Objective To study the features and patterns of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by lentinan injection; To provide references for rational medication. Methods By using the method of retrospective analysis from 1994 to 2015, publicly reported 22 of lentinan injection ADR case report were analyzed. Results Clinical manifestations of lentinan injection ADR could be involved in a variety of organs, also could cause systemic damage. ADR associated with patient age at the same time, inappropriate drug dosage, solvent selection are factors that lead to adverse reactions. Conclusion When using lentinan injection, attention should be paid to the supervision of special population, medication should be strict according to the instructions and medication education should be strengthened, so as to reduce the occurrence of ADR and improve the satisfaction of patients.

Objective To explore health literacy and the related factors among enterprise employees in Minhang District of Shanghai, and to provide scientific basis for the development of health literacy promotion strategies for occupational population. Methods Through cluster random sampling,15 manufacturing enterprises of Minhang District were selected. The information of health-supportive environment in the workplace was collected through field observation. And the general demographic characteristics, occupational characteristics, health literacy and self-efficacy of the subjects were collected through the survey. Results Only about 28.36% of the 1 421 employees surveyed possessed basic health literacy.Education level, marital status, working nature and payment pressure were the factors affecting the health literacy level of respondents.Compared with the employees who had at least a bachelor degree, the health literacy level of the employees who had a lower degree of bachelor was relatively low (P<0.05).The health literacy level of employees in non-marital status was relatively lower than those who were married (OR =1.515,P =0.021).Compared with the managers, the health literacy levels of clericals, production operators and logistical service personnel were low (P <0.05).Employees who had the pressure to pay possessed a low level of health literacy (OR =1.641,P<0.001).Conclusions The health literacy level of employees in this region was better than the average level of Chinese citizen, but it was still not optimistic. The health literacy level of enterprise employees was affected by many factors, and these factors were closely related.Improving the health supportive environment in the workplace may be an effective strategy for promoting health literacy among occupational populations.

Objective:
To investigate the application value of Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skill Model (IMB)-based continuing care on the recovery of nerve function and life quality in patients with stroke after thrombolytic therapy.
Methods:
Stroke patients who underwent thrombolytic therapy were randomly assigned to IMB group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases) according to the method of random number table. The control group recieved routine thrombolysis nursing, IMB group was given IMB-based continuing care. After six months of intervention, nerve function was evaluated by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Modified Rankin Scale(MRS), the active ability was performed by Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI), the quality of life was assessed by the item short from health survey(SF-36), respectively.
Results:
Before intervention, the scores of NIHSS, MRS, FMA, BI, SF-36 between two groups was no significant difference (

OBJECTIVETo analyze the mutations of BRCA1 in breast cancer patients of Uigur women in Xinjiang.
METHODSBy using single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) and DNA sequencing, BRCA1 mutations were detected in 70 Uigur women breast cancer cases and 32 cases of benign breast diseases and non-tumor tissue next to carcinoma.
RESULTS(1) 12 new loci of BRCA1 gene mutation were detected firstly in 70 Uigur women breast cancer patients. (2)The frequency of BRCA1 mutation in 70 Uigur women breast cancer cases was 12.86% (9/70). The frequency of BRCA1 mutation in Uigur women early onset breast cancer was 31.82% (7/22), which was significantly higher than that in late onset group (2/48, 4.16%) (chi(2) =10.295, P<0.01). (3) There were BRCA1 gene polymorphisms in 9 of 70 Uigur women breast cancer patients. The loci of polymorphisms in 8 of 9 cases were 3232A>G. (4)In the research group two cases of bilateral breast cancer were found with BRCA1 gene mutation.
CONCLUSIONThe mutation of BRCA1 gene may be related to Uigur women breast cancer and bilateral breast cancer.
