Objective To analyze the carbetocin combined with oxytocin for prevention of bleeding after artificial abortion .Methods 110 cases of pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group were treated with carbetocin combined with oxytocin treatment, the control group were treated by oxytocin treatment, the negative blood loss, menstrual recovery changes and curative effect in two groups of patients were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.36%, was significantly higher than the control group 78.18%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the 24h negative bleeding volume, vaginal bleeding time, menstruation time, first menstrual duration in the observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time less than 7d in observation group of patients accounted for 30.91%, was significantly higher than the control group 18.18%; the time of vaginal bleeding >14d accounted for 3.64%, significantly lower than the control group 21.82%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The vaginal bloodmenstrual volume accounted for more than 9.09%, was lower than 32.73%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The sex hormone in two groups of patients before and after the treatment had no significant difference.The progesterone level in observation group was lower than the control group, estradiol level was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the adverse reaction rate in control group was 12.73% compared with 7.27% in the observation group, the difference was no statistically significant.Conclusion The abortion patients after treated with carbetocin combined with oxytocin treatment can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the bleeding time and menstrual recovery time, safe and reliable curative effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Xianyimucao capsule on hormone level and menstrual recovery in patients with vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.Methods 102 pregnant women with drug abortion admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, the control group was given conventional hemostasis and such symptomatic treatment as anti-infection, the observation group was given Xianyimucao capsule on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy, the levels of serum hormones and menstrual recovery before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared.Then the safety of two groups were evaluated.Results After 14 days of the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.1%, which was significantly higher than 80.4% of the control group (P<0.05).And the serum HCG, P and E2 levels in the two groups after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.05);serum hormone levels of the observation group were significantly better than that the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the menstruation recovery of the observation group was significantly shortened (P<0.05);there was no significant difference of the first menstrual cycle and menstrual volume after the menstruation recovery between the two groups.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during meditation. Conclusion The application of fresh motherwort capsules in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion can stop bleeding rapidly , regulate the body's hormone levels and recover normal menstruation with high safety .

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery assisted to fluorouracil,oxaliplatin,leucovo-rin(FOLFOX)on postoperative recovery,complications and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer. METHODS:60 pa-tients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases). After resection of colorectal cancer,control group received 85 mg/m2 Oxaliplatin for injection,2 h intravenous infusion,d1+200 mg/m2 Calcium le-vofolinate for injection,intravenous infusion,once a day,d1-2+400 mg/m2 Fluorouracil injection,intravenous infusion,once a day, d1-5 then 600 mg/m2 for 22 h intravenous infusion,d1-2. Observation was additionally given rapid rehabilitation surgery. 2-week was regarded as 1 course,it lasted 12 courses. Urinary retention time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,postoperative hospital-ization time,scores of life quality (overall health,emotional function,mental health,physiological functions,physical function,so-matic pain,vitality,social function)in 2 groups were observed,and the incidence of postoperative complications was recorded. RE-SULTS:The urinary retention time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was signifi-cantly lower than control group,overall health,emotional function and mental health score were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in physiological functions, physical function,somatic pain,vitality,social function score in 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Rapid rehabilitation sur-gery assisted to FOLFOX chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with colorectal cancer, improve quality of life,shorten hospitalization time and promote postoperative recovery.

The genetic diversity of three Tibetan herbs, i. e., Sang-Di, E-Dewa and Ye-Xingba (Tibetan names), was studied based on the field collection, specimen identification and DNA sequence analysis. Swertia hispidicalyx, Gentiana lhassica and Scrophularia dentata, as the original plants of the three Tibetan herbs, were collected and identified. The regions of ITS, matK, rbcL, rpoC1, trnL(UAA), psbA-trnH, atpB-rbcL, trnS (GCU)-trnG(UCC), rpl20-rps12, trnL(UAA)-trnF(GAA) and nadl 2nd intron were amplified and sequenced. The ITS regions of S. hispidicalyx and S. dentata were cloned and sequenced, and the sequences were classified into different genotypes. All the sequences were analyzed and compared with those of closely related species. Our studies may provide reference for the genetic diversity analysis and molecular identification of the three Tibetan herbs.

