Objective:To analyze and evaluate the expressions and clinical value of tuftelin (TUFT1) and Krüppel-like factor 5 (KLF5) in hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues.Method:KLF5 mRNA and TUFT1 mRNA transcriptional status in cancer and non-cancer groups were compared according to the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. The differences and prognostic value between the groups were analyzed. Postoperative liver cancer and its paired pericancerous tissues, with the approval of the ethics committee, were collected to build tissue chips.
