OBJECTIVE To explore the new idea of creating pharmaceutical science popularization oriented by internet medication consultation questions, and provide references for pharmacists to create high-quality pharmaceutical science popularization articles. METHODS By taking the internet medication consultation questions from September 1st, 2021 to February 28th, 2022 in a hospital as samples, pharmaceutical science popularization were created by using the Pareto chart for summarizing and analyzing the demands of the public pharmaceutical knowledge. The readers and creating cycle of pharmaceutical science popularization before and after the implementation of this method were compared by statistical analysis. RESULTS According to the Pareto principle, the types of consultation questions were mainly concentrated on usage and dosage, adverse reactions, and precautions; the types of drug consultation were mainly concentrated on respiratory system medications, anti-infective drugs, rheumatic immune system medications, and orthopedic medications, etc. Fifteen topics of science popularization were identified. Among them, 5 were published before 2022 and did not adopt the Pareto chart method, serving as the pre-method and consistent with the target theme group (A group); 10 were published in 2022 after adopting the Pareto chart method, serving as the post- method group (B group); 5 articles published before 2022 were selected randomly, without adopting the Pareto chart method and inconsistent with the target theme, serving as the pre-method and inconsistencies with the target theme group (C group). Compared with the A group and the C group, the creating cycle of pharmaceutical science popularization in the B group was significantly reduced. Compared with the C group, the readers were significantly increased in the A group and the B group. CONCLUSIONS Pareto chart could help pharmacists utilize medication consultation questions to identify the pharmaceutical science popularization needed by the public, which could improve the efficiency and quality of creating pharmaceutical science popularization by pharmacists.
3.Epidemiological investigation of an outbreak of pertussis in a primary school in Rizhao
Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(7):1088-1091
Objective:
To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of a pertussis outbreak in a primary school in Rizhao City, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control strategy of pertussis.
Methods:
The method of field epidemiological investigation was used to determine case definition for case search and case investigation, and the characteristics of the outbreak were comprehensively analyzed through descriptive epidemiological method.
Results:
The outbreak lasted for 29 days from April 19 to May 17, 2022, with a total of 14 cases detected. All the cases were students aged 6-7 years from Class 2, Grade 1 in this primary school, including 6 boys and 8 girls. The attack rates of boys and girls were 30.00% and 34.78%, respectively. The time interval from onset to diagnosis of 14 cases ranged from 2 to 22 days, with a median of 10 days. All of them had received 4 doses of Diphtheria and Tetanus and acellular Pertussis(DTaP) combined vaccine, and the interval between the last vaccination and the onset of disease was 5-6 years. After isolated treatment, all the 14 sick students recovered, without severe or death cases.
Conclusion
The outbreak of pertussis in a primary school may be related to the decline in the effectiveness of pertussis vaccine protection over time, the lax implementation of a school registration and reporting system for sick absenteeism, and the poor sensitivity of existing pertussis surveillance systems.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2020;40(6):615-618
OBJECTIVE:
To observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on labor pain.
METHODS:
A total of 151 primiparas who were vaginal delivery were randomized into a TEAS group (76 cases) and a peridural group (75 cases). In the peridural group, peridural blockage was applied to analgesia. In the TEAS group, TEAS was applied at Hegu (LI 4),Neiguan (PC 6), Jiaji T~L (EX-B 2) and Ciliao (BL 32), disperse-dense wave (2 Hz/100 Hz), 15-50 mA in current intensity. The analgesic time was from 3 cm to completely opening of cervix. The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were observed before analgesia, after 30, 60, 120 min of analgesia in the two groups. The time of different stages of labor, usage rate of oxytocin, incidence rate of adverse reaction and amount of postpartum hemorrhage were recorded. The newborn's 1 and 5 min Apgar scores were evaluated.
RESULTS:
The VAS scores showed a downward trend in the two groups after analgesia (<0.01), and the change of the TEAS group was less than the peridural group (<0.01). The active phase on the first stage and second stage of labor in the TEAS group were shorter than the peridural group (<0.01, <0.05), there was no significant difference in the time of third stage of labor between the two groups (>0.05). The usage rate of oxytocin and incidence rate of adverse reaction in the TEAS group were 9.2% (7/76) and 2.6% (2/76), which were lower than 34.7% (26/75) and 18.7% (14/75) in the peridural group (<0.01). There was no significant difference in the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and newborn's 1 and 5 min Apgar scores between the two groups (>0.05).
