1.MR imaging of intramedullary subependymoma
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To delineate the MR imaging features of intramedullary subependymoma. Methods The MR imaging features of 4 cases of pathologically proved intramedullary subependymomas were analyzed retrospectively and correlated with operative reports, and the differential diagnosis was discussed. Results MR appearances of intramedullary subependymoma were as follows: (1) Intramedullary subependymoma often involved the cervical region or the extensive portions of the cervical and thoracic cord in 3 out of 4 cases, mainly affected adults, and was eccentric within the spinal cord. The tumor was in the thoracic-lumbar cord in 1 case. (2) They were heterogeneously hypointense relative to the normal spinal cord on T 1-weighted images and hyperintense on T 2-weighted images, occasionally with hemorrhagic foci (2 cases). (3) No enhancement or minimal enhancement was revealed on T 1-weighted images following Gd-DTPA administration (3 out of 4). Conclusion Intramedullary subependymoma are best delineated by MR imaging. The diagnosis of intramedullary subependymoma should be considered when above findings are confronted.
2.Applied research of two-dimension code technology in management of armaria
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(9):175-177
Aimed at the importance and current situation of hospital medical equipment management, the paper has analyzed the method of application and advantages of two dimension code technology and intelligent terminal in the management of medical equipment. And the two dimension code conversion software, which was developed by using C++ language compiler software and medical equipment management system, could achieve two dimension code information conversion and label production of medical equipment for instruction, maintenance, meterage and scraping and other information. And the intelligent terminal couldbe used to obtain information in real time, and it could combine with the existed one dimensional code to achieve informationization management for medical equipment, and then gradually replace one dimensional code. Through discussed the advantages of two dimension code and compared with the traditional model, the results indicated that this technology could provide a new direction in developmental trends and application prospect, and enhance the management level for dynamic information, and solve the problems of inconvenience in updating information.
3.The Impact of Universal Coverage Policy on Catastrophic Health Payments in Thailand
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(10):95-97
Before 2002, the three existing basic medical security systems of Thailand covered 30% of the population, and the surplus population participated in the universal coverage(UC)policy of medical security system which promulgated in 2002. Since the implement of UC policy, it has improved the equity of medical service application and health financing, reduced Catastrophic Health Payments and low-income groups have obtained more benefits. The incidence rate of Catastrophic Health Payments decreased and the spending burden of catastrophic health expenditure in low-income groups decreased from 6.11%(2000)to 4.65%(2002).

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
Grasses infected by endophytes have an extraordinary impact on the ecology and economy of pasture and turf. In this review, we presented recent research progress on origin and evolution, biological and ecological impact, and perspective of the association in order to make full use of the widely distributed endophyte resources.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
This paper discusses image segmentation of liver by MITK and maximum entropy in VC++ 6.0.MITK supports an extensive set of image processing and 3D visualization algorithms, which is a very convenient tool. After filtered by Wavelet transform, good segmentation results could be obtained by maximum entropy method and MITK interactive segmentation.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2003;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of domestic rapamycin-eluting stent(Firebire stent) in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Coronary angiography and stenting were carried out through femoral artery approach in 331 patients with coronary heart disease. The incidences of in-hospital major adverse cardiac events were recorded all the patients were followed up for 1 year. The follow-up angiography was carried out at at 6-9 months after discharge. Results A total of 597 domestic rapamycine-eluting stents were implanted in 331 patients. One patient died of pump failure after primary PCI and another patient required emergency CABG because of coronary artery rupture.NSTEMI happened in 3 patients after PCI.The incidence of in-hospital MACE was 1.5%.Three hundred and one patients finished a mean follow-up of 12.3?3.2 months.During the follow up period,non-fatal myocardial infrarction was recorded in 1 case, recurrent angina in 16 cases and target lesion revascularization in 5 cases. The overall MACE rate was 4.3%.Follow-up angiography was completed in 110 patients and the restenosis rate was 5.5%(6/110).Conclusion Domestic rapamycin-eluting stent(Firebird stent) was safe and effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease and may provide a higher cost-effectiveness due to its relatively low price. However, its long-term effect needs more studies to verify.

Objective To study the protection mechanism of HO-1 with the gas-blood analysis and MAP of femoral artery in rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods A model of hemorrhagic shock was established in 20 SD healthy clean male rats. The rats were randomly divided into the L.Lactis recombinant HO-1 gene group (HO group)and phosphate buffer solution group (PBS group). The gas-blood analysis and MAP of femoral artery in hemorrhagic shock were compared during the test. The mortality rate,MPO activity, bacterial translocation, the pathologic and content of HO-1,TNF-α and IL-10 in the low intestine were detected and compared 1h after resuscitation. Results Compared to PBS group, the mortality rate,Chiu's grade, bacterial translocation and MPO activity in HO group were significantly decreased[10% vs40%,(1.51 ±0.23) points vs(2.15 ±0.48) points,44.4% vs 100.0%,(0.16 ±0.05)U/g vs (0.99 ± 0.28)U/g,all P <0.05],PaO2 and MAP during the resuscitation, the content of HO-1 and the gray level of IL-10 were significantly increased. Conclusion L Lactis recombinant HO-1 gene has the virtue to maintain the higher level of PaO2 and MAP,which is beneficial to the intestine mucosa barrier and anti-inflammation response of low intestine significantly.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
A PCR assay used for detection and quantification of Neotyphodium lolii in tissues of the grass Lolium perenne L. was developed. Compared with the Microscopic analysis of stained tissues, this method was more accurate. For quantitative applications, real time PCR was used to quantify Neotyphodium lolii in Lolium perenne L.. The results showed that there were some variations between different individuals, but no variance existed between different tillers from the same plant. Thus it can be concluded that fungal content in the plant is not only associated with species/variety specific, but also with the genotype of the host plant as well.