Objective To determine the role of human serum albumin therapy in the post-operative management of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with cirrhosis.Methods Between January 2011 and December 2012,we treated 171 consecutive cirrhotic patients with HCC.88 patients were treated with 5％ human serum albumin for 48 hours followed by 20％ human serum albumin in the post-operative period (the observer group) ; 81 patients were only treated with 20％ human serum albumin during the same time duration (the control group).The prognosis,complications,average amount of human serum albumin and plasma used as well as the in-hospital stay were observed.Results There were no deaths or major complications in either of these 2 groups.After treatment,the observer group was lower than the control group in the amount of intravenous fluid infused,the volume of peritoneal drainage,the amount of human serum albumin and plasma used as well as the mean post-operative hospitalization days (P ＜ 0.05).At the same time,the daily urine output,the central venous pressure and the mean arterial pressure within 48 hours after surgery were higher in the observer group than the control group.Furthermore the observer group had a smoother post-operative recovery in liver function,and the difference was significant between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Not only did treatment with 5 ％ and 20％ human serum albumin gave the advantages of a more stable blood circulation,better organ perfusion and improved liver function recovery but it also reduced the amount of consumption of human serum albumin and plasma and shortened the hospital stay.

Objective To determine whether the small intestinal submucosa(SIS)/nano meter crystal ?-tricalcium phosphate(nm ?-TCP) composite can enhance the regeneration of rabbit mandibular defects. Methods Twenty-six mandibular defects were made on thirteen New Zealand rabbits,and were ramdonly divided into four groups: groupⅠ,single SIS was applied to each defects;group Ⅱ,nm ?-TCP;groupⅢ,the composite scaffold materials of SIS and nm ?-TCP;groupⅣ,control.Twelve weeks after the operation,the samples were extracted for gross observation,histological analysis,X-ray examination,and relative bone density(RBD) recording.Results Twenty weeks after the operation,the newborn bone trabecula took up most of the area with defects.The restorative materials in the SIS group and composite scaffold materials group had almost degraded,and little remained in the ?-TCP group.The composite scaffold materials group was found more newborn bone trabecula with mature formation,and the average RBD was relatively higer,while less newborn bone trabecula with irregular formation and more collagen were observed in the control group. Conclusion The composite materials of SIS and nm ?-TCP,which enjoy favourable bone formation characteristics and histocompatibility, can enhance bone regeneration in rabbit mandibular defects.

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Hassab operation combined with either radiofrequency ablation(RFA) or liver resection in treatment of liver cancer associated with portal hypertension.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of patients with primary liver cancer associated with portal hypertension operated at the Department of General Surgery of Beijing Ditan Hospital from June 2013 to June 2015. These patients were divided into the RFA combined with Hassab operation group and the liver resection combined with Hassab operation group according to the surgical procedures. The general patient information, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications and the 1-, 3-, and 5-years cumulative survival rates and recurrence-free survival rates were compared.Results:Of 53 patients who were included in the study, 30 patients were in the RFA combined with Hassab operation group (including 28 males and 2 females, average age 46.3 (27.0~64.0) years, and 23 patients in the liver resection combined with Hassab operation group (including 20 males and 3 females), average age 44.7(33.0~59.0) years. There were no significant differences in the general patient information including age, gender, maximum tumor diameter, preoperative laboratory tests (including blood routine, liver function, tumor markers), and Child-Pugh classification between the two groups (all P>0.05). Intraoperative blood loss in the RFA combined with Hassab operation group was significantly less than those in the liver resection combined with Hassab operation group [(401.67±183.12) ml vs (552.17±333.88) ml, P<0.05]. There were also no significant differences between the two groups in operation time, blood transfusion during operation, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative complications ( P>0.05). The incidence of severe postoperative complications (Clavein-Dindo grade ≥ IIIb) in the liver resection combined with Hassab operation group was 47.8% (11/23), which was significantly higher than the 20.0% (6/30) in the RFA combined with Hassab operation group ( P<0.05). The 1-, 3-, and 5-year cumulative survival rates of patients in the RFA combined with Hassab operation group were 82.8%, 49.9%, and 33.2%, respectively, while the corresponding survival rates of patients in the liver resection combined with Hassab operation group were 81.0%, 58.2%, 43.7%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). The recurrence-free survival rates of patients in the RFA combined with Hassab operation group at 1-, 3-, and 5-years after surgery were 79.2%, 38.8%, and 21.6%, respectively. The corresponding recurrence-free survival rates of patients in the liver resection combined with Hassab operation group were 76.4%, 41.7%, and 27.8%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:RFA combined with Hassab operation was safe and efficacious to treat primary liver cancer associated with portal hypertension.

