1.A Novel Design of Voice-Recording/Playing System for Medical Instruments

Objective:To supply a gap on the prompt result of traditional voice system of medical instruments and providing hi-fi speech prompt and to improve the level of humanization of medical instruments.Methods:On the base of the superiority of function of SPCE061A SCM,using the method of combination of software and hardware to design.Results:The constant result can provide functions of hi-fi human speech prompt,voice message,alarm,has the advantage of easy to operate and low-power.Conclusion:The novel design is able to make up the flaws of traditional voice systems which have low accuracy,reliability and flexibility.It has strong practicality and can be applied widely to medical instruments.
2.Design of Infrared Remote Control Hospital Broadcast System Based on ISD4004

Objective To design a hospital broadcast system with infrared remote control using phonetic chip ISD4004.Methods The author used AT89S52 and infrared remote control module to achieve speech recording and playing in hospital.After simply analyzing ISD4004 working-principle,the author designed the software and hardware modules,and realized a digital voice storage and playback.Results The hospital broadcast system was built based on ISD4004 voice chip and infrared remote control.Conclusion The system provides a low-cost and high-performance hospital automatic broadcast solution and realizes intelligent and automation broadcast.
3.Research on Multilevel Distributed System Based on W77E58 for Community Health Monitoring

Objective To design a new multilevel distributed community-oriented health monitoring based on two serial ports MCU of W77E58.Methods Multi-machine serial communication with high-performance and full-duplex was realized by using the standard RS422 serial interface,which involved several parts in,such as detection and processing module of physiological parameters,communication module and display processing module of the host computer.With the different functional modules and software and hardware connection,multilevel distributed health monitoring was realized.Results RS422,being a simple,easy to control and low-cost communication mode,implemented the communication between these modules.Finally,the distributed measurement & control system with one PC and several MCU systems was implemented.Conclusion A low-cost,high-performance community-oriented health monitoring solution was realized,which can be easily applied to mobile monitoring at home.
4.Hemodynamicsproblem and experimental study in the interventional treatment of lung cancer

The interventional treatment of lung cancer is tightly related with hemodynamic situation of artery.To study hemodynamics of the interventional treatment of lung cancer can significantly improve curative effect and decrease complications.Through simulation experiment,the ratio of drug injection around the entrance of bronchial artery is obtained and the definition of natural perfusion region is given.The evidence for interventional treatment of lung cancer and the principle avoiding high-level paraplegia in clinical interventional treatment of lung cancer are also presented.
5.Development of a multiparametric remote monitoring system for heart function

In this paper, a remote monitoring system based on three tiers framework of ″Home-Community-Hospital″ for home monitoring is introduced. Its characteristics include multiuser concurrency operation, multiple testing parameter, real-time interactivity, dependable and secure data communication, high-speed link with database and load balancing. According to user's requirements, various applications can be developed to perfect medical information system based on B/S mode. A portable multiparametric tester based on embedded system has the functions of wireless data transmission and network communication, whose hardware and software designs are modularized.
6.Multiphase Segmentation of Liver Lesion in CT Images Based on C-V Model

Objective To study a semi-automatic segmentation framework for liver complex lesion in CT images. Methods A multiphase level set method of image segmentation based on C-V model was proposed, which was in connection with the complex information in the pathological changes area of liver. Depending on the overall characteristics of the image, the active curve contour of C-V model stopped on the edge of objects. It was possible for the segmentation of multi-objects because multi-phase level set was drawn into. Simultaneously, the problem of overlapping and hollow caused by more level set function was avoided. Results The method behaved well in the segmentation of CT images of the liver lesion, two different area were separated. Conclusion The segmentation tests prove that the proposed segmenting method makes a good result.
7.A simulating experimental system for interventional treatment of lung cancer.

In order to go deeply into the researches on the theory of hemodynamics for interventional treatment of lung cancer, we have designed a simulating experimental system. Using the experimental system, we can simulate the operation process and test the effect of drug infusion under a variety of physiological parameters. The parameters that admit of adjustment are: cardiac output, blood pressure of aorta, waveform of pressure, pulse period, blood flow in bronchial artery and different types of catheter, injecting velocity, injecting technique, etc. In addition, the entrance position and blood vessel diameter of small embranchment artery can be changed. In this paper are presented the application of our pH-testing method to natural infusion region and the determined representational shape and size.
