Objective: Previous research has explored a variety of mental disorders associated with Internet Gaming Disoder (IGD) and Social Media Addiction (SMA). To date, few studies focused on the network characteristics and investigated mood and sleep symptoms across SMA and IGD of adolescence at a group-specific level. This study aims to identify different characteristics of IGD and SMA and further determine the group-specific psychopathology process among adolescents. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study to recruit a cohort of 7,246 adolescents who were scored passing the cutoff point of Internet Gaming Disorder Scale-Short Form and Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale, as grouped in IGD and SMA, or otherwise into the control group. Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were assessed for the current study, and all assessed items were investigated using network analysis. Results: Based on the analytical procedure, the participants were divided into three groups, the IGD group (n=789), SMA group (n=713) and control group (n=5,744). The edge weight bootstrapping analysis shows that different groups of networks reach certain accuracy, and the network structures of the three groups are statistically different (pcontrol-IGD=0.004, pcontrol-SMA<0.001, pIGD-SMA<0.001). The core symptom of SMA is “feeling down, depressed, or hopeless”, while IGD is “feeling tired or having little energy”. Conclusion Although IGD and SMA are both subtypes of internet addiction, the psychopathology processes of IGD and SMA are different. When dealing with IGD and SMA, different symptoms should be addressed.

Objective:To investigate the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of pulse oximetry among pediatric healthcare providers in China and analyze the factor influencing the KAP.Methods:A self-developed questionnaire was used for an online research on the KAP of 11 849 pediatric healthcare providers from 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities of China from March 11 to 14, 2022.The factors influencing the KAP of pulse oximetry among pediatric healthcare providers were examined by Logistic regression. Results:The scores of KAP, of pulse oximetry were 5.57±0.96, 11.24±1.25 and 11.19±4.54, respectively.The corresponding scoring rates were 69.61%, 74.95%, and 55.99%, respectively. Logistic regression results showed that the gender and working years of pediatric healthcare providers, the region they were located, and whether their medical institution was equipped with pulse oximeters were the main factors affecting the knowledge score (all P<0.05). Main factors influencing the attitude score of pediatric healthcare providers included their knowledge score, gender, educational background, working years, region, medical institution level, and whether the medical institution was equipped with pulse oximeters (all P<0.05). For the practice score, the main influencing factors were the knowledge score, gender, age, and whether the medi-cal institution was equipped with pulse oximeters (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Chinese pediatric healthcare providers need to further improve their knowledge about and attitudes towards pulse oximetry.Pulse oximeters are evidently under-used.It is urgent to formulate policies or guidelines, strengthen education and training, improve knowledge and attitudes, equip more institutions with pulse oximeters, and popularize their application in medical institutions.

