1.Paclitaxel in antiangiogenic chemotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(9):664-667
Traditional chemotherapy mostly caused the proliferative cancer cells'deoxyribonucleic acid damaged and suspended copy.It is purposed to kill cancer cells as far as possible. So we adopted chemotherapeutics' human maximum tolerated dose clinically.Recent findings indicate that some chemotherapy drugs such as paclitaxel are applied under way in the low dose and high frequency could inhibit tumor angiogenesis.

4.STUDY OF GROWTH INDICES OF CHILDREN IN 9 CITIES
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
This paper summarized the data of 5 growth indices of 152, 874 children aged 0-7 years in 9 city's urban and suburban areas. The results showed that they were well related to the growth of children. The stature of children was thin-tall in urban and thick-short in suburban. As compared with American and Japanese children data, we found that the body indices of our children were lower. Among 5 growth indices, the Kaup's index seemd to be useful for assessment of child physical development and nutrition.

Objective To invectigate the etiology and pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods Four experimental animal models of intracranial aneurysm were established with normal horse serum injected into veins or the neck regions, or into both common carotid arteries which were narrowed, by using silk ligature or noradrenalin injection into the neck regions. Results Ten intracranial aneurysms were found in the experimental animal model. Conclusion The immunological response, arteryischemia and continuous vasospasm may be considered the direct pathogenic factors of the intracranial aneurysm.

Objective To study the incidence rate and risk factors of catheter-related infection (CRI) in preemie with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC),in order to facilitate the implementation of control strategies and control infection. Methods Two hundred and fifty-eight PICC preemie of birth weight less than 2.5 kg,according to whether the incidence of CRI were divided into CRI group and non CRI group, two groups of gestational age, birth weight,PICC time, parenteral nutrition time and PICC parenteral nutrition time were statistically analyzed and compared different indwelling time of CRI incidence. Results Diagnosis of CRI in 24 cases, the occurrence rate of 9.3% (24/258).There were significant differences in gestational age, birth weight,PICC time, parenteral nutrition time,PICC parenteral nutrition time between CRI group aad non CRI group (29.5 weeks vs.33.0 weeks,1.4 kg vs.1.8 kg,31.5 days vs.14.6 days,40.1 days vs.16.7 days,28.8 days vs.13.4 days,P < 0.01 or < 0.05).There was significant difference in incidence rate of CRI among different indwelling time (P < 0.01).The risk factors of CRI including gestational age (P =0.007),birth weight (P=0.000),PICC time (P=0.001),parenteral nutrition time (P=0.035),PICC parenteral nutrition time (P =0.001).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the greatest impact on the 3 factors were birth weight, parenteral nutrition time, gestational age. Conclusion Gestational age, birth weight,PICC time, parenteral nutrition time are the risk factors of CRI in preemie with PICC.

Effects of preconditioning(PC) and praeruptorine C(Pra-C) on intracellular free calcium level([Ca2+]i) and NO content in hypertrophied vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) with hypoxia were studied. ①The aorta VSMC of rats with renovascular hypertension induced by two-kidney-one-clip(2K1C) were isolated and cultured. Fura-2/AM was as a calcium fluorescent indicator. It was seen that Pra-C(20 mg*kg-1*d-1,ig, for 9 weeks from week 9 after 2K1C) and PC (3 cycles of 5 min pure N2 and 5 min 95%O2+5%CO2) antagonisted the elevated activities(higher [Ca2+]i) induced by KCl and norepinephrine in VSMC with hypo- xia (30 min pure N2). ② In hypertrophied VSMC stimulated by angiotensinⅡ, combination of Pra-C(10 μmol*L-1 for 24 h) and PC enhanced NO content to the normal level in hypertrophied VSMC with hypo- xia. The results suggest that combination of Pra-C and PC have cooperative protection for hypertrophied VSMC with hypoxia injury.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate (PSDS) combined with routine therapy for rotavirus enteritis in children.MethodsA total of 148 children with rotavirus enteritis were included and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, 74 in each group. The children in the observation group were treated with intravenous PSDS combined with routine therapy, and those in the control group with intravenous ribavirin combined with routine therapy. Serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) were determined using standard clinical laboratory procedures. The clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The total efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (91.9%vs. 78.4%;χ2=2.314,P<0.05). After the treatment, the serum levels of IL-6 (18.24 ± 3.62 ng/mlvs. 25.36 ± 5.25 ng/ml; t=2.425,P<0.05) and TNF-α (20.86 ± 4.28 ng/mlvs. 31.22 ± 7.15 ng/ml;t=2.503,P<0.05), and the plasma levels of LDH (104.25 ± 22.06 U/Lvs. 150.26 ± 37.22 U/L;t=2.316,P<0.05), CK (84.25 ± 13.57 U/Lvs. 107.88 ± 16.28 U/L;t=2.327,P<0.05) and CK-MB (22.30 ± 4.24 U/Lvs. 32.26 ± 7.14 U/L;t=2.426,P<0.05) in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group. The time to diarrhea resolution (2.42 ± 0.53 dvs.3.56 ± 0.78 d;t=2.316,P<0.05) and the time to fever resolution(2.11 ± 0.32 dvs.2.63 ± 0.43 d;t=2.472,P<0.05) in the observation group were significantly delayed than those in the control group, and the hospital length of stay longer (6.23 ± 1.42 dvs. 4.35 ± 0.96 d;t=2.413,P<0.05).Conclusions PSDS combined with routine therapy may reduce inflammatory response, protect from myocardial injury, and promote recovery in children with RVE.
