1.Research progress in correlation factor on fibrosis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(5):473-476
The fibrovascular membrane of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)cause severe damage to the structure and function of eye.The pathogenesis and development of fibrovascular membrane are associated with muhipie cellular factors, such as transforming growth factor(TGF),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),extracellular matrix(ECM),matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs),endothelin and chemotactic factor,etc..So,the molecular mechanism of fibrovascular membrane of PDR is extremely complex. The relationship of pathogenesis on the fibrosis of PDR to cytokines, extracellular matrix,MMPs and other factors were summarized.

Aim To examine the protective effects of allopregnanolone against seizure on different animal models. Methods The protective effects of allopregnanolone against maximal electrical seizure (MES) and picrotoxin-induced seizure were studied in C57 mice 15 minutes after vehicle or drug intraperitoneal administration. Results In the MES test, we found that pretreatment with the phenobarbital or allopregnanolone produced a dose-dependent protective effect against seizure. The potency (ED50 value) of phenobarbital in the MES test was 2.40 mg?kg-1, with 95% confidence interval range from 1.22 to 4.72 mg?kg-1. The potency (ED50 value) of allopregnanolone in the MES test was 0.086 mg?kg-1, with 95% confidence interval range from 0.037 to 0.201 mg?kg-1, which was significantly higher than that of phenobarbital (P

4.Choroidal hypoperfusion associated with photodynamic therapy for choroidal neovascularization
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;31(8):788-791
Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) ithe leading cause of vision disordecaused by variouretinal diseases.Apresent, many therapeutimethodare employed clinically, such aphotodynamitherapy (PDT),anti-vasculaendothelial growth facto(anti-VEGF) and transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT).However, none of them can cure CNV thoroughly and repeated treatmenirequired usually. The reason forecurrenCNV istill unclear.Choroidal hypoperfusion associated with Pdmay be one of the reasons. The purpose of thireview ito discusthe problem of choroidal hypoperfusion associated with PDfoCNV awell aitimpacon the eye and possible solutions.Thipapepresentevidenceof choroidal hypoperfusion aftePDand itrelationship with clinical outcomes.Meanwhile, the effecof combination therapy iassessed.Finally,low-fluence Pdirecommended apotential method to reduce choroidal hypoperfusion.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(9):677-680
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) is a chronic lung disease that commonly occurs in pre-term. Since the 1980s,with the advances in perinatal care, survival rate of preterm has been raised, while BPD continues to be a significant cause of morbidity and mortality for premature infants. However, the treatment effect of BPD is unsatisfactory. It is urgent to search for innovative ways to reduce the respiratory injury that caused by BPD as well as to improve the quality of life. In recent years, mesenchymal stem cells′( MSC) research has pro-vided a new way for the treatment of BPD. This review primarily summarizes the current status of the MSC ther-apies and its possible mechanism on BPD.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Objective To explore post-operative treatment and intensive care of infants with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods Clinical data of post-operative treatment and intensive care in 264 infants with CHD were analyzed retrospectively from May.1998 to Apr.2006.Among them,256 cases underwent radical operation, and 8 cases with palliative operation. Results Sixteen cases died early.Among them, after operation, there were 8 cases with Fallot′s syndrome,2 cases with complete atrioventricular canal anomalous,3 cases with ventricular septal defect(VSD)and pulmonary hypoplasia(PH),1 case with tricuspid atresia,1 case with single ventricle, and 1 case with persistent truncus arteriosus.Causes of death include low cardiac output, acute renal failure, degree of Ⅲ atrioventricular block(AVB),lung infection, respiratory failure and arrhythmia. One case with complete pulmonary vein ectopia was discharged due to post-opertative refractory hypercapnia;1 case with atrial septal defect(ASD)and patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) died of refractory heart failure due to high pulmonary arterial pressure 1 year after operation;1 case with tetralogy of Fallot died of lung hemorrhage after radical correct operation followed by palliative outflow tract deo-ppilant operation.Of them 245 cases alive, there were 233 cases with heart function grade Ⅰ,12 cases with grade Ⅱ.Conclusion Correct management of respiratory system, systemic electrocardial care, handling with arrhthymia on time, low cardiac output and nutritional support are the important measures in improving survival rate of infants with CHD.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(1):58-61
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are the non-hematopoietic cellular component in the bone marrow that have multiple differentiation potency. MSC play a key role in the regulation of bone marrow hematopoietic niche and modulation of immune function through various mechanisms. They are currently recognized as a promising cell source in tissue engineering, a vehicle in gene therapy and a powerful tool in the management of graft-versus-host disease after allogeneic stem cell transplantation. In this review some momentous aspects regarding the current status and potential clinical applications of MSC in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, aplastic anemia and multiple myeloma were summarized.
