With the development of mdical science and technology, Medical care model has been changed.It can be realized from clinical neurology practice that the changing is necessary and the changing is important for the correct diagnosis and good medical care.

To provide an effective approach to select, develop, interpret and apply well-designed quality indicators. Then to promote the continual improvement of laboratory quality and to assure patient safety. We focused on the quality cycle of selecting, development, implementation and processing for quality indicators. And some examples for essential activities in the development and use of quality indicators were shown. Through the presentation of process and examples, we put forward an organized approach that provides the laboratory with a plan to structure its development of quality indicators to gather useful information. Quality indicators are important. However, they should be integrated with internal review plan, External Quality Assessment (EQA) and the process of activities in plan. Only then can we really promote the continual improvement of quality.

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of nurses' cognition to premature parents' health education demands,so as to provide reference for nursing leaders to take intervention.Methods 59 NICU nurses from two hospitals in Guangzhou and Shenzhen were chosen by convenience sampling.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate.Results A total of 56 questionnaires was recovered,with a rate of 94.92％.NICU nurses perceived the degree of parents total education demands was (3.20±0.48) points.The demands of knowledge about diseases progress and related diagnosis and nursing were high,reaching (3.33±0.47) points.Breast feeding got the highest score,(3.53±0.69)points.Ed-ucation,professional ranks,post of nurses had no correlation with total score,but ages and length of service were negatively correlated with general demand,mental nursing and social support.Conclusions NICU nurses value premature parents' health education,and nursing leaders should take interventions to prevent occurrence of job burnout.

Cytochrome P450 are abundant in Streptomyces which play an important role in the biosynthesis of secondary products and metabolism of exotic chemicals of Streptomyces. Recent progress and function of cytochrome P450 in Streptomyces were reviewed in this paper. The problems in study of Streptomyces Cytochrome P450, and the prospects for future study of cytochrome P450 and its application were also discussed.

Objective To investigate the correlations of short-term prognosis and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) of no heart disease patients in ICU.Methods Sixty patients of critically ill in our ICU ward from March 2010 to March 2012 were taken scores of acute physiology and chronic health Ⅱ scoring system (APACHE Ⅱ score) and determination serum BNP level in 24 hours of admission and analysis mortality in hospital time,mechanical ventilation time and other major prognostic indicators.Results Forty-two cases were living,18 cases were dead in the 60 cases (mortality rate 30％).APACHE Ⅱ score (26.46 ± 11.6) and serum BNP concentrations(2154.26 ± 1126.49) ng/L were significantly higher in death cases than in living cases (13.45 ± 4.20) vs.(1058.16 ± 857.83) ng/L (t =6.4055,4.1190,P ＜ 0.001),mechanical ventilation time mortality rate both also increase with BNP levels (F =49.089,22.754,36.398 respectively,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion BNP level and APACHE Ⅱ score rise of survival of critically ill patients have important prognostic significance with duration of mechanical ventilation,length of hospital stay prognostic indicators forecast.

The pre-analytical process is the first key step in the total testing process of clinical laboratories,which will directly influence the accuracy and timeliness of testing results.Efficient preanalytical quality assurance system consists of scientific personnel structure,regular training and monitoring,bright and comfortable phlebotomy environment,advanced comprehensive phlebotomy facilities,strict biosafety practice in each procedure and harmonious relationship between clinicians/patients and laboratory.Besides,the application and monitoring of sound quality indicators in pre-analytical process will promote the improvement of quality and finally get the aim of assuring patients' safety.

Objective To establish a quality standard of Hovenia dulics Thunb. Method The presence of quercetin was identified and assayed by TLC and HPLC, respectively. Result Linearity of marker was obtained over the range of 1.32 ～ 5.28 ?g (r =0.9999). The average recovery rate was 98.78% (RSD=1.08%). Conclusion TLC is specific. The method of quality is accurate, reappearance, simple, rapid, and suitable for the quality control of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.

Objective To explore the effect of Feier Recuperates Fluid on lipid metablism, fat weight, fatty cell shape. Method Trophism fat rat model was induced by feeding hyperalimentation feedstuff for six weeks in infancy rat. Drugs were administered orally after two week for four weeks. The cholesterol total (TC), triglyceride total (TG) and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) contents in the serum were determined. Fat weight was weighted. Number and diameter of fat cells were observed. Result Feier Recuperates Fluid (63.0 g/kg) could reduce fat weight, TC and TG contents, and increase HDL-C. Feier Recuperates Fluid could decrease diameter of fat cells, and increase fat cells number slightly. Conclusion Feier Recuperates Fluid could improve markedly lipid metablism of trophism fat rat.
