Objective:To study the role of FDCs-miR-548m-CDK6 axis on clonogenicity in mantle cell lymphoma. Methods:RT-qPCR and Western blot were used respectively to test the expression of miR-548m and CDK6. Bioinformatics assay was applied to predict the targets of miR-548m, and Western Blot was used to test the expression level of CDK6 after miR-548m overexpression or in-hibition. Luciferase report assay was performed to test whether CDK6 was a direct target of miR-548m. Colony forming assay was used to test the colony forming activity in MCL after overexpression of miR-548m or knockdown of CDK6. Results:Cell adhesion to FDCs induced downregulation of miR-548m and CDK6 expression in MCL. Bioinformatics assay revealed that miR-548m could target the 3'-UTR of CDK6 and that a negative correlation exists between the level of miR-548m and the CDK6 expression. Luciferase report as-say confirmed that miR-548m directly targeted 3'-UTR of CDK6. Colony forming assay showed that overexpression of miR-548m or knockdown of CDK6 significantly suppressed MCL colony formation. Conclusion:This study reveals that FDC-enhanced mantle cell lymphoma clonogenicity is mediated by the miR-548m/CDK6 axis.

Objective To study the deficiency of serf-regulation in impulsivity children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)based on both procedures of action and inhibitory control. The event related potentials(ERPs)component P3 in Go/NoGo tasks was analyzed. Methods There were 15 impulsive children with ADHD and15 normal children in control group.Their age was from seven years old to eleven years old.The Go/NoGo stimulate-response model was adopted in the ERPs test. The occurrence of Go and NoGo trials was equal probability(each of 50%).Results(1)The high impulsive children had slower Go-RTs(reaction times)in making correct response than normal children, tended to be faster of NoGo-RTs in making error response and had lower correct rate.(2)P3amplitudes in both control and ADHD children had the tendency of Go-P3 > NoGo-P3,especially significant at CPz and Pz in ADHD children, showed the trend of parietal central to parietal maximum and the frontal minimum,The NoGo-P3 amplitude of ADHD group was smaller especially significant at FCz and Cz,and tended to be smaller than control on left hemisphere.(3)NoGo-P3 is smaller in impulsive children with ADHD than normal children, most significant at FCz.(4)Brain maps showed that impulsive children with ADHD were lower activation significantly in the right frontal area. Conclusions The efficiency of ADHD in action is lower. The behavior regulation in impulsive children is limited.Go/NoGo-P3 reflects action processing and attention. The left parietal lobe to central area is engaged much more in action procedure and attention. This research shows the evidence of weakened parietal cortex and right frontal cortex in impulsive children with ADHD.

Objective: This study explores the miR-150 expression and its clinical significance in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Methods: The miR-150 and c-Myc expression was measured in 29 primary MCL tissue samples and 7 normal donors through quantita-tive real-time polymerase chain reaction. MiR-150 expression was detected in Mino and HBL-2 cells after c-Myc was knocked down by small interfering RNAs. MiR-150 was analyzed in tet-treated P493-6 cells with Myc turned off. The number of tumor colonies in the BL-2 cells transfected with pre-miR-150 was determined through colony formation assay, and c-Myb was detected through Western blot. Results: Compared with the normal donors, miR-150 expression was significantly downregulated and c-Myc was considerably overexpressed in MCL. Moreover, MCLs with high Myc expression had a significantly low miR-29 expression. MiR-150 was upregu-lated in the Mino and HBL-2 cells with c-Myc knockdown. MiR-150 was evidently upregulated in P493-6 cells after c-Myc was turned off. MiR-150 overexpression suppressed colony formation and c-Myb expression of HBL-2. Conclusion: MiR-150 is downregulated in MCL, which may be related to c-Myc overexpression. The recovery of miR-150 suppresses MCL cell survival. These results indicate that miR-150 may be a potential therapeutic target of MCL.

Objective To explore the correlation between expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappa B) in peripheral blood monouclear cells(PBMC) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods The 81 patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease, and all of them underwent immediate or selective coronary angiography(CAG) The nuclear protein level of activated NF-B was detected by Western blot and semi-quantity image analysis was done. Coronary angiograms were scored according to Gensini integration. The relationship between NF-κB and Gensini score was analyzed. Results The protein expression of NF-κB in PBMC in ACS group was significantly higher than that in stable angina group and control group (0.85±0.18 vs. O.75±0.21 and 0.71±0.23, F=3.72, P<0.05). The protein expression of NF-κB was not correlated with Gensini score(r=0.07, P>0.05). Conclusions The ACS patients have the activation of NF-κB in PBMC. The protein expression of NF-κB is not correlated with Gensini score, which does not suggest an implication of the severity of coronary artery.

Group A β-hemolytic streptococcus (GAS),namely Streptococcus pyogenes,is one of the most im-portant human pathogen.GAS can cause skin and mucous membrane superficial infectious diseases, life -threatening invasive disease, toxin -mediated diseases and immune -related diseases.Antibiotic is an effective mean to control GAS infection. The β-lactam antibiotics remain the first -choice treatment for GAS infection and the macrolides are often recommended as a replacement therapy for β-lactam antibiotics allergic patients or a means to blocking GAS exotoxin product. But with the widespread use of macrolides autibiotics, macrolide -resistant GAS spread in the world. This paper will elaborate the situation of macrolide -resistant clones.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors related to the complications of esophageal foreign body in children. Methods Data of 150 children with esophageal foreign bodies admitted to Xi'an Children' s Hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were included in the retrospective analysis. Related clinical variables ( gender, age, location, time, size, sharpness, quality, and severity of complications) were statistically analyzed. Results Spearman correlation analysis showed that the age of children was negatively correlated with esophageal foreign body complications (r=-0. 187, P=0. 022), incarceration time ( r=0. 456, P<0. 001) , sharpness ( r=0. 384, P<0. 001) and quality ( r=0. 234, P=0. 004) was positively correlated with the incidence of complications. Non?conditional Logistic regression analysis for polytomous ordinal response showed that incarceration longer than 8 h yielded complication risks 9. 507 times as much as that less than 8 h ( 95%CI:2. 982?30. 309) . Obtuse or sharp foreign body yielded risk 142. 751 times as smooth foreign body did (95%CI:13. 736?1483. 562). Conclusion Incidence and severity of complications of esophageal foreign body in children are closely related to the age of the children, incarceration time and the degree of sharpness. For patients of less than 1 year old, incarceration for more than 8 hours, with an obtuse or sharp foreign body, early diagnosis and treatment is essential.
