Objective To study the relationship between the stress-related psychosocial factors and the psychosomatic symptoms of sterilized women. Methods 120 sterilized women were assessed with Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90),Social Supports Questionnaire(SSQ),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Psychosocial Stress Scale for Group(PSSG)and a self-developed preoperative cognition scale.Data were analysed with SPSS. Results There was a significant correlation between scores of psychosomatic symptoms and stress-related psychosocial factors such as EPQ-N,subjective social support(SSS),negative emotion(NE),positive emotion(PE),negative coping style(NC) and some negative characteristics of pre-operative cognition.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that EPQ-N,PE and religion belief were in the equation. Conclusion The results indicated that neurotic syndrome of sterilized women may be mediated or influenced by negative characteristics of cognition, emotion, coping style and personality.

Objective To explore the effects of isoflurane on blood plasma metabolites (BPM) and its correlation with cognitive dysfunction. Methods Thirty female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into two groups:rats in the control group (n =10) received 80% oxygen for 2 hours (h);and rats in the isoflurane-treated group (n =20) were anesthetized with isoflurane and 80% oxygen for 2 h.Cognitive functions were examined using a Y-maze test to explore the learning times of rats. The level of blood plasma metabolites was detected through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS).Results The learning times of rats in the isoflurane-treated group was more than the learning times of rats in the control group [(70.75 ± 15.30) vs (45.40 ± 11.21),P < 0.05].D-fructose,arabinofuranose,n-butylamine,and inositol significantly increased (P < 0.05),respectively.Whereas,L-analine and L-proline significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in isoflurane-treated rats when compared to those in the control rats (P < 0.05).Moreover,plasma concentrations of d-fructose,arabinofuranose,n-butylamine,inositol,and L-proline were positively correlated with the degree of cognitive dysfunction in the isoflurane-treated rats. Conclusions Changes of plasma concentrations of inositol, and d-fructose in aged rats are useful in predicting the occurrence and progression of post-anesthesia cognitive dysfunction.

Objective To explore the early manifestation of childhood autism. Methods Fifty-one childhood autism were selected as autistic group, and 40 cases of healthy children were selected as healthy control group. All children were investigated retrospectively about social competence, language development, repetitive motor actions and special interests before 18 month-old by questionnaire. All results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software. Results Compared with healthy control group, children in autistic group presented a series of abnormal manifestations before 18 month-old,including social competence, language development, repetitive motor actions and special interests(Pa
4.Neurobiology of head-neck squamous cell carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(11):830-833
Neonatal nerves exist in tumor tissues, and tumor cells can invade nerve by neurogenesis.Current research shows that cancer cells can secrete cytokines to promote the differentiation and growth of nerve cells,in turn, the differentiation and growth of nerve cells can stimulate tumor development and metastasis.Neurogenesis is one way of interaction bettween tumor cells and microenvironment similar to angiogenesis and lymphangiogcnesis, which has a major impact on biological behavior of tumor cells and prognosis.

Objective:To explore the correlation between sexual behavior and potential personality of neurosis patients.Methods:124 cases of neurosis patients were evaluated with Marriage Quality Questionaire,SDS,SAS,self-made Sexual Life Questionaire and TAT.Results:1.The score of neurosis patients with sexual dysfunction on potential personality of TAT were significantly higher than controls.Such ou dominat desire, sexual clesire, assistant clcsire,physical-social attack desire, possession clcstroy desire, self attack cleire, mood change desire and(association,affection-speech attack lure,loss,disppar.loss-support,physical-harm)pressure].The achievement desire is decrease(P

7.COLONIZATON OF STREPTOMYCIN RESISTANT RL-4 OF AS_(818) ON SOYBEAN RHIZOSPHERE
Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Spore suspension of Streptomyce s griseus AS 818 (10 6/mL)was radiated b y Co 60 -radiation,the radiation dosage was 1?10 4rad.And 5 streptomy cin resis tant mutants (above 50?g/mL) were screened, then the resistant level of mutant RL-4 was induced to 100?g/mL.The number of RL-4 colonizing on soybean roots pl anted on 1% Water agar or in sterile soil was determined. The results showed tha t it could colonize on soybean rhizosphere and rhizoplane for a short period,bu t there is a little difference. When it was examined in 1% Water agar, the numb er of RL-4 raised gradually in soybean rhizoplane in 4 weeks. But when examined in sterile soil,RL-4 reduced about 100 times at the 1 st week, then raised gradually and reached the highest point at the 3 rd week, and decreased aga in at the 4 th week,In the rhizoplane,it reduced gradually from the 1 st week, and couldn't be examined at the 4 th week. Mutant RL-4 couldn't be found in soybean endorhizosphere by tissue printing.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2015;(2):326-329
Objective:To investigate the validity and the outcome of a new surgery method that utilizes lateral great toe flap to decoratively reconstruct the thumb pulp loss. Methods:From Jan.2009 to Jan. 2014 , 22 cases with unilateral thumb pulp defect were included, for whom, lateral great toe flap was de-ployed to reconstruct the thumb.Blood circulation was re-established by the anastomosis of the digital vessels of toes and fingers in 18 cases, the other 4 cases were conducted by a dorsal metatarsal artery and vein anastomosed to the deep branch of the radial artery and the dorsal metacarpal vein respectively; as for the nerve repair, toe-to-finger digital nerve anastomosis was performed. The donor sites were covered by full-thickness inguinal skin grafts. Results:All the 22 flaps survived without complications. With 6 to 12 months follow-up, the surviving fingers all presented aesthetically pleasant appearance with vivid loops and whorls.Normal functions like sweating were restored as well, and the two-point-discrimination ranged 3.0 to 6.0 mm (4.2 mm in average). The skin grafts to the donor sites healed uneventfully, the appearance and functions of the feet were unaffected. Conclusion: Lateral toe flap should be the first-line choice for reconstructing thumb defect, as it conveniently restores both functions and outlook.
