The integration of laboratory equipment resources,integration of digital informa-tion resources and integration of management resources to the requirements of teaching guarantee were expatiated.The purpose was to introduce the latest methods of the educational technology into the education and training to make reform and innovation in training contents,methods and means by using new technologies,new equipment and new methods.

Objective To observe and assess the effect about bundles of cure Rule of three three in the treatment for residual stones after Flexible Ureteroscope.Methods 120 patients with a single stone after urinary lithotripsy were divided into two groups according to the different indwelling time.Two cases of the control group were rejected because of severe hematuria.The control group (n=58) was subjected to the regular education (drinking water 3 000 ml per day with moderate exercise);The experiment group (n=60) was subjected to the Rule of three three (drinking 3 cups of water in thc morning、midday and night,with contralateral position 30 minutes,hot towel applying and gently tapping the kidney region 30 minutes).Results The calculi discharge rate and the net rate of experiment group [86.67％ (52/60),55.00％ (33/60)] were higher than the control group [53.45％(32/58),18.97％(11/58)] 14 days after surgery.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Further analysis showed that the discharge rate of residual stones in lower renal calyx in experiment group [86.67％(26/30)] was higher than the control group [32.14％(9/28)].The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The bundles of cure called rule of three three can improve the discharge rate of residual calculi after flexible ureteroscope and increase the discharge rate of residual stones in lower renal calyx significantly.

Objective To discuss the feasibility,efficiency and safety of urokinase application in patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-nine patients were included,30 treated with ventricular drainage alone and 39 receiving adjunctive intraventricular urokinase.CT images and ADL scores were compared between the two groups.Results The intraventricular thrombolysis with urokinase significantly hastened the resolution of intraventricular blood clots as compared with ventricular drainage alone(P=0.030),with better outcome(P=0.029).Conclusion Urokinase application is a simple,effective,and safe in managing hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage.

Objective To investigate the effects of captopril on cardiac function and levels of energy-rich phosphates in pressure overload induced left ventricular hypertrophy rats. Methods One hundred and twenty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group (SH group, n=40),coarctation of abdominal aorta group (CAA group, n=40) and captopril treatment 1 mg· 1001·d-1) group (CAP group, n=40). Left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left ventricular mass index (LVMI), levels of energy-rich phosphates and morphological changes of the myocardial mitochondria were compared at the 6th and 8th week after operation. Results At 6th week, in CAA group, LVMI and LVEDP were increased and ±dp/dtmax was decreased, while ATP and ADP were decreased and AMP was increased (P<0.01). These changes were much obvious at 8th week (P<0.01). Compared with those of CAA group, the parameters of heart function and energy-rich phosphates (ATP, ADP, AMP, TAN) in CAP group were improved significantly(P<0.01) at the 6th and 8th week. In CAP group, the parameters of heart function and energy-rich phosphates (ADP, AMP, TAN) were much better at 8th week than those at 6th week. The morphological change of mitochondria was less in CAP group than that in CAA group. Conclusion Captopril significantly improves myocardial energy metabolism in pressure overload rats and protects the function of myocardial mitochondria.

