1.Pharmaceutical Care for a Patient with Purulent Meningitis
China Pharmacy 2015;26(35):5017-5019
OBJECTIVE:To explore the role and breakthrough point of clinical pharmacist in the anti-infective therapy for a patient with purulent meningitis. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for a patient with purulent meningi-tis,assisted physicians to adjust therapy plan of antibiotics,i.e. anti-infective therapy of vancomycin+ceftriaxone sodium,meropen-em+vancomycin,levofloxacin+vancomycin successively;disposed ADR induced by meropenem and levofloxacin. RESULTS:The physicians adopted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists, the infection symptom had been controlled, and ADR disappeared;and then the patient was discharged from hospital. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care for patient with purulent meningitis, assist the physicians to develop safe and effective anti-infective therapy plan, and dispose ADR timely so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic.
2.Multiple ultrasonographic indexes in diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(2):307-309
Objective To evaluate the methods for improving diagnostic ratio of unruptured ectopic pregnancy with ultrasonography. Methods A total of 139 patients of small adnexal cysts with thick wall were predicted respectively with sonographic indexes. All patients (61 with unruptured ectopic pregnancy and 78 with small corpusluteum) were confirmed postoperatively or with long-term follow up, and the results were compared. Results The diagnostic sensitivity of with hyperecho or isoecho compared with endometrium, hyperecho compared with ovarian tissue, adnexal cyst without small follicle around was 86.89%, 93.44% and 96.72%, and the specificity of three predictors was 93.59%, 85.90% and 70.51%, respectively. Two sonographic indexes together had a sensitivity of 98.36% and a specificity of 94.87% for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion Observing the relation of adnexal cyst and ovarian and the echogenic of cyst wall are specific and sensitive for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
3.Application of dental operative microscope in detecting the mesiobuccal root canal orifice of the maxillary first permanent molar
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effect of the dental operative microscope(DOM) and the ultrasonic apparatus in detecting the mesiobuccal root canal orifice of the maxillary first permanent molar(MFPM). Methods According to traditional method, the pulp chamber was opened and the second mesiobuccal root canals(MB2) were explored in 76 MFPM teeth. If MB2 was not found, then we modified the shapes of the pulp chambers and detected the orifices. At last,MB2,not found under naked eyes, was explored with DOM and ultrasonic technique. Results The detection rate of the second mesiobuccal orifice of MFPM was 81.6%.The rate was only 31.6% when using traditional method, while after modifying the shapes of the pulp chambers there was an increase of 30.2% under naked eyes and then another 19.7% increase was obtained by using DOM and ultrasonic apparatus. The distance between two mesiobuccal root canal orifices was(1.42?0.51) mm. Conclusion It is helpful to find some invisible orifice of MB2 by using DOM and ultrasonic technique, and it would be beneficial to improve the root canal therapy.
5.Venesection Ventouse Coordinated with Helium-neon Laser Combined with Drugs Treat Early Herpes Zoster
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(5):396-397,398
Objective]Observe the clinical effect of early herpes zoster which were treated by venesection ventouse combined with helium-neon laser and drugs. [Methods]The control group 32 cases used Famciclovir Tablet, transfer factor capsules, mecobalamin and acyclovir cream-drug for external use. While the experimental group 32 cases used Famciclovir Tablet, transfer factor capsules, mecobalamin and acyclovir cream-drug for external use. While the experimental group besides taking above-medicine, were treated with venesection ventouse and helium-neon laser at the pathological change. [Results]The control group used to cure for an average of 13 ±2.5 days. The experimental group used to cure for an average of 9.6 ±2.4 days. There were significant differences(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Early herpes zoster treated by venesection ventouse combined with helium-neon laser and drugs, can significantly shorten the duration of symptoms, alleviate suffering, and has good clinical efficacy.
6.The regulatory role of autophagy in tumor process.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):23-28
Autophagy is a classical regulatory mechanism of energy metabolism and self-update system in the maintenance of the intracellular homeostasis and cell development. Autophagy has been recently found to play a role in tumor development. Autophagy regulates tumor formation, proliferation, metastasis, and metabolism. At the same time, the anticancer drugs formed with autophagic mediators have been used in the treatment, which suggested that improving autophagy activity to inhibit tumor has become a new way for cancer treatment of cancer patients. This article gives an overview of the regulatory mechanism of autophagy, the relationship between autophagy and tumor, and tumor therapy by targeting autophagy.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(7):798-801
Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a serious infectious disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Increasing cases of HIV infection have been detected in adolescents. Intravenous drug abuse and sexual behavior, which are affected by various individual and environmental factors, are the major ways of HIV infection. The current situation and influential factors of HIV infection in adolescents are introduced in this paper.
