal LVAD implantation at our hospital. Results All 3 surgeries were successfully completed. The mean operative time was (311.7±34.1) minutes, and the mean blood loss was (383.3±28.9) mL. Patients were discharged after (48.3±16.8) days postoperatively in average. No significant complications occurred, and the postoperative condition of patients was stable. Conclusion The modified outflow tract for left ventricular assist device implantation provides more stable hemodynamics for patients. Compared with the traditional median sternotomy, the trans-sternal approach not only facilitates the dissection of chest wall tissues and better access to the surgical field but also offers the advantages of smaller incisions and faster recovery. Proficient surgical operation techniques and skilled surgical coordination are crucial for the success of this procedure.

Objective To identify the needs of different degree hospitals for specialist nurse in operating room, and to explore the specialist nurse training programs which can meet their actual requirements . Methods We used the self-designed questionnaire to carry out a survey in students which were graduated from the training courses for specialist nurses in operating room in Jiangsu province .Four points of the contents were as below:the general information , the refinement situation of the third-degree subject and subspecialty of one′s own hospital , how their jobs were going after the traing , and the feasibility and plan of the training for specialist nurses in operating room under the direction of third-degree subject .Results 100%of participants thought that it was necessary to hold a training for specialist nurses in operating room , 80.00%of them thought that the current mode belonged to the general nursing , 72.22% of whom from the second-class hospital thought that both the theoretical knowledge and skill learned from the clinical practice could meet their working requirements , and they would continue to take the current training mode .74.19%of whom from the tertiary hospital thought that although it could meet the requirements , it was not strong enough and was short in details for their own direction , they thought specialist nurses should be trained according to the third-degree subject .Conclusions The training mode is combined with centralization and decentralization , and it includes unified entrance , synchronous training , hierarchical culture .It is established based on the actual needs getting from the hospitals in different grades , so it is better to adapt for different needs of different hospitals .

Objective:The study aimed to investigate the effects of exercise on the expression of ferroptosis-related proteins and the associated mechanisms in a post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)model induced by transient foot shock.Methods:Thirty-five male C57BL/6J mice(8 weeks old)were randomly divided into three groups:Control group,PTSD group, and Exe+PTSD group.PTSD model mice were established by foot-shock and PTSD behaviors were assessed using a fear conditioning box.Iron distribution areas were detected by Fe3+staining.Western Blot analysis were performed to determine the expression level of ferroptosis-related proteins in the mice. Results:Compared to the control group, the freezing time and Fe3+distribution areas in the cortex and hippocampus were significantly increased in the mice with PTSD(P<0.05).The levels of ferroportin1(FPN1),glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)proteins were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the expression of high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)protein was significantly elevated(P<0.05).Exercise significantly reduced freezing time and Fe3+accumulation in the cortex and hippocampus(P<0.05),and it also up-regulated the expression of FPN1,GPX4,and BDNF proteins(P<0.05),while down-regulating HMGB1 expression compared to the PTSD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study demonstrates that PTSD induces the ferroptosis-related pathway in mice, and exercise can inhibit iron accumulation and reverse the expression of ferroptosis-related proteins induced by PTSD,there-by alleviating PTSD-like behavior in mice.
