2.Effects of Early Goal-directed Therapy Combined with Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Powder on P(cv-a) CO2 and S(cv)O2 in Patients with Septic Shock.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2016;36(3):306-309
OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) combined with Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Powder (YFLP) on central venous-arterial carbon dioxide difference [P(cv-a)CO2] and central venous oxygen saturation (S(cv)O2) in patients with septic shock.
METHODSTotally 50 patients with septic shock were assigned to the control group and the treatment group according to random digit table, 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received treatment according to EGDT principle. Those in the treatment group were intravenously injected with YFLP (5.2 g adding in 500 mL normal saline) additionally. Changes of P(cv-a)CO2, S(cv)O2, lactic acid, central venous pressure (CVP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and APACHE II score were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. The 6-h success rate and 28-day mortality were also observed.
RESULTSCompared with before treatment in the same group, lactic acid and APACHE II score decreased, levels of S(cv)O2, MAP, CVP increased in the two groups after treatment (P < 0.01). P(cv-a)CO2 decreased more obviously after treatment in the treatment group, and lower than that in the control group after treatment (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). The 6-h success rate was 48% (12/25) in the control group and 76% (19/25) in the treatment group (P < 0.05). The 28-day mortality was 36% (9/25) in the control group and 12% (3/25) in the treatment group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONEGDT combined with YFLP could significantly elevate S(cv)O2, decrease P(cv-a)CO2 and mortality in patients with septic shock, and obviously improve the clinical effect.

3.PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE ROLE OF MACROPHAGE IN PROCESSING AND PRESENTING ANTIGENS OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(03):-
The horseradish peroxidase labeled affinity purified mice anti-UEA (Urea soluable egg antigen of Schistosoma japonicum) antibody was used in enzyme-linked immunoe ectrotransfer blot (EITB) te monitor the changes after UEA being processed by M?.The immune respon-sive peptides were delected in the culture supernatant and homogenate of M? pulsed with UEA in vitro (M?+).After processing by M? the high molecular weight UEA was cleaved into low molecular weight peptides,as shown,by the reactive bands. They markedly differed from that native UEA or trypsin-digested UEA; The bands of M? supernatant and homogenate showed similarity with certain quantitative differences.According to the result described above,we considered: 1.UEA could be processed into smaller pieces by M?,the style of processing is cleavage.2.The processed peptides might be released to extracellular environment.
4.ROLE OF MACROPHAGE IN PRESENTING ANTIGENS OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(02):-
Indirect ELISA was employed to monitor the serum anti-UEA(urea soluble egg antigen of Schistosoma japonicum )antibody level of mice immunized by a. UEA pulsed macrophage (M + ); b. Cultural supernatant of M+; c. paraformaldehyde fixed M(P -M)pulsed with UEA; d. Ammonium chloride treated M0 (NH4Cl-M0) pulsed with UEA, e. P -M0 pulsed with trypsin digested UEA (T-UEA ); f. NH4C1-M pulsed with T-UEA. The normal M its supernatant and the culture media RPMI 1640 acted as the negative control. The results showed : 1. Serum anti-UEA antibody levels of mice immunized by a and b raised markedly, indicating that the immunogenicity of UEA might be kept up after M processing and the antigenic message could be transferred either by the M+ or by its supernatant; 2. Mice immunized by c and d gave similar results, but the anti-UEA antibody level of the former was higher than that of the latter, suggesting that polyformaldehyde could not alter the UEA binding site on the surface of M; 3. In the case of mice immunized by e and f , the antibody levels were much lower than that of mice immunized by c and d, suggesting that UEA binding sites on M surface as well as UEA immunogenicity could be changed by trypsin.
5.Study on determination of dissolution rate for Flavone Hippophaes Tablets
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
Objective:To study the dispersive in vitro of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets. Methods:A paddle formed a blade and a shaft was used as the stirring element. Aqua distillata: iso propylalcohol(60∶40) were used as a solvent. The dissolution of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results:The average dissolution of four batches of this drug exceeded the marker amount by 90% in 90 minutes. Conclusion: This method is good for the determination of dissolution of Flavone Hippophaes Tablets.
6.Effects of FLAG regimen in treatment refractory and relapsed acute myeloid leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(4):228-230
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects, duration of hematopeietic depression and side effects of FLAG regimen for refractory and relapsed acute myeloid leukemia(AML). Methods 13 cases for 5 days, and granulocyte colony stimulating factor G-CSF 300 μg/d from day 0 till neutruphil recovery (ANC≥1x109/L). 13 patients were 8 males and 5 females. The median age was 41.8 years(range 28-67). It includes 5 relapsed AML patients and 8 refractory AML patients. Results Of the 17 times, 11 showed response to therapy; the rate of complete remission was 35.3 %(6/17); the rate of partial remission was 29.4 % (5/17) and the overall response rate was 64.7 %. Main toxicities were gastrointestinal side effects, myelosupression and the function of liver was lightly damaged. Neutropenia at lowest number began at the time of 5-12 days after regimen initiating and last 7-34 days, thrombocytopenia began at the time of 5-13 days and last 8-30 days. Conclusion FLAG regimen showed obvious effects for refractory and relapsed AML Most patients gained chance for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Hemotological and nonhemotological toxicities are acceptable.
7.Dietary factor and colorectal cancer
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common tumors with a high prevalence of cancer-related morbidity and mortality.Several environmental factors, especially dietary factors, can affect the initiation and development of CRC.Recent studies have shown that adjusting nutrition components in diet, such as folate, calcium, vitamin D,selenium and fibre, may help to prevent the development of CRC.The objective of article is to review mechanisms of these nutritional components in the process of preventing CRC.
8.Analysis of Correlation between the Number of Macrophages in Deep Burn Wound and the Concentrations of sTNFR and sVCAM-I in Wound Fluid
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To detect the concentrations of (soluble TNF receptor type,sTNFR-I, sTNFR-II) and (soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,sVCAM-I) in deep burn wound fluids and the number of macrophages in different stage of human deep burn wound, and to analyse the correlation between them. Methods The wound fluid was collected with sponge during the dressing change, and then the concentrations of sTNFR-I, sTNFR-II and sVCAM-I were detected by ELISA. The tissues of burn wound were collected at operation, and the tissue slices were dyed with HE.The macrophages were marked by immunohistochemistry with antibody of CD68, and then the number of macrophages was counted under the microscope. Results The concentrations of sTNFR-I and sTNFR-II in burn wound fluid and the number of macrophages in burn wound were significantly increased two days postburn, which maintained at high levels until the wound healed. The concentration of sVCAM-I was decreased immediately after the burn until the wound healed. The correlation coefficient between the concentrations of sTNFR-I, sTNFR-II, sVCAM-I and the number of macrophages were 0.95, 0.97 and -0.37, respectively. Conclusion The number of macrophages has a strong correlation with sTNFR-I and sTNFR-II in human deep burn wound, and has a weak correlation with sVCAM-I,which suggests that the macrophages may play a cooperative role with sTNFR in burn wound healing.