CONCLUSION
The analgesic effect of TEAS is inferior to peridural blockage, but TEAS could relieve labor pain to the tolerance, shorten the time of active phase on the first stage and second stage of labor and reduce the use of oxytocin, has mild adverse reaction.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2018;38(8):853-856
To summarize professor 's own experience on the acupuncture sensation. Professor puts forward his opinion through the sensation of acupuncture on himself, from the aspects of the expression, the material basis, the distinction and the clinical significance of acupuncture sensation, etc. Professor thinks that the production and conduction direction of acupuncture sensation have their material basis and objectively exist, based on which, professor puts forward the amount of acupuncture stimulation and the total amount of acupuncture stimulation. Professor believes that the amount of acupuncture stimulation is the main basis for the individual reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture. The amount of acupuncture stimulation is related to the depth and intensity of acupuncture, the time of the needle retention, the number of needles, etc. The reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture are relative to the deficiency and excess of the disease, and they are the reaction of acupuncture for body. The tolerance degree of the individual to the stimulation of acupuncture is also the main factor affecting the reinforcing and reducing.

Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine 2015;8(1):68-72
Objective: To observe the effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in the posterolateral lumbar fusion of rabbit. Methods: A total of 48 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, including the autogenous iliac observation group, artificial bone observation group, artificial bone control group and autogenous iliac control group according to the different bone grafting. The posterolateral lumbar fusion of rabbits in each group was analyzed and compared. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment using the low-intensity pulsed ultrasound, the fusion in the bone grafting area of observation group was good. There was the relatively dense fusion area between the right transverse process and artificial bone. The left transverse process had been completely fused, with the clear bone trabecula through the fusion area. There was no significant fusion sign in the control group. According to the fusion comparison between two groups, the fusion rate of the observation group was 83.3% and it was significantly higher than the one of the control group (37.5%). Results of the comparison were statistically significant (. P<0.05). The number of chondrocytes and the increase in the relative gray-scale in the fusion area of the iliac observation group were significantly higher than ones of the iliac control group (. P<0.05). The number of chondrocytes and the increase in the relative gray-scale in the fusion area of the artificial bone observation group were significantly higher than ones of the artificial bone control group (. P<0.05). The expression of IL-1, IL-6 and IL-17 4 weeks after the treatment of the observation group was significantly lower than the one of the control group, with the statistical significance (. P<0.05). It indicated that the treatment of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound could reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors. Conclusions: The low-intensity pulsed ultrasound can significantly increase the bone grafting fusion rate of the rabbit's posterolateral lumbar fusion. The possible mechanism is that it promotes the lumbar posterolateral endochondral ossification and reduces the inflammatory reaction.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2011;29(2):121-124
OBJECTIVETo analyze the stress distribution of bone around the dental implants with lateral immediate loading of different angles by three dimensional finite element.
METHODSAn adult edentulous mandible was adopted for CT scanning. The CT image was imported to universal surgical integration system to establish a mandible three dimensional mesh model. The real shape of standard thread implant was simulated and the finite element model of mandible with dental implants for immediate loading was established. The models were immediately loaded with 150 N through the angle of 0 degrees, 10 degrees, 20 degrees, 30 degrees. The ANSYS 10.0 was used to analyze the Von Mises stress on the bone around dental implants.
RESULTSThe accurate finite element model of mandible with dental implants for immediate loading was successfully established. The three dimensional finite element analytical results showed: Under axial load, the Von Mises stress of bone contact surface concentrated on the cortical bone of the implant cervix. The strain distribution was even, and centralized at the cortical bone of the implant cervix, cancellous bone of implant bottom and thread contact area. Under different lateral angle load, the Von Mises stress of bone contact surface also concentrated on the cortical bone of the implant cervix, but the maximum value was 4 times of the vertical loading, the strain distributed unevenly, mainly concentrated on the cortical bone of the implant cervix. With the load angle increased, the stress and the strain value also increased.
CONCLUSIONWhen an axial force was immediately loaded, the stress value and the strain concentration value of bone interface around the dental implants are not apparently concentrated, the stress is distributed well. While a lateral force is loaded, the stress values and the strain concentration values of bone interface around the dental implants apparently increase and the strain are distributed unevenly.
