Objective: To observe the efficiency of the therapy of hormone treatment aftertranscerviacal resection of endometrial polyps (TCRP). Methods: Eighty-six cases of endometrial polyps were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into the control group (39 cases), which with simple TCRP, and the observation group (47 cases), which treated with hormone after TCRP. The clinical efficiency was compared between 2 groups. Results:The operation time of control group is 16-45 min, average (29.8±7.2) min; the intraoperative blood loss was 10-65ml, average(41.8±11.6) ml. The operation time of observation group was 18–55 min, average (33.2±8.8) min;the intraoperative blood loss was from 13–69 ml, average(43.2±13.1)ml. The differences of operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups were not significant. The recurrence rate of observation group (6.38%) was much lower than control group(30.77%)(x2=8.802, P<0.05). 1 month, 3 months, 6 month and 1 year after therapy, the menstrual blood volume were (53.6±17.8)ml, (41.3±13.5)ml, (33.8±9.6)ml and (20.8±6.4)ml, respectively, which were much lower than the control group (t=12.564, t=12.691, t=14.494, t=23.72; P<0.05). 1 month, 3 months, 6 month and 1 year after therapy, the endometrial thickness were (8.2±1.0)mm, (7.1±0.9)mm, (4.2±0.8)mm and (3.5±0.7)mm, respectively, which were much lower than the control group (t=1.324, t=3.774, t=11.996, t=10.508; P<0.05). Conclusion: The menstrual blood volume, the endometrial thickness and the recurrence of endometrial polyps can be effectively reduced with the hormone therapy after TCRP.

3.MORpHOLOGY AND SPROUTING OF MOTOR NERVE TERMINALS IN CAT: DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FAST AND SLOW MUSCLES
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Motor nerve terminals of fast muscles (lateral head of gastrocnemius, l. g. medial head of gastrocnemius, m. g.) and slow muscles (soleus, sol.) in 4 healthy adult cats were studied in teased muscle fibres with zinc iodide-osmium tetroxide (ZIO) staining. The motor nerve terminals stained with ZIO had a more delicate appearnance than those stained with other methods. It was obvious that fairly marked differences between the strutures of fast and slow muscle end-plate in cat. The terminal sprouts were also different between fast and slow muscle motor nerve terminals. in cat. The percentages of preterminal sprout were mean%?S.D. 8.5?5.4, 7.1?3.2 and 0.3?0.5 in l. g., m. g, and sol. respectively, and the percentages of ultraterminal sprout were 0, 0.3?0.5 and 5.7?2.0 in l. g., m. g. and sol. respectively. In each l. g., m. g. or sol. muscle, not only the size and complexity of end-plates were different, but also there were various kinds of end-plates. All of these showed the different stages of growth, sprouting, degeneration and replacement. The turnover of motor nerve terminal and the factors which influence the morphology of the end-plates in normal adult cat are discussed.
4.The chinical dependablities between type 2 diabetes and lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2003;0(01):-
Objective To analyze the association between type 2 diabetes and lung cancer and study their clinical features. Methods 76 lung cancer patients admitted in Shengjing hospital from June 2006 to June 2008 and their neighbors(or their colleagues)were enrolled to conduct a 1∶1 matched case control study. Results 27.63% of lung cancer patients had type 2 diabetes.Adenocarcinoma was the most common type associated with type 2 diabetes, accounting for 47.62%.There was no statistical significance in ages and gender between cases and their matched control. The symptoms of type 2 diabetes with lung cancers were not typical. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes is significantly correlated with lung cancers. The incidence of type 2 diabetes in lung cancer patients is higher than that in subjects without lung cancers.Early diagnosis and strict blood glucose control are critical for good prognosis.
7. Protective effects of 3, 4-di-O-methyl-1,2,5,6-D-Mannitol tetranitrate on myocardial ischemia induced by ligating coronary artery in rats
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2012;47(3):190-193
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of 3, 4-di-O-methyl-1, 2, 5, 6-D-mannitol tetranitrate(DMMTN) on acute myocardial ischemia induced by ligating coronary artery in rats. METHODS: Acute myocardial ischemia model was developed by ligating the anterior descending branch of left coronary artery in rats. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham group, model group, Lunanxinkang group, low-dose (15 mg · kg-1) DMMTN group, middle-dose (30 mg · kg-1) DMMTN group and high-dose (60 mg · kg-1) DMMTN group. The changes of ST segment and T segment of electrocardiogram at different moment were recorded after myocardial ischemia injury. At 3 h after ligation, the myocardial infarct size was measured by nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) staining method. And the activities of creatine phosphokinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined to evaluate the protective effects of DMMTN. RESULTS: DMMTN could reduce the size of myocardial infarct significantly, inhibit the rising of ST segment and T segment of electrocardiogram, decrease the level of CK, LDH and MDA, and increase the activity of SOD. CONCLUSION: DMMTN showed obvious protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia induced by ligating the coronary artery in rats. Copyright 2012 by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2015;(6):509-512
The treatment effect of primary and metastatic hepatic carcinoma after local intervention?al therapy is closely related to the prognosis of patients. Traditional imaging modalities such as CT, MRI and ultrasound can only provide anatomical information in monitoring treatment response. In recent years, PET/CT has been widely used in monitoring treatment response for tumors. Many studies have compared the effi?cacy of PET/CT with that of traditional imaging modalities in monitoring the response of primary and meta?static hepatic carcinoma after interventional therapy. This review summarizes recent progress in this field.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(2):188-191
The frequent co-occurrence of metabolic syndrome (MS) and mental disorders has become increasingly common, which is known clinically as comorbidity. Epidemiological survey showed that schizophrenia and mood disorders are the most common co-existing psychiatric disorders of metabolic syndrome. The pathogenesis of comorbidity of mental dis-orders and MS is related with hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis dysfunction, unhealthy lifestyles and related applications of antipsychotics. An important reason for the metabolic syndrome associated with schizophrenia is heredity. However, in-flammation is the key factor in the relationship of mood disorders and MS. The intervention of unhealthy lifestyle, psychologi-cal counseling and rational use of drug should all be included in the treatment of comorbidity of psychiatric disorders and MS. The follow-up of metabolic index in psychiatric patients and psychological conditions in patients of MS should be paid more attention during the whole course of treatment.