Objective To explore the diagnostic values of combined detection of serum procalcitonin (PCT) and β2 microglobulin (β2MG) in tsutsugamushi disease.Methods Serum PCT and β2MG were compared in cases of tsutsugamushi disease and fever patients at the same time,who were hospitalized at Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2014 to May 2017.The best diagnosis cut-off value of tsutsugamushi disease was calculated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Results A total of 57 cases of tsutsugamushi disease,40 cases of sepsis,17 cases of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS),17 cases of severe community-acquired pneumonia (SCAP),63 cases of common community-acquired pneumonia (CCAP),14 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB),20 cases of upper respiratory tract infection,13 cases of other infectious fever and 28 cases of non-infectious fever patients were selected.The level of serum PCT in tsutsugamushi disease [0.87 (0.68-1.34) μg/L] was higher than those in AIDS [0.47 (0.20-1.12) μg/L],CCAP [0.17 (0.09-0.51) μg/L],PTB [0.13 (0.05-0.18) μg/L],upper respiratory tract infection [0.23 (0.05-0.48) μg/L] and non-infectious fever [0.09 (0.06-0.13) μg/L],but was lower than those in sepsis [5.00 (1.04-18.78) μg/L] and SCAP [3.35 (0.76-14.41) p,g/L,P ＜ 0.05],while the difference was not significant compared with other infectious fever [0.76 (0.13-1.99) μg/L,P ＞ 0.05].The level of serum β2MG in tsutsugamushi disease [(5.67 (4.47-7.90) mg/L] was higher than those in sepsis [2.83 (2.10-4.54) mg/L],AIDS [3.85 (3.19-5.22) mg/L],SCAP [3.83 (2.98-5.58) mg/L],CCAP [1.99 (1.51-2.75) mg/L],PTB [1.92 (1.37-3.00) mg/L],upper respiratory tract infection [2.02 (1.25-2.74) mg/L],other infectious fever [2.45 (1.51-4.12) mg/L] and non-infectious fever [2.99 (2.06-4.30) mg/L,P ＜ 0.05].ROC curve showed that the most suitable diagnosis cut-off value of serum PCT in tsutsugamushi disease was 0.53 μg/L,the sensitivity was 94.7％,and the specificity was 60.4％.The critical value of serum β2MG was 3.74 mg/L in diagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease,its corresponding sensitivity and specificity were 91.2％ and 75.9％,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of combined serum PCT and β2MG in diagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease was 87.7％ and 86.3％,respectively.Conclusion Combined detection with serum PCT and β2MG can improve early diagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease.

Objective To prospectively evaluate the short-term test-retest reproducibility of intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) parameters for lung cancer,and to investigate its impact factors.Methods Thirty-eight lung cancer patients underwent twice free breathing IVIM scanning (0.5-1.0 h interval).Two radiologists independently analyzed IVIM images to obtain true diffusion coefficient (D),pseudo-diffusion coefficient (D*) and perfusion fraction (f).All the parameters were compared between repeated measurements and scans.Intra-and inter-observer,test-retest reproducibility was assessed with interclass correlation coefficients (ICCs).The impact of lung cancer type (peripheral and central),size (the largest diameter ≥2 cm and ＜2 cm) and location (upper,mid,and lower lung field) on short-term reproducibility were compared by using coefficient of variations (WCVs).Results There was no significant difference between repeated measurements for all parameters (all P＞ 0.05).All the parameters showed good intra-and inter-observer agreement.WCVsof D* and f (19.88％-36.83％) were higher than those of D (2.97％-4.62％).WCVs of D were higher for central lung cancer and the largest diameter ＜2 cm,and increasing from apical to lower zone.WCV of f was larger in the central lung cancer and the largest diameter ≥2 cm,while D* was greatly influenced by type,size and location of lung cancer.Conclusion The test retest reproducibility of D is good,while of D* and f are poor in lung cancer.The type,size and location of lung cancers are the impact factors of IVIM parameters.

