OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery assisted to fluorouracil,oxaliplatin,leucovo-rin(FOLFOX)on postoperative recovery,complications and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer. METHODS:60 pa-tients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases). After resection of colorectal cancer,control group received 85 mg/m2 Oxaliplatin for injection,2 h intravenous infusion,d1+200 mg/m2 Calcium le-vofolinate for injection,intravenous infusion,once a day,d1-2+400 mg/m2 Fluorouracil injection,intravenous infusion,once a day, d1-5 then 600 mg/m2 for 22 h intravenous infusion,d1-2. Observation was additionally given rapid rehabilitation surgery. 2-week was regarded as 1 course,it lasted 12 courses. Urinary retention time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,postoperative hospital-ization time,scores of life quality (overall health,emotional function,mental health,physiological functions,physical function,so-matic pain,vitality,social function)in 2 groups were observed,and the incidence of postoperative complications was recorded. RE-SULTS:The urinary retention time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was signifi-cantly lower than control group,overall health,emotional function and mental health score were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in physiological functions, physical function,somatic pain,vitality,social function score in 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Rapid rehabilitation sur-gery assisted to FOLFOX chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with colorectal cancer, improve quality of life,shorten hospitalization time and promote postoperative recovery.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of azithromycin on mycoplasmal pneumonia(MP). METHODS We divided 204 MP cases into treatment and control groups.In treatment group 10mg/(kg?d) ivgtt for 3-5 d,while in control group 30mg/(kg?d) erythromycin dripping iv.qd for 7-10 d and then observe the effect. Objective To study the countermeasures for preventing medical disputes-induced group events by ana-lyzing the related papers.Methods Distributions of publication years, institutions of authors, and subjects in pa-pers on medical disputes-induced group events in 2006-2013 covered in Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and CNKI were analyzed by bibliometrics.Results A total of 676 papers on medical disputes-induced group events were published in 2006-2013 .Their authors were mainly from medical educational institutions or medical and health institutions.The number of papers on medical tangles, relation between physicians and patients, legal con-struction, reasons for medical disputes was significantly larger than that of those on the third partymechanism and medical liability insurance .Conclusion Certain advances have been achieved in study on medical disputes-induced group events.However, there is a room for their improvement, further studies are thus needed.

Objective To summarize the experience of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, improve the level of nursing. Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis in Reproductive Medical Center of Peking University Third Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was retrieved,the nursing experience and preventive measures were summarized. Results Through treatment and careful, all the patient were cured. Conclusions Strengthen the nursing care of patients with assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, actively prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome occurred is the key to reduce thrombosis. Those patients with risks factors should be paid more attention, strengthen health education, reduce or alleviate complications.

Objective It remains a controversy whether 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) is associated with colon cancer stem cells.This study was to investigate the effect of the 5-LOX inhibitor MK886 in maintaining the stemness of the human colon cancer cell line HT-29.Methods Using CCK-8 assay, we examined the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of MK886 (12.5, 25, 50, 75, 100, and 200 μmol/L) on the colon cancer HT-29 cells cultured in vitro and calculated its half-inhibitory concentration (IC50).Then, we detected the effects of MK886 IC50 on the clone-and sphere-forming abilities of the cells, determined the mRNA expressions of the stemness markers CD133, Lgr5, Oct4 and Ascl2 by real-time PCR after 24 and 48 hours of MK886 IC50 intervention, and measured their protein expressions by Western blotting after 24, 48 and 72 hours of MK886 IC50 intervention.Results The inhibition rates of MK886 on the HT-29 cells at 24 and 48 hours were significantly increased in a time-and dose-dependent manner ([14.99±3.06] and [19.98±0.57]％ at 12.5 μmol/L, [20.46±1.14] and [34.97±6.02]％ at 25 μmol/L, [50.76±5.94] and [66.90±5.74]％ at 50 μmol/L, [66.84±1.77] and [73.11±2.48]％ at 75 μmol/L, [72.67±2.36] and [77.78±3.30]％ at 100 μmol/L, [83.67±0.24] and [84.69±2.24] ％ at 200 μmol/L) as compared with the blank control (0％ and 0％) (P<0.05).The clone-forming rate and number of spheres formed were remarkably lower in the MK886 intervention than in the control group ([10.60±1.71] vs [44.67±3.21]％, P<0.05;6.00±1.60 vs 19.07±2.89, P<0.05).After 24 and 48 hours of MK886 intervention, the mRNA expression of CD133 in the HT-29 cells was markedly up-regulated in comparison with that at 0 hour (0.72±0.10 and 0.39±0.07 vs 1.66±0.33, P<0.05), and so were those of Lgr5, Oct4 and Ascl2 (P<0.05).Conclusion The 5-LOX inhibitor MK886 can inhibit the proliferation and clone-and sphere-forming abilities of human colon cancer HT-29 cells by down-regulating the expressions of the stemness markers and thus suppressing the stemness of the colon cancer stem cells.
