Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(10):21-26
In this study, a literature review was adopted to specify terminology of biosimilars and demonstrate the basic characteristic of biologics and relevant research and development ( R&D) procedures. The regulatory frame-work of the European Medicines Agency ( EMA ) guidelines on biosimilars was introduced. Explicitly, regulatory guidelines and scientific principles, regarding biosimilarity, safety and immunogenicity, extrapolation, labels and names, data protection, were systematically introduced, as well as interchangeability and pharmacovigilance, respec-tively. The purpose of the study is to provide regulatory references for Chinese legislators and recommendations on the R&D of biosimilars in the biopharmaceutical industry.
6.Staphylococcus Resistance in Nosocomial Infection: An Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE To study the staphylococcus infection and the drug resistance among the outpetients and the inpatients, and to provide information for the clinical treatment.METHODS To cultivate and isolate bacteria according to the Clinical Laboratory Operation Regulation.Bacteria were identified with the automated analyzer VITEK-60.made by Bio-Merieux Company in France. The drug susceptibility was one with the method of single split agar diffusion.RESULTS Totally 159 strains of Staphylococcus were isolated from the outpatients,(46.1%) of which were MRSA.Most of the infection were caused through genital tract;390 strains of(Staphylococcus) were(isolated) from the inpatients,87.1% of which were MRSA.Most of the infection were caused through respiratory tract. Most of MSSA resisted to penicillin, but MRSA were sensitive to vancomycin and(teicoplanin.) (CONCLUSIONS) Preventing the spread of the MRSA is very important to the control of the nosocomial(infection). As far as the infective situation, most of the outpatients are infected through genital tract;while most of the inpatients are infected through respiratory tract. As far as the drug susceptibility, vancomycin is the best antibiotics, the next is teicoplanin. It is necessary to use combined drugs for the MRSA infection.
7.Venesection Ventouse Coordinated with Helium-neon Laser Combined with Drugs Treat Early Herpes Zoster
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(5):396-397,398
Objective]Observe the clinical effect of early herpes zoster which were treated by venesection ventouse combined with helium-neon laser and drugs. [Methods]The control group 32 cases used Famciclovir Tablet, transfer factor capsules, mecobalamin and acyclovir cream-drug for external use. While the experimental group 32 cases used Famciclovir Tablet, transfer factor capsules, mecobalamin and acyclovir cream-drug for external use. While the experimental group besides taking above-medicine, were treated with venesection ventouse and helium-neon laser at the pathological change. [Results]The control group used to cure for an average of 13 ±2.5 days. The experimental group used to cure for an average of 9.6 ±2.4 days. There were significant differences(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Early herpes zoster treated by venesection ventouse combined with helium-neon laser and drugs, can significantly shorten the duration of symptoms, alleviate suffering, and has good clinical efficacy.
8.Clinical analysis for the diagnosis and treatment of 25 cases with primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumor
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(22):3472-3475
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, imaging features and treatment of primary lacri-mal gland epithelial tumor. Methods The clinical data of 25 cases with primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumors were retrospectively studied. Results All of 25 primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumor cases received surgical treatment. Fourteen primary orbital tumors cases were male and 11 cases were female. The mean age was 44 years old (ranged 23 to 65).The mean hospital stay was 12d(ranged 7 to 20).Among 25 primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumor cases, 11 cases were benign tumors which included 4 inflammatory pseudotumor,11 pleomorphic adenoma.Fourteen cases were malignant tumors which included 4 malignant pleomorphic adenoma,6 adenoid cystic carcinoma and 4 adenocar-cinoma.After opeation, visual acuity improved in 9 cases, unchanged 10 cases, decreased 6 cases. The patients were followed up for 16 -48 months(mean 27 months). There were 4 malignant tumors recurrence after operation and received radical operation. While 2 patients were lost and 2 patients died of tumor metastasis, the other 21 patients survived with tumor -free.Conclusion Primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumors have different clinical and imaging appearances.Combination of ultrasound,CT and MRI is important to ascertain the character, range and degree of primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumors.Surgical excision is the main and effective treatment for primary lacrimal gland epithelial tumors, while gamma knife treatment is safe and effective for malignant, unresectable, recurrences tumors.
9.Application of chain management in education among hypertensive patients of the community
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(2):91-94
Objective To investigate the effect of chain management on education among hypertensive patients of the community. Methods A total of 144 cases of hypertension patients in community were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(72 cases, from February to July 2015) and the countryside group (72 cases, from September 2015 to February 2016).The control group was given routine education, and the countryside group received education with chain management. The treatment compliance and blood pressure values were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The score of patients behavior of drug compliance, adverse drug, self life management and cigarettes-alcohol addiction management after intervention in the countryside group were (20.32±4.41), (34.62±5.08), (41.27±3.54), (10.02±1.79) points, while they were (13.41±3.07), (26.23 ± 5.12), (39.78 ± 2.47), (7.94 ± 1.83) points in the control group. And the scores of the countryside group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=2.930-9.864, P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure before the intervention between the two groups (P > 0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure after intervention in the countryside group were (129.63 ± 8.07), (80.12 ± 7.62), (87.43 ± 9.35) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), while they were (135.42 ± 8.13), (87.56 ± 7.79), (99.31 ± 8.72) mmHg in the control group, and there were significant differences(t=4.295, 3.800, 9.201, P<0.01). Conclusions The chain management mode of community hypertension patients with education, can effectively improve the control of blood pressure in patients, improve the treatment compliance of patients.
