2.The relationship between the latency-intensity function of click ABR wave V and the audiogram configuration.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(10):959-962
OBJECTIVE:
The latency-intensity function (LIF) of wave V from click ABR of some deaf children showed great variation. We attempted to find out the intrinsic reasons.
METHOD:
The children recieved tone-burst ABR test.
RESULT:
Frequencies from 0.5-4.0 kHz have been tested and the thresholds of tone-burst ABR were recorded. The average thresholds of steeply LIF children at 0.5-4.0 kHz were (93.13 ± 7.04), (79.37 ± 7.72), (69.38 ± 8.54) (66.25 ± 8.06) dB respectively, while the average thresholds of shallower LIF children at these 4 frequencies were (65.00 ± 7.32) (68.13 ± 6.55) (70.63 ± 6.80) (78.12 ± 8.34) dB respectively.
CONCLUSION
The results imply that the child with steeply LIF may have more hearing loss at frequencies 0.5 and 1 kHz than those with shallower LIF. LIF may predict the audiogram configuration.

3.Effect of enamel matrix proteins on gene expression in human bone marrow stromal cells analysed by cDNA microarray
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effect of enamel matrix proteins (EMPs) on gene expression in human bone marrow stromal cells (hBMSCs) by cDNA microarray. Methods hBMSCs were cultured in vitro by whole bone marrow technique. Those stimulated with EMPs at a concentration of 200 ?g/mL in vitro were classified as test group, and those normally cultured were served as control. Afer culturing for 5 days, a cDNA microarray containing 4 096 genes was used to detect and analyze the gene expression. Four differentially-expressed genes in cDNA microarray were determined by real-time PCR for validation of the microarray data. Results Twenty-seven genes of hBMSCs were differentially expressed in the presence of EMPs, among which 18 were up-regulated and 9 down-regulated. The result of real-time PCR was in accordance with that of the cDNA microarray. Conclusion cDNA microarray technique can screen the differentially-expressed genes in hBMSCs treated with EMPs, which lays a foundation for the research of molecular mechanism of EMPs in inducing the regeneration of periodontal tissue.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To understand the changing aspects of CAP-administration on expression of cytochrome C oxidase(COX) subunits I and IV and their mechanisms regulated by gene expression encoded by mtDNA and nDNA. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control and CAP groups, Rats were administrated CAP(100 mg?kg -1, intraperitoneal injection) every 12 hours for 7 days before sacrificed by decapitation. Rat brain was removed and the cerebral cortex mitochondria was isolated by centrifugation programme. The protein content of COX subunitⅠand Ⅳ in mitochondria and NRF-1 in cerebral tissues was detected by Western blot analysis. And mRNA state levels of COXⅠ, COXⅣ, mtTFA and NRF-1 in tissues were determined by RT-PCR.Results Compared with C group, a decreased protein content of COX subunitⅠand an elevated ratio of subunit Ⅳ/Ⅰwas observed in CAP group, The protein content of COX subunit Ⅳ and NRF-1 as well as COXⅠ,Ⅳ,NRF-1 and mtTFA mRNA state level was not unchanged between the two groups. Conclusion The change of content of COX subunitⅠprotein in mitochondria from cerebral cortex showed there is no regulation of feedback to mitochondrial and nuclear transcription. The nuclear genomes expression does not correspond to mitochondrial expression in CAP-administrated rats.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The clinic diagnoses, autopsy and ultrastructure of anterior pitutary ot a case or progeria was reported. In electron microscopic study, some pathological changes of the somatotropes were observed. The rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum of these cells showed significan, difference in their form, which seemed to be characteristic for this disease.Based on the results obtained in this case of progeria, it is suggested that the functional disturbance of endoplasmic reticulum might be the cause of disease.
9. Forced expression of FoxGl in specific brain region of App/ps1 mice
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2020;36(5):732-736
Aim To generate the mouse FoxGl overexpression in the specific brain region based on App/psl mice. Methods A FoxGl transgenic mouse line CAG-loxp-stop-loxp-FoxG1-IRES-EGFP was introduced from Southeast University. By crossing B6; 129-5-HT1Btml(CreERT)Cre with this line, we generated a transgenic mouse line Cre; FoxGl. By crossing App/ps1 with this line, combined with tamoxifen induction, FoxG1 was ectopically expressed in the cortex, striatum and hippocampus in app/ ps1 mice. Results The offspring of the mice over expression of FoxGl in the specific brain region of App/ps1 mice were successful in generation. Conclusions FoxG1 overexpression mice in Alzheimer's Disease brain region is obtained by using reasonable gene recombination, providing new model into the mechanism underlying the Alzheimer's disease related with FoxG1.
10.Simultaneous Determination of Fluoxertine and Olanzapine in Capsules by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1975-1977
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of fluoxertine and olanzapine in capsules by re-versed-phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP-HPLC) . Methods:The successful separation of fluoxertine and olanzapine was achieved on a Phenomenex C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with 10 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 4. 0)-acetonitrile-methanol (55 ∶40 ∶5, v/v/v) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wave-length was 227 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:Fluoxertine could be well separa-ted from olanzapine under the chromatographic conditions. The linearity between the peak areas and the concentrations was observed within the range of 5. 0-80. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9) for fluoxertine and 1. 2-19. 2 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9) for olanzapine. The mean recovery of fluoxertine and olanzapine was 99. 9%(RSD=0. 94%, n=9) and 100. 2%(RSD=2. 08%, n=9), respectively. Con-clusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be applied in the content determination of fluoxertine and olanzapine in capsules.