Objective To explore the surgical method and curative effect of free vascularized fibular graft bridged vascu?lar pedicle by vein transplantation for infective long bone defect with or without soft tissue defect reconstruction. Methods From June 2008 to January 2014, 17 patients with infective long bone defect were treated, 11 male and 6 female, 1.5 to 55 years old and averaged 31.3 years. 8 cases in femur, 5 cases in tibia, 3 cases in humerus and 1 case in radius. Bone defect were 4 to 19 cm in length with an average of 9.4 cm. 8 cases with soft tissue defect, from 5.0 cm×3.0 cm to 17.0 cm×5.5 cm. Required adequate surgi?cal debridement, and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) was used. Free vascularized fibular (skin) flap was designed and harvested . Artery and veins close to the health site were dissected, and bridged vascular pedicle of free vascularized fibular flap by autolo?gous vein transplantation with end to end anastomosis. The length free vascularized fibular graft was from 5 to 18 cm, with an aver?age of 9.6 cm. The free fibula flap ranged from 6.5 cm×4.0 cm to 18.0 cm×6.0 cm. Results All the 17 cases of fibular flap sur?vived, no vascular crisis happened. Post?operative wound primary healed in 11 cases, delayed 1 to 2 weeks to heal in 6 cases. Cal?lus was seen in the 6 to 8 weeks later. 15 cases were followed from 9 months to 6 years (averaged 30 months) while 2 cases were lost to follow?up. Bone defect primary healed in 13 cases, and the fibula graft unhealed in 2 cases, but healed again after a second operation. Fibula stress fracture occurred in one case at 7 months after grafting procedures and bone union was achieved 4 months after reapplying an external fixator. Infected bone defect healing time ranged from 4.2 to 9.8 months, averaged 5.9 months. Accord?ing to the Enneking score, 11 cases were excellent, good in 3 cases, one in fair. Excellent and Good rate was 93.3%. Conclusion Free vascularized fibular (skin) graft with vein bridged vascular pedicle can not only effectively repair infected bone and soft tissue defect, but also improve local blood supply and control infection, shorten the course of treatment, which is an effective treatment of infective long bone defects with or without soft tissue defects.

Objective To evaluate the value of CYRTA21-1,CEA and SPECT in diagnosis of bone metastasis in lung cancer.Methods 216 patients with lung cancer were examined by radionuclide bone imaging and serum CYFRA21-1,CEA.20 patients with benign lung disease were also studied.Results 121 of the 216 lung cancer patients were confirmed bone metastasis including 101 multi-metastasis and 20 singu- lar-metastasis. The positive rate was 56.02 %.The serum CYFR21-1,CEA level and positive rate of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were obviously higher than those of patients without bone metastasis or with benign lung disease.The level of serum CYFR21-1,CEA had significant difference(P

Objective To introduce the transfer of anterolateral thigh flap with iliotibial tract in repair of massive skin and soft tissue defects of the forearm and reconstruction of extension or flexion of the forearm. Methods Eight cases of complicated raw wounds of the forearm were repaired with transfer of anterolateral thigh flap with iliotibial tract. Flexor tendons of 3 cases and extensor tendons of 5 cases were repaired with iliotibial tract. The axial vessel of the flap was used to rebuild blood supply of the hand. Results All the flaps survived completely. A follow-up ranging from 3 months to 2.5 years re- vealed that the reconstructed forearms were good in appearance and soft in texture and restored protective sensation. Affected limbs could perform extension or flexion. Total range of motion (TRM) of the hands was excellent in 6 cases and poor in 2. Conclusion Anterolateral thigh flap with iliotibial tract can not only repair soft tissue defects of the forearm, but also reconstruct the main extension or flexion of the forearm simultaneously.

Objective To investigate the setup errors of head and neck tumor patients with head mask-ing by TomoTherapy with megavoltage CT (MVCT),and to measure the CTV -PTV margins.Methods There were 34 patients with head and neck tumor .All patients had received MVCT scanning before radiation was deliv-ered.The MVCT images were registered with the kilovoltage CT (kVCT)images,the setup errors of the left -right (x),anterior-posterior(y),superior-inferior(z)and transverse profile rotation(Roll)were obtained by matc-hing MVCT with kVCT,followed by calculating the reasonable CTV -PTV margins with the formula M=2.5∑+0.7σ.Results Six hundred and forty MVCT images in total were received for the patients ,the systemic ±random errors in x,y,z and Roll directions were ( -0.15 ±0.55) mm,(0.30 ±0.56) mm,(0.35 ±0.71) mm and (-0.07 ±0.52)°,the CTV-PTV margin in x,y and z directions were 3.31 mm,5.32 mm and 3.35 mm.Con-clusion we demonstrate a theoretic foundation for our CTV -PTV margins in head and neck tumor patients by analyzing the setup errors ,and it also can provide necessary quality assurance for precise radiation .
