2.A new target for gene therapy-splicing factor PUF60
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(7):531-533
Poly(U)-binding-splicing factor 60 KDa (PUF60), a U2-related splicing factor that facilitates 3′splice-site recognition at the early stage of spliceosome assembly.High expression of PUF60 is related to the occurrence of multiple tumors, such as colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, et al.PUF60 can regulate the expression of c-myc through the core-human transcription factor Ⅱ basal transcription factor.Anti-PUF60 antibodies are detected in the sera of patients with early-stage and recurrent tumor, and the levels are significantly decreased after the operation.PUF60 can be used as a combined or independent test index for the diagnosis of cancer, which can be a potential new target for gene therapy.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)on pulmonary hypertension(PH),by detecting their levels of patients with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods Forty-eight patients with CHD who had left-to-right shunt were selected randomly from cardiac surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Forty-eight patients were performed successfully on radical operation under complex intravenous anesthesia, and they were divided 3 groups according to pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)detected by doppler echocardiography before operation:no PH group(PASP0.05).Conclusions H2S plays an important role in the formation of PH and restructure. There is no correlation between PASP and HO-1 activities in serum, but HO-1 may be play an indirect action in the formation of PH and restructure.Measuring the levels of H2S may be a reliable method to follow the change of pulmonary pressure and worsening of PH.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To observe the effect of Maiya on the hormone level of the female mice. Methods Female mature mice (5 ~ 6 months) were ovariectomized and treated with Maiya. Follicular stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in blood were examinated. Results Maiya could increase the FSH and E2 in blood, and decrease P in blood of the castrated mice, while the level of LH had no obvious change. Conclusion Maiya can influence the level of hormone.
5.Translation of titles of ancient traditional Chinese medical works into english under the perspective of culture
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(4):322-327
This paper analyzes the cultural features in the titles of ancient traditional Chinese medical works and how do they affect the translation of these titles into English.explores the methods with which culture-rich titles of these works are rendered based on culture translating skills including transplantation.annotation, paraphrase and substitution with examples, and finally concludes several principles for translation of ancient traditional Chinese medical works into English.
6.The problems and countermeasures of functional laboratory teaching reform
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(4):451-453
With the development of funcgonal laboratory teaching, the advantages of integrating laboratory resources have been embodied in someway, improving the students'experiment level and their comprehensive analysis ability. But many new problems have also shown up such as unreasonable curriculum, construction of teaching staff.By reinstalling experiment courses, integrating the experiment teaching staff, and exploring the solution to the existing problems, the teaching quality of functional experiment can be promoted
7.Efficacy of intraoperative lymphatic mapping in determination of sentinel lymph node of early stage breast cancer
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1998;0(01):-
0 05).Conclusion:Intraoperative lymphatic mapping with methylene blue is easily performed in early breast cancer patients. To determine the sentinel lymph node and status of axillary lymph node metastasis by pathological examination of the stained lymph nodes, there was hight false negative rate and unacceptable rate of misdiagnosis. So,its feasibility need further evaluation.[
8.Premium Approaches for Private Brand of Chain Drugstores
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To provide references for Chinese drugstores to carry out private brand strategy. METHODS: The problems existing in the practice of private brand in Chinese drugstores were analyzed, and the basic conditions and effective premium approaches for private brand of pharmaceutical chain store were studied through a detailed analysis of consumer’s psychology and action. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The problems existing in the practice of private brand in Chinese drugstores included the non-guaranteed quality assurance ability results from low price marketing and enterprise’s lack of cohesiveness results from enforcement on salesman to recommend products for customers etc. The main conditions to promote premium on private brand were to possess a consummate quality assurance system for products and services. The main approaches toward premium are to construct product line with drug brand image as foundation and to optimize the organization mode of the private brand management.
9.The Expression of Aquaporin-2,3,4 in Rats' Endolymphatic Sac and Kidney
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2004;0(05):-
Objective To confirm the expression of Aquaporin2,3,4(AQP2,3,4,water channel protein) in rats'endolymphatic sacs(ES)and kidneys and to investigate and to compare the effects of anti-diuretic hormone(AVP) and DDAVP([deamino-Cys1,D-Arg8]-Vasopressin,V2-receptor agonist)on the expression of AQP2 in rats' ESs and kidneys. Methods 30 healthy Swards white rats were divided into the negative control,AVP group and dDAVP group respectively. The animals were cardiacally perfused. The temporal bones and kidneys were taken out and sectioned by means of the paraffin-embedded technique. The sections of ESs were labeled with fluorescent antibody by immunohistochemical method, and the kidneys' with avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex method(ABC).The expressions of AQP-2 were confirmed in the ESs of the rats while the different effects of the AVP and DDAVP on the ESs and the kidneys were observed. The slides used were analyzed by the image-analyzer and the subsequent data were statistically studied. Results In the cytomembrane and cytoplasm of ESs' epithelia, the constant and clear fluorescent reaction could be observed in the normal control group with the first antibody of AQP2.Significant feeble fluorescent reaction of the first antibody of AQP-2 was revealed in AVP group and DDAVP group. In comparison with the control group, significant stain was found in AVP group and DDAVP group.Noted were also lower gray(P
