2.Research progress on the invasive fungal infections in neonates
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(10):790-792
Invasive fungal infections(IFI) is significantly increasing in the neonatal intensive care unit recent years. The characteristics of IFI are low diagnosis rate, high mortality and being prone to involve in the nervous system. In this paper, the epidemiology, pathogens, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of neonatal IFI are reviewed to improve the understanding of this disease.
3.Comparison of Legal Liability between US FDCA and Drug Administration Law of PRC
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To further perfect our Pharmaceutical Administration Law of PRC.METHODS:Contractive methods were used to analyze comparatively the legal liabilities in US FDCA and Pharmaceutical Administration Law of PRC with regard to awarding system for reporters, penalty terms and the disposition of the confiscated drugs.RESULTS&CON?CLUSION:Compared with the PRC Pharmaceutical Administration Law,the US FDCA is more comprehensive and more consummate. We should follow the legislative spirit in FDCA and take it as a reference to improve our Pharmaceutical Ad?ministration Law.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the establishment of drug recall system in China.METHODS: The drug recall system in U.S.A. was introduced so as to get some enlightenment for the drug safety in China.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: We could use the drug recall system in U.S.A. for references to improve our law criterion system and carry out drug recall system on a large scale.
5.Determination of content of benzoic acid in SIWUTANG by RP HPLC
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(02):-
Object To determine the change of benzoic acid contents in decoctions prepared from various combinations of the recipe named SIWUTANG by RP HPLC to provide a reference for the control of the acid level Methods 8 decoctions of P lactiflora either alone or in combination with one or more of the other 3 components, according to permutation and combination, were prepared and their benzoic acid contents determined by RP HPLC Results The content of benzoic acid in the decoction of Radix Paeonie Alba alone was found to be 2 74 mg/g, while that of the other 7 combinations varied from 0 41~1 11 mg/g Conclusion The content of benzoic acid in SIWUTANG could be lowered significantly by the presence of Radix Angelica Sinensis, Radix Rehmanniae, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong
7.Leptin and soluble leptin receptor changes during pregnancy and as indicators of early screening for gestational diabetes
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(4):444-448
Leptin participates in the whole process of pregnancy.Soluble leptin receptor has close relationship with metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes.Leptin can two-way regulate insulin through different signal transduction pathways.Gestational diabetes influence maternal glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.Soluble leptin receptors adjust the utilization rate and the concentration of leptin. It can increase the leptin sensitivity and indirectly involve in the body′s endocrine metabolism process. This article reviews the change of leptin and soluble leptin receptor during the pregnancy and the feasibility as early gestational diabetes screening index.
8.Impact of medical and pension insurance on the long-term care expenses for the Chinese disa-bled elderly:An empirical analysis based on CLHLS data
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(1):46-51
China has not established the national long-term care insurance system, the long-term care expenses being mainly borne by the family, which leads to an unclear long-term care service utilization. This paper analyzes the impact of medical and pension insurance on the long-term care expenses for the Chinese disabled elderly by con-structing a two-part model based on the data of Chinese elderly longitudinal healthy longevity survey conducted in 2011 . The results showed that the long-term care expenditure of the urban elders with disabilities is significantly high-er than that of the rural ones. Although free public health insurance, the New Rural Cooperative medical insurance and endowment insurance have certain impact on the elderly long-term care expenditure, their effectiveness is differ-ent between the rural and urban areas. The urban elders' medical and pension insurance exerts influence on both the existence and the amount of the long-term care expenses. However, the rural elders' medical and pension insurance only have impact on the existence of the long-term care expenses, but the effect is not significant. It is suggested that China has to strengthen medical and pension insurance and build long-term care insurance system to lighten the finan-cial burden of the families of elders with disabilities.
9.Disscusion on Antibiotics Program for Patient Underwent Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization during Perioperative Period
China Pharmacy 2016;27(35):5014-5016
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE). METHODS:After full evaluation of 1 cases of primary liver cancerpatient’s conditions, the optimal clinical evidences were retrieved and evaluated, which were related to antibiotics regimen during perioperative period of TACE. Us-ing“hepatocellular carcinoma”“antibiotic prophylaxis”“hepatic cancer”“TACE”as subjects, the evidence were retrieved from Co-chrane Library(issue 4,2015),Medline(1980 to 2015)and CJFD(1990 to 2015)and then evaluated. RESULTS:1 meta-analy-sis or systematic review,10 RCTs and 2 practice guidelines were identified. This patient didn’t need to use antibiotics to prevent in-fection according to literature analysis. CONCLUSIONS:The rational treatment plan according to evidence-based medicine methods for patients can not only promote the rational use of antibiotics, reduce bacterial drug resistence and treatment cost, but also guide both doctors and patients to take the indeterminate risk of medicine.
10.Simultaneous Determination of 7 Flavonoids in Fengliaochangweikang Capsules and Optimization of Ex-traction Process for Total Flavones
China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):259-262
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 7 flavonoids in Fengliaochangweikang capsules, and optimize the extraction process for total flavones. Methods:The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test. The analysis was performed on a Waters RP18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase A was methanol-water (80 :20) and the mobile phase B was methanol-0. 2% formic acid (17 :83) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 and the column temperature was 35℃. The detection wavelength changed as follows:0-27 min,λ1 = 260 nm;27-60min,λ2 = 360 nm. Results:The 7 flavonoids obtained the baseline separation in 60 min, and the linear correlation coefficients were all above or equal to 0. 9900. The average recovery was 95. 95%-97. 84% and RSD was 0. 81%-1. 33%. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio was 1 :15,AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was used, the ultrasonic extraction time was 30min, and the ethanol concentration was 60%. Conclusion:The established method has the advantages of simple operation, high precision and good repeatability, which shows certain guiding significance for the quality control and detection of Fengliaochangweikang capsules.
