Objective To establish the rat myocardial infarction model to observe the effects of different kinds of doses of simv-astatin for inhibiting the oxidative stress after myocardial infarction ,and to explore the potential mechanism of different doses of simvastatin for improving the rat ventricular remodeling and cardiac function .Methods The coronary artery anterior descending branch was ligated for establishing the myocardial infarction rat model and the different doses of simvastatin (20 ,40 ,60 mg · kg -1 · d-1 ) were given for intervention .After 4 weeks ,the cardiac ventricular remodeling indicators ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and cop-per zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZn-SOD) activity in myocardium ,blood H2 O2 level were detected and the detection results were compared with those in the sham operation group .Results The rat ventricular remodeling in the myocardial infarction group (M group) was significant ,the left ventricular mass index (LVWI) was elevated ,the heart rate was increased and the hemodynamics was disordered(P<0 .05) .The SOD and CuZn-SOD expression in the myocardium and blood H2O2 expression were elevated(P<0 .05) .The LVW1 in different doses of simvastatin intervention groups were decreased compared with the myocardial infarction group(P<0 .05) ,the heart rate was decreased ,SOD and CuZn-SOD expression and blood H2 O2 expression were decreased ,the he-modynamics was improved(P<0 .05) ,especially which in the high dose atorvastatin intervention group (60 mg · kg -1 · d-1 ) were more significant .Conclusion Simvastatin reduces the expression of oxidative stress after acute myocardial infarction ,which may be one of the mechanisms for improving the ventricular remodeling and heart function ,and has certain positive correlation with dose .

OBJECTIVE:To prepare Qingrejieduhuazhuo tablets and establish the standard of quality control.METHODS:The content of baicalin in the product was determined with HPLC method.RESULTS:The linear range of baicalin concentra?tion was0.128～0.642?g/ml and correlation coefficient was0.9997.The average recovery of sample was98.31%with a RSD of0.82%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is suitable for the quality control of Qingrejieduhuazhuo tablets.

Objective:To discuss the performance management method for large medical equipments in hospitals.Methods:13 large medical equipments in a large hospital were selected as samples and the economic efficiency analysis method and comprehensive evaluation method were aaplied to carry out performance management of medical equipment.Results:11 sets of medical equipment had good economic returns,the remaining 2 sets of equipments had a greater degree of loss due to lack of business and lack of qualification.Conclusion:Performance management of large medical equipments would help change the efficiency management of equipment from extensive to elaborate management.

