It is of vital importance for medical postgraduates to strengthen moral construction.Based on Bourdieu's field theory,the paper puts forwards methods to enhance the influence of moral education by forming of moral habitus by self-education,clinic practice and academic study and the accumulation of moral educational capital by the combination of mentors,society,schools,families and peer groups.

Objective To investigate the clinical values of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN). Methods Fifty-two patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia underwent LEEP following cytology, colposcopy and multiple biopsies, were treated by LEEP. The cure rate, the operative time, bleeding volume and patients reaction of LEEP to the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were investigated during the follow-up. Results The effective rate was 98.07 % in the patients treated by LEEP. The effective rate was 100 % in the patients in grade CIN Ⅰ or CIN Ⅱ by LEEP. No patients in grade CIN Ⅰ and Ⅱ had recurrence during the follow-up 1 year. The mean operative time was 7.8 minutes. The mean bleeding volume was 10 ml. No secondary bleeding and post-operative infection occurred. All these surgical specimens were checked successfully for pathology diagnosis. Conclusion The advantages to use the LEEP to manage cervical intraepithelial neoplasia include its simpleness to handle, short operative time,less bleeding, less vaginal discharge, safety, and high cure rate. LEEP can offer intact sample for pathological diagnosis. LEEP electrotome is a very ideal therapy for the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and can block the development of precancerosis to infiltrating carcinoma effectively.

AIM:To research the effect of safflower in renal intertistial fibrosis by GFR and renal biopsypathology with Sprague-Dnwley(SD) rat model.METHODS:All rats were distributed into 6 groups.Group A was normal control,group B received sham operation,group C was vehicle control,group D received vehicle,group E received safflower(10(g?kg~(-1)) body(wt?d~(-1))),and group F received enalapril((12.5)(mg?kg~(-1)) body(wt?d~(-1))).Rats underwent reversible left renal vein obstruction for 6 d,after which the obstruction was relieved.Renal function was determined by measuring GFR with inulin clearances.Both renal tubular epithelial cells(RTECs) and fibronection deposition for renal interstitial fibrosis were identified by immunohistochemistry.The positive and negative areas of per slice was determined by a motic medical 6.0 graphical analytical system.Atrophic tubules were determined by measuring the tubule diameter.10 fields per slice were analyzed at ?400 magnification.RESULTS:Return of glomerular filtration rate(GFR) was seen in group E and goup F,which was significantly better than group D(P

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical feature of nosocomial infection and the type of pathogens in general hospital, and provide the scientific theory basis in order to prevent and control the nosocomial infection. METHODS An analysis was made on the basis of the survey, the data came from hospitalized cases from 2000 to 2006. RESULTS Their prevalence rate was 3.8%. The highest infected rate was in ICU (16.9%). The main infection site was respiratory tract. Among pathogens isolated from nosocomial infection cases, 45.65% were Gram-negatives, 31.9% were fungi, and 20.58% were Gram-positives. The formation rate of the Enterococcus gradually increasesd from year to year. CONCLUSIONS There are many effective actions to reduce the nosocomial infection, such as strengthening the medical training, carrying out the aseptic technology strictly, reducing the invasive operation, raising the executable rate of hand hygiene, and using the antibacterial drug reasonably.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical application of the two surgical hand antisepsis methods on hand sterilizing effect. METHODS Totally 123 medical staff of operating theater were divided into Avagard surgical washing liquid (60) and orthodox surgical hand antisepsis (63) groups at random. The samples were derived from fingers and cultured before,just after and 2h after sterilization. RESULTS The colony counts were 4.64?4.87,0.05?0.16 and 0.02?0.10 CFU/cm2,respectively in avagard surgical washing liquid group;vs 4.10?4.03,0.08?0.26 and 0.49?1.31 CFU/cm2,respectively,in orthodox surgical hand antisepsis group. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protection of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) on 5 kinds of tumor cells (B cell lymphoma cell line Raji, human acute myeloid leukemia cell line HL-60, cervical cancer cell line HeLa, prostate cancer cell line PC-3, and non-small cell lung cancer cell line A549) from apoptosis induced by etoposide (VP-16). METHODS: Normal control group, drug group, and HGF protection group were set. CCK-8 assay was used to measure proliferation inhibition on 5 kinds of tumor cells by VP-16. Quantitative and qualitative analysis on 5 kinds of tumor cells was performed through acridine orange (AO) fluorescent staining, flow cytometry, HE staining, and transmission electron microscopy. RESULTS: CCK-8 assay revealed that the concentrations of VP-16, which can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Raji, HL-60, PC-3, HeLa, and A549 cell lines, were 100, 1,400, 200, and 200 μg·mL-1, respectively. The typical morphologic changes of cell apoptosis were observed under transmission electronic microscope. Flow cytometry showed that the apoptotic rates of tumor cells in the drug groups were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P>0.01, P>0.05) and in HGF protection groups (P>0.01, P>0.05). AO and HE staining revealed that cells in normal control group appeared to have regular cell morphology, but the cells apoptotic rates in the drug groups were significantly higher than those in normal control groups (P>0.01, P>0.05) and in HGF protection groups (P>0.01, P>0.05). CONCLUSION: HGF can significantly protect 5 kinds of tumor cells from apoptosis induced by VP-16. The mechanism need further investigation.

Objective In order to reduce neonatal missing and obstetric malpractice,design and application of a new neonatal hand ring was proposed in this paper.Methods Positive stop button,positive stop knot,positive stop cannula,rope,double sandwich tag set were included in the structure of new neonatal hand ring.Results The new neonatal hand ring has been experimentally applied by some departments in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital.The result showed the new neonatal hand ring effectively reduced the incidence of hand ring falling off,arm erythema and beds error.Conclusions Application of the new neonatal hand ring can guarantee the legal rights of newnates,avoid the disputes caused by misunderstanding and increase the automatic management level of hospitals.

Based on collecting data at home and abroad, we combined clinical practice of scientific researches. We also summarized key points for design and evaluation of clinical studies in treating children's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by Chinese medical new drugs from objective and design, selection of diagnostic criteria, recruitment and dropping-out of subjects, effectiveness evaluation, safety evaluation, drug combination, and quality control, and so on. We hope to provide reference for design and evaluation of clinical studies by Chinese medical new drugs.
