1.Aanlysis on the effect of moisture exposed burn ointment on the treatment of chemotherapeutics extravasation
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):62-63
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moisture exposed burn ointment on the treatment of chemotherapeutics extravasation. Methods In this study, we selected 120 cases of extravasation of drugs after chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017. As the object of this study, they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (n=60) according to the number of visits. The control group were given Magnesium Sulfate wet compress on the basis of routine treatment, and the study group was received moisture exposed burn ointment. Two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, wound swelling and healing time were recorded and compared. Results The clinical total efficiency in the study group (93.33%) was significantly higher than 71.67% in the control group(P<0.05); The wound swelling time and wound healing time were significantly less than those in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, moisture exposed burn ointment is used to treat extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs, and the curative effect is remarkable.
2.Clinical analysis of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor gel in the treatment of burn wounds
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):59-60
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor gel in the treatment of burn wounds. Methods 80 cases of burn patients in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 received treatment, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the control group given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor gel on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed, including the healing time, the total effective rate of wound healing, the healing rate of the wound, and the related adverse reactions. Results The patients in, the healing time, total wound healing efficiency, and wound healing rate of the control group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05), and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Burns were treated with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor gel treatment can effectively improve the treatment of patients with total efficiency, shorten the healing time, and can improve the healing rate, the treatment has a very important meaning and value, worthy of promotion and application in clinical widely.