Background Tight junctions are thought to play a significant role in the maintenance of the corneal epithelial defense for the eye,and the restoration of the tight junctions is critical during epithelial wound healing after refractive surgery.However,there are few reports about this study. Objective The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the expression of occludin in corneal epithelium following flap-free epipolis laser insitu keratomileusis (Epi-LASIK) and laser-assisted subepithelial keratectomy ( LASEK ). Methods Forty-eight clean New Zealand white rabbits were randomized into 2 groups,and 24 rabbits for each group.Flap-free Epi-LASIK and LASEK were performed in the right eyes of the rabbits in two groups,and other 2 age matched normal rabbits were as normal controls.The animals were sacrificed and the corneal samples were obtained at 1,2,3,5 days after surgery.Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of occludin in the corneal epithelium,and RT-PCR was used to identify the level of occludin mRNA in the central cornea. Results Occludin protein was expressed innormal corneal epithelium and showed the green fluorescence with the regular arrangement.The fluorescence intensity was lower in 1 -2 days in LASEK group with the irregular arrangement;while the fluorescence signal in corneal epithelium was stronger in flap-free Epi-LASIK group.3-5 days after surgery,the fluorescence intensities were bothenhanced in two groups.RT-PCR showed that the relative expression of occludin mRNA in corneal epithelium was 0.11 ±0.02,0.25 ± 0.03,0.43 ± 0.04 in LASEK group 1,2,3 days after surgery,respectively,and was lower than those of flap-free Epi-LASIK group ( 0.20± 0.04,0.44 ± 0.04,0.76 ± 0.04 ),showing significant differences between these two groups ( t =6.476,12.898,17.315,P＜ 0.05 ).No significant difference was seen in the expression of occludin mRNA in 5 days after surgery between two groups( t=-0.733,P＞0.05).The relative values of occludin mRNA expression in corneal epithelium were gradually increased with time prolongation,presenting a significant difference among various time points ( Ftime =768.903,P =0.000). Conclusions The reformation of occludin in flap-free Epi-LASIK group is faster than that in LASEK group.Therefore,flap-free Epi-LASIK is prominant in reducing the stimulated symptoms and complication after the surgery.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between hyperuricemia and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) by observing the prevalence of NAFLD among healthy individuals with different levels of serum uric acid.Methods The data of 5 230 persons from medical centers for health examination were analyzed,such as height,weight,blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar, hepatitis-related markers, and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination were conducted in the fasting state.The diagnosis of NAFLD was made according to the diagnostic criteria adopted by China Institute of Liver Disease and Alcoholic Liver Disease Group.Results The incidences of overweight or obesity, hypertension,hyperlipidemia, and metabolic syndrome were raised with serum uric acid greater than 333 μmol/L in male and＞233 μmol/L in female subjects(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Excluding the metabolic syndrome in male subjects, the incidence of NAFLD was increased with serum uric acid,＞333 μmol/L in males or ＞233 μmol/L in females(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). In further studies with subjects without any metabolic syndrome, the detection rate of NAFLD was higher in males than in females at the same serum uric acid level(P＜0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that sex, body mass index, blood glucose, and triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid grading were risk factors of NAFLD(OR 1.344, 2.500, 1.292, 1.279, 1.244, 1.256 respectively).Conclusion A high serum uric acid level is associated with an increased risk of NAFLD.

Objective To evaluate the values of CD64 expression in diagnosis of infected patients referred to intensive care unit.Method Sixty febrile children referred to the hospital intensive care unit from 2009.11 to 2010.03 were enrolled for a retrospective study.Fever was defined as a body temperature reaching 38℃ or higher with specifically bacterial infection or highly suspected with bacterial infection or viral infection.There were 28 patients with bacterial infection and 32 with viral infection.The non-infectious diseases such as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and Kawasaki disease were excluded.The controls were 50 healthy children asking for physical examination.On admission,CD64 were measured by using flow cytometry,and blood routine examination,ESR,PCT,blood cultures and sputum cultures were simultaneously detected in all febrile patients.Data were statistically analyzed by using SAS 16.0 software.Data are given as means±SE.Categorical variables were analyzed using X2 test and continuous variables were compared by applying paired 1-tailed t test,Significance level was set at less than 0.05.Results of them,57.1%bacterial infection patients and 71.9%viral infection patients contracted pneumonia.CD64 in bacterial infection patients、viral infection patients and the subjects of control group were(12.6±9.7),(5.4±2.42)and (2.9±0.77),respectively.The CD64 in the bacterial infection patients were significantly higher than those in the virus infection patients(F=11.002,P=0.004).Conclusions CD64 in infected children referred to a hospital intensive care unit can be clearly distinguished between bacterial infections and viral infections, providing an important guidance and a flexible strategy for clinical treatment and determine the timing of withdrawal.

Objective To study the clinical values of MRI and B-ultrasonography in the diagnoses of gynecological pelvic tumors.Methods From September 2014 to September 2016,130 patients with gynecological pelvic tumors were randomly selected and examined by MRI and B-ultrasonography respectively.MRI and B-uhrasonography were compared on the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate,detection rate of malignant tumor as well as diagnosis coincidence rate.Results The detection rate of malignant tumor,the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate and the diagnosis coincidence rate of MRI were 96.15％,10.77％ and 89.23％ respectively,those of B-ultrasonography were 76.92％,24.62％ and 75.38％ respectively,and there were significant differences between all the rates of MRI and B-ultrasonography (P＜0.05).Conclusion MRI diagnoses pelvic tumors effectively,while behaves not so well as B-ultrasonography in cost,timeliness and scan time.
