Objective:To observe the effect of Ba Duan Jin(Eight-brocade Exercise)plus Tuina(Chinese therapeutic massage)in treating primary dysmenorrhea due to cold-induced blood stasis in female college students and on the score of fatigue scale-14(FS-14). Methods:Seventy-two female college students with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold-induced blood stasis were randomized into a Tuina group and a joint group, with 36 cases in each group. The Tuina group only received Tuina manipulations. In the joint group, besides the same Tuina manipulations, patients practiced Ba Duan Jin.For both groups, the once-daily intervention was conducted from 6 d before the menstrual period until menstrual day 1 for 3 menstrual cycles.Changes in the scores of COX menstrual symptom scale(CMSS),visual analog scale(VAS),and FS-14 after the intervention were observed.Clinical efficacy was also estimated. Results:During the process,1 case dropped out in the Tuina group, and 35 cases completed the intervention;2 cases dropped out in the joint group, and 34 cases completed the intervention. The total effective rate was 94.1%in the joint group, higher than 88.6%in the Tuina group(P<0.05).After treatment, the symptom duration and intensity scores in the scores of CMSS,VAS,and FS-14 declined in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the CMSS symptom duration score and FS-14 score were lower in the joint group than in the Tuina group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tuina manipulations alone or combined with Ba Duan Jin practice can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea due to cold-induced blood stasis in female college students;when combined with Ba Duan Jin practice,Tuina manipulations can more significantly improve pain duration and fatigue, suggesting the advantages of combining Tuina Gongfa and manipulations.

In recent years, the research data on the combination model of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were sorted out and summarized in terms of the selection of experimental animals, modelling methods, and model evaluation, with a view to providing references for the standardized preparation of the experimental model of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome and the study of the intervention mechanism. As for the selection of experimental animals, rats and mice are commonly used for the study of sleep patterns in the insomnia model of liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome because their sleep patterns are similar to those of human beings; zebrafish is suitable for the study of sleep patterns in early development because of its high genetic homology; and rhesus macaques, common marmosets, and crab-eating monkeys are used for the study of highly complex sleep disorders because their physiological and behavioural characteristics are closer to those of human beings. In terms of modelling methods, electrical stimulation, chronic restraint, chronic emotional stress and impact psychological stress each have their own characteristics and application scenarios, while chronic tail-clamping stimulation combined with intraperitoneal injection of p-chlorophenylalanine (PCPA) combines physical and chemical stimuli, in order to simulate the complex mechanism of insomnia in human beings, and to more comprehensively simulate the pathology of insomnia with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome. In terms of evaluation indexes, electroencephalography (EEG) and electromyography (EMG) monitoring and barbiturate synergistic sleep test are the most commonly used and scientific methods for evaluating insomnia animal models with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, which can provide intuitive and continuous sleep state monitoring; barbiturate synergistic sleep test can reflect the sensitivity and responsiveness of the model animals to the sleep-regulating medications; and the introduction of the method of using formulas to measure syndromes for the evaluating the model can combine the treatment and diagnostic principles of TCM with modern scientific research.

