Objective To analyze the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Pseudomonasaeruginosa(P. aeruginosa)in a county-level hospital,provide reference for rational antimicrobial use,and promote the control and prevention of healthcare-associated infection (HAI).Methods Data of P.aeruginosaisolated from patients in a hospital between 2010 and 2012 were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 369 P.aeruginosaisolates were iso-lated,strains were mainly from specimens of sputum(n= 234,63.41% ),urine(n= 41,11.11% )and wound(n= 28, 7.59% );most strains were from intensive care unit(n= 146,39.56% ),respiratory diseases department(n= 51, 13.82% )and neurosurgical department(n= 37,10.03% ).P.aeruginosastrains were not resistant to polymyxin B;the resistance rates to imipenem,meropenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam,piperacillin/tazobactam and amikacin were all low(6.81% -22.73% );from 2010 to 2012,resistance rates to antimicrobial agents (except polymyxin B) increased with varying degrees,some antimicrobial agents showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion P. aeruginosais mainly isolated from respiratory specimens,mainly distributed in departments with serious patients;and resistance to most antimicrobial agents is high,resistance tendency is increasing,surveillance should be intensi-fied.

So it is widely used in the treatment of lung cancer.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of early rehabilitation on motor function and prognosis of the patients with spinal cord injury (SCI).MethodsAccording to started date of rehabilitation, 60 SCI patients were divided into the early rehabilitation group (within two weeks after operation) and control group (three months after operation) with 30 cases in each group. The motor function and activities of daily living (ADL) of all patients were evaluated before and 3 months after treatment, and the incidence rates of complications of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 3 months treatment, the incidence rates of complications often occurred after SCI such as pulmonary diseases, urinary infection, osteoporosis and adductor, extensor spasticity in the lower limbs etc. were lower than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups. The motor function and ADL of the patients in the early rehabilitation group were better than those of patients in the control group ( P<0.05～0.01).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation after SCI can significantly decrease the incidence rate of complications and improve patient's motor function and ADL.

It is generally accepted that locomotion in mammals, including humans, is based on the activity of neuronal circuits within the spinal cord (the central pattern generator, CPG). Recent studies indicate a plastic behavior of the spinal neuronal circuits following a spinal cord injuries (SCI). Studies have shown that body weight support treadmill training (BWSTT) is effective in restoring locomotor function in cats with a complete spinal lesion. It has become possible to regain some locomotor activity in patients with spinal cord injury through an intense training on BWSTT, as in cat. So, it is a staired problem how to take advantage of the plasticity of spinal locomotor pattern generator and design the gait training program for SCI patients.

More attentions have been paid to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines (ECPGs) of Chinese medicine (CM). International guideline evaluation instruments such as Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE I) has been gradually applied in ECPGs quality evaluation of CM. Nowadays, there are some certain methodological defects in partial ECPGs of Chinese medicine, with relatively low applicability and slowly update. It is suggested to establish technical specifications of CM-ECPGs in accordance with the characteristics of CM and international general specification, strengthen the quality evaluation of CM-ECPGs, attach great importance to the regularly update as well as popularization and application of CM-ECPGs.