Objective To investigate the ADC value and intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) parameters to predict the early response to chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Twenty-six patients with pathologically confirmed NSCLC in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were prospectively studied. MR routine scan, DWI and IVIM scans were performed before and at the end of the first cycle of chemotherapy. The ADC value, pure diffusion parameter (D), perfusion parameter (D*) and perfusion fraction (f) before and after chemotherapy were recorded respectively, and the maximum diameter of tumor (MDMRI) was measured on T2WI. The effective group and the ineffective group were divided according to RECIST 1.1. Intra- and interobserver reproducibility were assessed with intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). The differences of the parameters and their change rate were compared pre-and posttreatment, in the effective and the ineffective groups by using t test. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were generated to explore the optimal parameters and thresholds for early prediction of the efficacy of chemotherapy. Z test was used to compare the differences in the areas under the ROC curves. Results The repeatability of D*was relatively poor (ICC 0.507-0.716). The ADC and D values of the effective group before chemotherapy were (1.28±0.21)×10-3 and (1.05±0.14)×10-3mm2/s, respectively, and those of the ineffective group were (1.55 ± 0.25) × 10-3 and (1.29 ± 0.18) × 10-3mm2/s, respectively. The differences between two groups were statistically significant (t=-2.989, -3.755, respectively, P all<0.05). While there was no significant difference in f between the effective and ineffective groups before chemotherapy (t=-1.034, P=0.312). The ADC, D and f values of the effective group before chemotherapy were lower than those after chemotherapy, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-3.969,-5.617 and-2.876, respectively, P all<0.05). While there was no significant difference in ADC and D values in ineffective group (t=-0.737, -0.866, P>0.05, respectively). The difference of f was statistically significant (t=-2.731, P<0.05).ΔADC％,ΔD％andΔMDMRI％in effective group were (23.90 ± 22.28)％, (32.58 ± 20.63)％ and (18.77 ± 10.36)％, respectively, and those in ineffective group were (1.19 ± 11.35)％, (6.22 ± 21.63)％ and (9.35 ± 8.26)％, respectively. The differences between two groups were statistically significant (t=3.393, 3.154 and 2.487, respectively, P all<0.05). There was no significant difference inΔf％between two groups (t=1.346, P=0.191). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve (AUC) of preADC, preD, ΔADC％, ΔD％ and ΔMDMRI％ was 0.788, 0.848, 0.800, 0.830 and 0.727, respectively. When setting the preD=1.20×10-3 mm2/s as the boundary under the largest AUC, however, there was no significant differences in AUC compared with preADC, ΔADC％, ΔD％ and ΔMDMRI％ (Z=1.336, 0.363, 0.136, 1.395, P>0.05). Conclusion The ADC value, D value before chemotherapy and the early change rate after chemotherapy can better predict the early response of chemotherapy in NSCLC patients.

Intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) can distinguish the molecular diffusion from the pseudo-diffusion of microcircular perfusion to obtain true diffusion coefficient (D),pseudo-diffusion coefficient (D*) and perfusion fraction (f),which are sensitive to detect alterations in cellularity and microcirculation perfusion.IVIM can also evaluate early therapeutic effects,optimize treatment plan,predict prognoses,and provide information for choosing appropriate treatment methods.In this paper,the principle of IVIM and its application in tumor response evaluation were reviewed.

Objective To observe the muscles and skeleton involvement surrounding sacroiliac joint (SIJ) of axial seronegative spondyloarthropathy (SPA) patients with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods A prospective study of 38 patients who meet the 2009 axial SpA diagnostic criteria was conducted.We carried out MRI of the SIJ for these patients to evaluate the muscles and skeleton involvement.Those cases were divided into muscles differences between the two groups of image scores,including Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium of Canada (SPARCC) scores and Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium of Canada MRI Sacroiliac Joint Structural Score (SPARCC SSS).The extent of muscles edema in patients with sacroiliac joints was ranked into twelve grades from 0-12,and we did Spearman rank correlation test of muscles edema scope and two indexes.Results We found that 28 cases (73.68％) of the 38 patients had significant muscle involvement by analyzing the STIR sequence,and found erector spinae in 22 cases (57.89 ％)gluteal muscles in 13 cases (34.21 ％),iliacus muscle in 11 cases (28.95 ％),obturator muscle in 5 cases (13.16％),piriform muscle in 5 cases (13.16％) and other 4 cases (10.53％).SPARCC (t =2.28,P =0.03) and SPARCC SSS (t =3.37,P =0.00) were statistically different between the two groups.SPARCC (P =0.00,r =0.67) and SPARCC SSS (P-0.01,r =0.47) were positively correlated with the extent of muscles edema.Conclusions The muscles edema around sacroiliac joint is an important sign of axial SpA magnetic resonance imaging.Patients who had muscles edema tended to have more serious skeleton changes.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVEWhether gemcitabine plus platinum chemotherapy is superior to gemcitabine or platinum single-agent chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still in dispute, and the aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of gemcitabine combining platinum chemotherapy for patients with NSCLC.