“Ro Nus ZhurJes” theory is the core content of Tibetan medicine property theory, and also the core compatibility law of Tibetan medicine. It takes six tastes of medicine as the surface medicinal property, three tastes after digestion by "three gastropyretie" as the inner medicinal property, eight properties and seventeen effects as the deep medicinal property, and its essential property is the special medicinal property, forming a multi-level medicinal property theory, but its internal structure still needs to be unified and sorted out, clinical practicability needs to be further improved. In this paper, literature mining, Tibetan medicine theory, vector structural model, K-means clustering analysis, Gephi 0.9.2 visualization and other methods were used to sort out the theory of Tibetan medicinal properties. It was found that the inherent structure of Tibetan medicine properties had the multi-dimensional structural characteristics of "seven medicinal properties+three characteristics", and that the same medicinal properties would overlap, while the opposite medicinal properties would offset and could be expressed by vectors. Therefore, the vector structural model of "Ro Nus ZhurJes" of Tibetan medicine was proposed in this paper. Taking twenty-five-flavor Yuganzi powder(skyu-ru-nyer-lnga) and 92 commonly used Tibetan medicine prescriptions as examples, the rates of single prescription with seventeen effects and multiple prescriptions acting on three factors were analyzed. The model analysis results were highly consistent with the clinical efficacy, and the main diseases were the same, which showed that this model had a high degree of fitting and interpretation. It could effectively and intuitively quantify the properties of Tibetan medicine prescriptions and uncover the complex hidden knowledge of Tibetan medicine theory. In the future, the vector structural model of "Ro Nus ZhurJes" will be applied to analyze the classical prescriptions of Tibetan medicine, and the fitting evaluation and modification optimization will be carried out continuously in order to improve the practicability of theory of Tibetan medicine property in the big data environment and provide methodological reference for the quantification of medicinal property of Tibetan medicine prescriptions.

Tibetan medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine with a long history, complete theories and rich contents. As the core of the sustainable development of Tibetan medicine, the reserve of Tibetan medicine is an important strategic resource of the country. The Stainless Crystal Minrror:A Tibetan Materia Medica is based on the classic book Crystal Pearl Materia Medica. Combined with modern Tibetan medicine,it has collected and introduced more than 1 430 Tibetan medicines and equipped with more than 1 200 colorful pictures of medicinal materials, which has important reference value for the research of Tibetan medicines and the establishment of quality standards. This paper starts from three perspectives of "data analysis-plant distribution-Tibetan medicine classification". Based on The Stainless Crystal Minrror:A Tibetan Materia Medica, the database of plant Tibetan medicine was constructed and analyzed statistically, and the correlation between regional distribution, medicinal parts, altitude and medicinal properties of plant Tibetan medicine was explored. The results showed that The Stainless Crystal Minrror:A Tibetan Materia Medica contained 711 plant medicines, involving 127 families and 368 genera. Angiosperms accounted for 94.1%,among which compositae had 34 genera and 74 species, occupying the first place. There are 10 medicinal parts of plant Tibetan medicine,of which 327 species (44.9%) use whole grass. The average altitude of Tibetan medicine is 3 500 m,among which 81.0% grow above 3 000 m.There is a relationship between altitude and medicinal parts and taste Classification of Tibetan medicines is usually based on the classification of the general drug name,Tibetan name, primitive and family. The analysis of plant medicine resource varieties in The Stainless Crystal Minrror:A Tibetan Materia Medica is beneficial to the effective utilization of Tibetan medicine plant resources.

Objective:To construct the knowledge base of Tibetan medicine prescriptions and explore to standardize the names of Tibetan medicine prescriptions. Method:By using the concept of "man-machine combination",through the construction of Tibetan medicine terminology glossary (data sources: national drug standards, local drug standards, text classics on Tibetan medicines, etc.),the terminology glossary of Tibetan medicine prescriptions was mined. Upon its combination with expert review, the text association between Tibetan medicine prescriptions and various drug standards and dictionaries was constructed, and the standardization methods and techniques of prescription drug names were explored. Result:In this paper, the Tibetan medicine prescriptions approved for marketing in China were taken as the research object, and various inconveniences caused by the inconsistency between the names of prescriptions and the names of medicinal herbs were revealed. This paper also discussed the design ideas on name standardization of Tibetan medicines from three levels: text association, optimization of evaluation methods, and formation of expert decision-making system. We put forward a five-in-one (screening, evaluation, reviewing, fixing, and renewing) research model of Tibetan medicine name standardization. The construction, functions and advantages of the database and thesaurus of Tibetan medicine prescriptions were described in detail, and in combination with the text notes, association between the standard medicinal materials and the prepared prescriptions was then established. Conclusion:The text association method in this paper can accurately reflect the nonstandard names of Tibetan medicine prescriptions. Combined with expert review,it can be, to a certain extent, extended to the standardization of herb names in prescriptions with large scale of or more complex network structures.
