The famous senior Chinese medical doctor Li Wei-xian is one of the national third and fourth acadomic advisor groups for propagating and inheriting of TCM experiences and theories.He is good at treating gynecology and pediatrics particularly,who believes that reasonable and eriective clinical health keeping guidance should be given sufficient attention.He noted that"if you want to keep healthful,the staple food is necessary,"for fomale patients with qi and blood deficiency,and that"if you want your children be better,a little hunger and cold is required."
2.Dynamic changes in the monolayer permeability in HUVEC after Dengue virus type 2 infection

Objective To research Dengue virus type 2 (DENV-2) to human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) permeability. Methods The titration of DENV-2 was detected and HUVEC infection DENV-2 layer of cells. At different time points after infection (30 min, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 30 h,36 h, 24 h, 42 h, 48 h,72 h), the permeability in HUVEC were detected after Dengue virus infection. The virus load in HUVEC was detected by quantitative real-time PCR. And ultrastructure in HUVEC was observed by electron microscope. Results The permeability in HUVEC was changed after Dengue virus infection by time lasting. The most permeability in HUVEC was changed after Dengue virus infection at 30 min and 42 h. And at the same time the virus load were most value in all of time. The results of the cell membrane were changed by electron microscope. The deciduous cell microvillus and dissd endochylema were founded. And some of nuclear membrane blank was wided by Dengue virus. Even the leakage was founded in cell nucleus. The other change included that disappearance mitochondrial and vacuolization crista, elder pith change mitochondria. In addition, the complete of cell membrane were dissolved. Conclusion The permeability of HUVEC was changed by DENV-2. To explore the pathogenesis of Dengue virus provide certain theoretical basis.
3.Increased Serum Cathepsin K in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease.

PURPOSE: Cathepsin K is a potent collagenase implicated in human and animal atherosclerosis-based vascular remodeling. This study examined the hypothesis that serum CatK is associated with the prevalence of coronary artery disease (CAD). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Between January 2011 and December 2012, 256 consecutive subjects were enrolled from among patients who underwent coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention treatment. A total of 129 age-matched subjects served as controls. RESULTS: The subjects' serum cathepsin K and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured. The patients with CAD had significantly higher serum cathepsin K levels compared to the controls (130.8+/-25.5 ng/mL vs. 86.9+/-25.5 ng/mL, p<0.001), and the patients with acute coronary syndrome had significantly higher serum cathepsin K levels compared to those with stable angina pectoris (137.1+/-26.9 ng/mL vs. 102.6+/-12.9 ng/mL, p<0.001). A linear regression analysis showed that overall, the cathepsin K levels were inversely correlated with the high-density lipoprotein levels (r=-0.29, p<0.01) and positively with hs-CRP levels (r=0.32, p<0.01). Multiple logistic regression analyses shows that cathepsin K levels were independent predictors of CAD (odds ratio, 1.76; 95% confidence interval, 1.12 to 1.56; p<0.01). CONCLUSION: These data indicated that elevated levels of cathepsin K are closely associated with the presence of CAD and that circulating cathepsin K serves a useful biomarker for CAD.

5.Construction of anti-lung tumor gene differentially expressed bank of wild mouse.

OBJECTIVETo construct the anti-lung tumor gene differentially expressed bank of wild mouse and to explore the mechanisms of the TW wild mouse suppressing the occurring of lung tumor.
METHODSUsing suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) technique, the differentially expressed genes between TAF1 mouse and A/wy mouse were selected out and the subtracted cDNA bank was constructed. 166 clones were performed DNA sequencing and then were assayed by blast programme.
RESULTSAmong the blast results of 166 differentially expressed clones, 87 known genes (mRNA or cDNA) were in homology with 134 clones and were divided into 7 classifications according to the biological role.14 DNA fragments were in homology with 32 clones, in which 20 clones were in homology with 9 mouse DNA sequences, 2 clones were in homology with one bacterial gene sequences and 3 clones were clone vector.
CONCLUSIONWith SSH technique, the anti-lung tumor gene differentially expressed bank of wild mouse are successfully constructed.