Objective To compare the differences of metabolic syndrome (MS) prevalence by using four working definitions and their relationship with obesity-related indicators in first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus pedigrees. Methods Totally, 2 372 first-degree relatives from 715 type 2 diabetic pedigrees were selected in this study. Complete laboratory data, including blood pressure, lipid profile and plasma glucose, were collected. The prevalence rates of MS and obesity of four definitions, as defined by National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel Ⅲ (ATPⅢ) in 2005, International Diabetes Federation (IDF) in 2005,Chinese Diabetes Society (CDS) in 2004 aml Joint Committee for Developing Chinese Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults (JCDCG) in 2007,were analyzed. Results (1)The prevalence rates of MS were 45.40% ,38.74% ,25.08% and 39.29% aecording to four definitions respectively. The prevalence rates of MS were higher in females than in males by using ATPⅢ and IDF definitions (both P<0. 01). (2)The common comhinations of metabolic abnormality was dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity and hyperglycemia by using four definitions,except in females by using CDS definition. (3)The prevalence rates of obesity were 58.18% ,58.18% ,33.90% and 42.96% acconling to the four definitions respectively. The prevalence rates of MS in obese subjects were 66.59% ,66.59% ,54.85% and 68.99% according to four definitions respectively. (4) Applying the cutoff point for abdominal obesity according to ATPⅢ, IDF and JCDCG definitions, the prevalence rates of abdominal obesity in subjects with body mass index (BMI) <25 kg/m2 were respectively 28.58% and 16.78%, being higher in females than in males(38.90% vs 15.02% ,21.01% vs 11.22% ,both P<0. 01). Conclusion (1)There is significant familial aggregation of MS and obesity,and the first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients are high risk populations. (2) Waist circumference rather than BMI taken as a discriminating component of obesity in MS seems to be clinically more helpful to the early identification and prevention of MS.

Objective: To investigate the current status of job stress in locomotive attendants in a locomotive depot and related influencing factors. Methods: From 2012 to 2013, cluster sampling was used to select 1500 locomotive attendants in a locomotive depot in Zhengzhou Railway Bureau as respondents.The contents of the investigation included general data and occupational information.A job satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the degree of satisfaction, a depression scale was used to investigate the frequency of symptoms, and a daily stress scale was used to investigate the frequency of fatigue and stress. Results: There was a significant difference in depression score between locomotive attendants with different ages, working years, degrees of education, working situations of spouse, total monthly family incomes, numbers of times of attendanceat night, monthly numbers of times of attendance,ormonthly attendance times(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in job satisfaction score between locomotive attendants with different ages,working years, degrees of education, working situations of spouse, total monthly family incomes, numbers of times of attendance at night, monthly attendance times,or ways to work(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in daily stress score between locomotive attendants with different ages, working years, marital status,working situations of spouse, total monthly family incomes, types of work,numbers of times of attendance at night,monthly attendance times,attendance times at night,or ways to work(P<0.05). The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the type of locomotive was positively correlated with job satisfaction(β=1.546)and monthly number of times of attendance,working years,attendance time at night,and degree of education were negatively correlated with job satisfaction(β=-0.185,-0.097,-0.020,and -1.106); monthly number of times of attendance andcommute time were positively correlated with depression(β=0.243 and 0.029); attendance time at night,working situation of spouse,commute time,monthly number of times of attendance,degree of education,and working years were positively correlated with daily stress(β=0.006,0.473,0.010,0.043,0.585, and 0.028). Conclusion Number of times of attendance, attendance time,working years,and spouse are influencing factors for job stress in locomotive attendants. Improvement in work process and care for their personal life help to reduce the level of job stress.
