Recent researches show that follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) plays an important regulatory role in the angiogenesis of ovarian cancer by influencing the level of some factors such as hypoxia inducefactor-1 ( HIF-1 ) ,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Meanwhile, recent studies report that FSH and FSH receptor(FSHR) may also participate in the angiogenesis of other solid tumors like lung cancer. FSH is closely related to the tumor angiogenesis, which provides a novel therapeutic target for anti-angiogenesis thera-py.

Objective To investigate the relationship among early parenchymal enhancement,post- gadolinium(Gd)hyperintense middle cerebral artery(HMCA),and subsequent hemorrhagic transformation (HT)in patients with hyperacute ischemic stroke.Methods Twenty-four consecutive patients with ischemic stroke who underwent MRI within 6 h[(4.3?1.4)h]of symptom onset were retrospectively reviewed.All of these patients underwent at least one follow-up MRI or non-enhanced CT study at 2 to 7 days.Post-Gd T_1WI were analyzed for parenchymal enhancement and hyperintense MCA.Gradient echo MRI and CT were used for assessment of HT.Results Ten patients developed HT on follow-up imaging (hemorrhagic group).Early parenchymal enhancement was found in 6 patients with HT(P

Objective To induce adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) differentiation into cardiomyocytes, so as to provide stem cells for myocardial regeneration.Method ADMSCs were isolated and cultured from adult adipose tissue in vitro.They were induced with 10μmol/L 5-azacytidine (5Aza) for 24h.At the 7th, 14th, 21st days after induction, the expression of α-sarcomeric actin, and myosin heavy chain were repeatedly detected by immunocytochemistry.The expression of ANP was detected by RT-PCR.Results At the 7th day after induction, there was no expression of α-sarcomeric actin and MHC.At the 14th day, there was a little expression of α-sarcomeric actin and MHC that could be seen in cells.At the 21st day, there was increased expression of α-sarcomeric and MHC, and the expression of ANP was positive results detected by RT-PCR.Conclusions 5-Aza can induced ADMSCs to differentiate into cardiomyocytes.ADMSCs might be a potential source of cell transplantation for myocardial.

Objective To investigate the proper anesthetic administration schemes in pediatric patients undergoing surgery of transcatheter ventricular septal defect closure .Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients with congenital heart diseases of ventricu-lar septal defect ,aged 3-9 years old with ASA physiological status Ⅰ or Ⅱ ,undergoing surgery of transcatheter ventricular septal defect closure were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 each :ketamine group( K group) ,propofol group( P group) ,ketamine associate with propofol ( KP group) ,sevoflurane group( S group) .Spontaneous respiration were maintained in K ,P ,PK groups ,but mechanical ventilation was adopted after endotracheal tube intubation in S group .The values of MAP ,HR ,SpO2 ,RR were recorded at the following time points :before anesthesia ,incision immediate ,procedure in heart ,completion of operation ,and 30min after oper-ation .awaking time and adverse reactions were recorded .Results Anesthesia and operation were carried out successfully in all pa-tients .Awaking time in P group and KP group markedly shorter than K group (P<0 .01) .The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as cough ,asphyxia and body motion in pediatric patients by mechanical ventilation and sevoflurane inhaled markedly less than other groups(P<0 .01) .Conclusion It is safe that pediatric patients received mechanical ventilation and sevoflurane inhaled after endotracheal intubation undergoing surgery of transcatheter ventricular septal defect closure .

Abstact:Aim To identify whether the petroleum e-ther fraction of Yueju pill (YJ-PE)could exhibit a po-tent rapid antidepressant effect and to investigate the underlying biological mechanism involved.Methods Fourty-four male KM mice were randomly assigned to five groups:the control group (saline group),low dosage of YJ-PE,middle dosage of YJ-PE,high dos-age of YJ-PE and ketamine.After a single drug admin-istration,we used tail suspension test (TST)to test the rapid antidepressant effect of YJ-PE in KMmice at 30 min.Another twenty-four male KM mice were ass-inged to three groups:control group,screened effective low dosage of YJ-PE group and ketamine group.We usd TST to assess these mice at 24 h post a single ad-
ministration.Western blot was performed to examine the expression of BDNF and TrkB in hippocampus of KMmice at 30 min and 24 h post a single administra-tion.Results An acute administration of YJ-PE de-creased the immobility time of KMmice in TST and in-creased the expression of BDNF and TrkB as soon as 30min post a single administration and lasted at least for 24 hours.Conclusion YJ-PE (low dosage)ex-hibits a rapid antidepressant-like potent,and the po-tent rapid antidepressant effects of YJ-PE are associat-ed with the up-regulation of BDNF and TrkB.

