Chinese Journal of Health Management 2011;05(4):246-248
Objective To learn mental health, life events and stress response of immigrant medical professionals. Methods Symptom checklist ( SCL-90), Life event scale ( LES), and Coping questionnaire (CQ) were used for assessment. Results SCL-90 ( 135.95 ± 32. 56 ), Somatization ( 1.62 ± 0. 38 ),obsessive-compulsion ( 1.75 ± 0. 53), depression (1.66 ± 0. 55) ,anxiety ( 1.52 ± 0. 54), hostility ( 1.53 ±0.45) ,and psychoticism (1.45 ±0.46) were even serious in immigrant medical professionals (all P<0. 05). SCL-90 factor score was positively correlated with LES total score and LES factor score ( both P <0. 05 ). However, SCL-90 factor score was negatively correlated with problem-solving and coping style score of CQ (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion As mental health and life event responses were concerned, more attention should be paid to the immigrant medical professionals.

3.Current situation and trends in blockade of targeted immune checkpoints in cancer immunotherapy
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(7):415-419
The blockade of targeted immune checkpoint is one of the most promising approaches to activate therapeutic antitu-mor immunity. The immune checkpoint refers to a plethora of inhibitory pathways in the immune system. These pathways are crucial for maintaining self-tolerance and modulating the duration and amplitude of physiological immune responses in peripheral tissues to minimize collateral tissue damage. Tumors co-opt certain immune-checkpoint pathways as a major mechanism of immune resistance. Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 antibodies were the first of this class of immunotherapeutics to acquire approval from the US Food and Drug Administration. Preliminary clinical findings with blockers of additional immune-checkpoint proteins, such as pro-grammed cell death protein 1, indicate broad and diverse opportunities to enhance anti-tumor immunity with the potential to produce du-rable clinical responses. Classic chemotherapy exerts significant immunomodulatory effects on tumor cells via multiple mechanisms. Therefore, the combination of immunotherapy, including immune checkpoint blockade with chemotherapy, is a new promising trend in anti-tumor immunotherapy.
4.Effects of denervation on expression of carbonic anhydrase Ⅲ and its phosphatase activity in skeletal muscle of rats
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2011;44(6):408-412
Objective To observe the effects of nerve impulses on the expression of carbonic anhydrase Ⅲ ( CAⅢ ) and its phosphatase activity, and to explore whether or not the cause of CAⅢ expressive decreased in skeletal muscles of myasthenia gravis( MG) is resulted from the obstruction of nerve impulse. Methods The motor nerves of extensor digitorum longus (EDL, mainly composed by fast fibers) and soleus (Sol, mainly composed by slow fibers) were cut off by operation of denervation.Levels and phosphatase activities of CAⅢ were analyzed at 7, 14, 28, and 56 d after denervation by Western blot and specific enzyme staining on the membrane following SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, respectively. Results (1) Levels of CAⅢ in Sol of normal side (eg denervated contralateral) were much higher than that in EDL of normal side, and the levels in both Sol and EDL had an enhanced tendency with time (age) increase, especially for Sol.After denervation, the levels of CAⅢ in EDL were gradual increased, however, the level in Sol was 14 d after denervation as the boundary of ascension and then decline.( 2) The phosphatase activities of CAⅢ in Sol of normal sides were much higher than that in EDL of normal sides, and there were an enhanced tendency with time (age) increase in Sol, but no significant changes were found in EDL The enzyme activities in denervated Sol were lower(in the 14, 28, and 56 days after denervation: 14.39 ±1.93, 11.48 ±1.46, 9.04 ±1.46) much than their contralaterals(22.75 ± 1.80, 25.26 ±3.15, 25.82 ± 2.97; t = 0.002, 0.005, 0.002, all P < 0.05), the enzyme activities in denervated EDL were also lower than their contralaterals, however, no significant differences were found.(3)It was consistent for CAⅢ levels and phosphatase activities in both Sol and EDL of normal sides. After denervation, however, the deviation of the CAⅢ levels and phosphatase activities happened, the levels of CAⅢ were increased, but the phosphatase activities were decreased. Conclusions The effect of nerve impulse transferring obstructed by denervation on CAⅢ expression of skeletal muscles is different from that by MG auto-antibody.The decrease of CAⅢ protein in the MG muscles may be not resulted from the nerve impulse transferring obstructed by MG auto-antibody.

Conclusions Medical staff should strengthen the awareness of the patients′experience with secondary and temporary dry mouth, and improve the nursing intervention measures according to need, in order to increase patients′comfort and to promote them recover soon.
6.Experiment Study on the Impedance Spectroscopy Analysis Method t o measure RBC Aggregation.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
In order to test validity and fea si bility of the impedance spectroscopy analysis method,a series of blood experime n ts have been carried out to study influences of the hematocrit, the plasma conc e ntration and the dextran concentration in suspend medium on the blood impedance and the RBC aggregation. The results show that the blood impedance of lower freq uency R_0 increases with increase of Hctc, the time constant T has little chang e when Hctc hange from 28.9 to 48.9;with the increase of plasma concentration ,t he RBC aggregation radius increases; When the dextran concentration is about 4g/ 100ml,the RBC aggregate reaches its maximum. It suggests that the impedance spe ctroscopy analysis method is a new, effective method to study RBC aggregation.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(30):2281-2284
Objective To analyze satisfaction of the clinical practice content of nursing postgraduates with different characteristic, and to provide transformative suggestions for the construction of clinical practice scheme of nursing postgraduates. Methods Using judgment sampling and snowball sampling, the questionnaire survey was conducted among 101 nursing postgraduates, and comparing satisfaction of clinical practice content of postgraduates with different age, work experience and teaching mode. SPSS 17.0 software package was used for data description and t test. Results The total satisfaction of clinical practice content of nursing postgraduates was low, and different postgraduates′satisfaction was different. On practical operation opportunity,> 30 years old of postgraduates′satisfaction was (3.95±0.87), which was higher than those 20~30 years old, (3.35±0.90), and the difference was statistically significant, t=2.748, P<0.01. On clinical practice assessment methods and frequency, the satisfaction of postgraduates with a fixed teacher was higher than those without a fixed teacher (3.40±0.74) vs. (2.83±0.87), and the difference was statistically significant, t=3.310, P<0.01. Conclusions At present, the clinical practice content of nursing postgraduates is in shortage, and need to be further improved.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2020;32(12):1204-1207
Objective:
To develop the ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS ) for the determination of perfluorocarboxylic acids ( PFCAs ) in fish.
Methods:
The fish samples were extracted with tert-butyl methyl ether and purified by WAX columns. The WAX cartridges were rinsed with methanol and 25 mmol/L ammonium acetate, and the target compound residues were eluted with 0.5% ammonia methanol and then redissolved with 50% methanol aqueous solution after nitrogen blowing to nearly dry. Nine kinds of PFCAs were simultaneously quantified by UPLC-MS/MS with 1 mmol/L ammonium acetate-methanol solution as the mobile phase.
Results:
The extraction was separated well in UPLC BEH C18 column. There were good linear correlations of nine kinds of PFCAs in the range of 1.0-200.0 ng/mL, with the coefficients all more than 0.99. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.06-0.19 μg/kg and 0.19-0.62 μg/kg, respectively. The recovery rates were 70.08%-117.24% at different spiked levels ( 5.0, 25.0, 50.0 μg/kg ), and the relative standard deviations were 2.31%-19.68%.
Conclusion
Through optimizing the pretreatment conditions, the mobile phase of liquid chromatography and the detection conditions of mass spectrometry, the UPLC-MS/MS could meet the monitoring requirements of PFCAs in fish.