METHODSWe searched relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) from VIP, CBM, CNKI, the Cochrane library, PUBMED and EMBASE. We traced the related references and experts in this field and communicated with other authors to obtain the information that has not been found. We made quality assessment of qualified RCTs assessed by the exclusion and inclusion criteria and used RevMan 5.0 provided by the Cochrane Collaboration to perform meta-analysis.

RESULTSFour RCTs were eligible and included 984 patients. Meta analysis results suggested that: compared with gecitabine single-agent chemotherapy, the combination had a statistically significant benefit in increasing the response rate (OR = 3.29, 95% CI: 1.79-6.05, P = 0.000 1) and 2-year survival rate (OR = 3.22, 95% CI: 1.45-7.12, P = 0.004) while increased the risk of the incidence of adverse reactions, especially the grade 3-4 thrombocytopenia (RR = 8.16, 95% CI: 1.71-39.07, P = 0.009); compared with cisplatin single-agent chemotherapy, the combination had a statistically significant benefit in increasing the response rate (OR = 3.51, 95% CI: 2.20-5.60, P < 0.01) and 1-year survival rate (OR = 1.67, 95% CI: 1.16-2.41, P = 0.006) while increased the risk of the incidence of adverse reactions, especially the grade 3-4 thrombocytopenia (OR = 28.55, 95% CI: 14.06-57.04, P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONCompared with single-agent chemotherapy, the combining can significantly improve the efficiency and survival rate while increase the toxicity rare. The results still need to be proved by high quality RCTs.

Objective To establish the chronic low flow myocardial hibernation animal model in pigs, and to assess the diagnostic value for myocardial hibernation by using various imaging methods. Methods A total of 13 miniswine (30-40 kg) were used. All animals underwent general anesthesia and orotracheal intubation while the animals were mechanically ventilated. Under sterile conditions, left ventriculography and coronary angiography were performed by introduction of catheter into the right femoral artery. Further, a left anterolateral thoracotomy was performed in the third intercostal space. The proximal LCX was dissected free to allow placement of an ameroid constrictor. More than 1 month later, left ventriculography and coronary angiography were performed again, followed by cine MRI at rest and during stress with low dose of dobutamine (5 ?g?kg -1 ?min -1 ), respectively. Traditional and/or breath hold cine MRI were used to evaluate regional left ventricular wall motion, corresponding to basal, midventricular and apical short axis tomograms. Regional wall motion score index (WMSI) was calculated. At the same time 99m Tc MIBI myocardial SPECT was performed at rest and during nitroglycerin administration, respectively. All animals were finally sacrificed for pathological examination. Triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining was used to assess the myocardial infarction. Electron microscopy was used to identify myocardial cellular changes characteristic of hibernating myocardium. Results Three pigs died during surgery or within two weeks after surgery. One pig died of anesthesia during SPECT examination, 1 pig suffered from aneurysm, and another one pig showed negative findings. The other 7 pigs were found with hypokinetic ( n =4) or akinetic ( n =3) myocardial regions related to stenosed LCX (70%-99%). Resting cine MRI demonstrated decreased regional motion of the lateral and posteroinferior walls (ischemic regions) of the left ventricle ( n =7), compared with the nonischemic anteroseptal regions; but the low dose dobutamine (5 ?g?kg -1 ?min -1 ) could recover those hypokinetic or akinetic myocardial regions, characteristic of hibernating myocardium. Resting 99m Tc MIBI myocardial SPECT ( n =6) showed a fixed perfusion defect on the corresponding ischemic areas, which became reversible on the nitrate augmented myocardial perfusion imaging. It also indicated myocardial viability presented at the ischemic areas. TTC staining revealed patchy infarction of the area at risk localized to the endocardial surface ( n =3), and no myocardial infarction ( n =4). Electron microscopy of sections from the hibernating regions revealed loss of contractile materials, increased numbers of small mitochondria, and glycogen accumulation within viable cardiomyocytes, which had been described as hallmarks of hibernating myocardium. Conclusion Chronic low flow myocardial hibernation can be reproduced in an animal model during progressive coronary stenosis caused by ameroid constrictor.