Objective To evaluate the value of CYRTA21-1,CEA and SPECT in diagnosis of bone metastasis in lung cancer.Methods 216 patients with lung cancer were examined by radionuclide bone imaging and serum CYFRA21-1,CEA.20 patients with benign lung disease were also studied.Results 121 of the 216 lung cancer patients were confirmed bone metastasis including 101 multi-metastasis and 20 singu- lar-metastasis. The positive rate was 56.02 %.The serum CYFR21-1,CEA level and positive rate of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were obviously higher than those of patients without bone metastasis or with benign lung disease.The level of serum CYFR21-1,CEA had significant difference(P

ObjectiveTo evaluate the reliability of the Cybex 6000 isokinetic dynamometer in measuring the shoulder extensor contracted concentrically and eccentrically.Methods15 male subjects with no previous shoulder injuries were studied. The extensor muscles groups of asymmetrical shoulder were tested at 60°/s, 120°/s, and 180°/s respectively. Variables studied included peak torque (PT), average power (AP) and total work (TW). The interclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to determine the reliability.ResultsHigh test-retest reliability, ICC ranging from 0.86 to 0.97, was demonstrated for all tests.ConclusionThe Cybex 6000 isokinetic dynamometer shows a good reliability in measuring the shoulder extensor isokinetic contracted concentrically and eccentrically.

Aim To observe the rapid antidepressant effect of Yuejuganmaidazao Decoction on postpatum de-pression offspring , and analyze its influence on the Akt and mTOR expression .Methods After postpartum de-pression model was established , the offsprings were randomly divided into the following groups: control group(CTL-F1,n =8), vehicle group (Veh,n =8) and YG group ( YG, n =8 ) .Veh group was treated with vehicle , YG group was treated with Yueju gan-maidazao Decoction(8.3 g· kg -1 ).Forced swimming test(FST) was measured 24 hours after single adminis-tration.The phosphorylation and total level of Akt and m-TOR in the hippocampus was detected by Western blot.Results The immobility time in YG group was significantly shorter than that in Veh group ( P <0.01 ) , and the expression of p-Akt and p-mTOR in the hippocampus was significantly increased ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Yuejuganmaidazao Decoction may rapidly alleviate depression-like behaviors of PPD offsprings through upregulation of Akt and mTOR ex-pression .

The onset of hepatocelluar carcinoma, one of the serious complications of primary Budd-Chiari syndrome, is associated with poor prognosis.Although so, the diagnosis and treatment of such disease has still not been standardized at recent.In this paper, we overviewed the recent advances on Budd-Chiari syndrome associated with hepatocelluar carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the setup errors of head and neck tumor patients with head mask-ing by TomoTherapy with megavoltage CT (MVCT),and to measure the CTV -PTV margins.Methods There were 34 patients with head and neck tumor .All patients had received MVCT scanning before radiation was deliv-ered.The MVCT images were registered with the kilovoltage CT (kVCT)images,the setup errors of the left -right (x),anterior-posterior(y),superior-inferior(z)and transverse profile rotation(Roll)were obtained by matc-hing MVCT with kVCT,followed by calculating the reasonable CTV -PTV margins with the formula M=2.5∑+0.7σ.Results Six hundred and forty MVCT images in total were received for the patients ,the systemic ±random errors in x,y,z and Roll directions were ( -0.15 ±0.55) mm,(0.30 ±0.56) mm,(0.35 ±0.71) mm and (-0.07 ±0.52)°,the CTV-PTV margin in x,y and z directions were 3.31 mm,5.32 mm and 3.35 mm.Con-clusion we demonstrate a theoretic foundation for our CTV -PTV margins in head and neck tumor patients by analyzing the setup errors ,and it also can provide necessary quality assurance for precise radiation .
