OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of 9 residual organic solvents in blonanserin as methanol, alcohol,isopropyl alcohol,acetonitrile,dichloromethane,hexane,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran and methylbenzene. METHODS:Headspace gas chromatography was adopted. The determination was performed on DB-624 capillary column using temperature pro-gramming. The inlet temperature was 150 ℃,and flame ionization detector was used with temperature of 250 ℃. High purity nitro-gen was used as carrier gas with flow rate of 2.8 mL/min. The split ratio was 1:1,and headspace sample size was 1 mL. Head-space heating temperature was 90 ℃,and equilibration time was 35 min. RESULTS:The linear ranges of methanol,alcohol,iso-propyl alcohol,acetonitrile,dichloromethane,hexane,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran and methylbenzene were 6-1500 μg/mL(r=0.9998),10-2500 μg/mL(r=0.9999),10-2500 μg/mL(r=0.9998),0.82-205 μg/mL(r=0.9994),1.2-300 μg/mL(r=0.9995), 0.58-145 μg/mL(r=0.9994),10-2500 μg/mL(r=0.9999),1.44-360 μg/mL(r=0.9996),1.78-445 μg/mL(r=0.9995),respec-tively. The limits of quantitation were 17.71,6.02,3.17,7.45,1.53,0.69,0.93,1.01,0.22 μg/mL;the limits of detection were 5.89,1.90,1.05,2.48,0.51,0.23,0.31,0.33,0.07 μg/mL,respectively. RSDs of precision and stability tests were all lower than 3.0%,and isopropanol was found in repeatability test (RSD=2.1%). The average recoveries ranged 96.67%-102.66%(RSD=1.9%,n=9),96.00%-101.83%(RSD=1.9%,n=9),97.17%-101.50%(RSD=1.4%,n=9),96.97%-102.44%(RSD=2.2%,n=9),95.83%-103.33%(RSD=2.5%,n=9),95.83%-100.28%(RSD=1.9%,n=9),98.17%-101.25%(RSD=1.0%,n=9),96.55%-102.30%(RSD=1.9%,n=9),96.30%-102.22%(RSD=1.8%,n=9),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of 9 residual organic solvents in blonanserin as methanol,alco-hol,isopropyl alcohol,acetonitrile,dichloromethane,hexane,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran and methylbenzene.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of different nursing interventions for female overactive bladder, and to provide evidence- based evidence for nursing intervention for overactive bladder in women. Methods PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, ScienceDirect and CNKI,Wanfang database and CBM comprehensively by computer and included in the literature of nursing intervention for female overactive bladder patients. Results Four randomized controlled trials were included, a total of 426 participants were in, the intervention group was 214 participants, control group was 212 participants, the results of the study showed that pelvic floor muscle training,health education,psychological nursing intervention can improve patients with overactive bladder symptoms and enhance the quality of life. Conclusion Nursing intervention for women with overactive bladder is an effective way to control symptoms such as frequent micturition and urgency,improve bladder overactivity symptoms and enhance quality of life.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of small-incision orbicularis-levator fixation technique for monocular double-eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods Data were collected in 56 patients (5 males and 51 females) with monocular double eyelid from January 2013 to January 2014.All patients underwent small-incision orbicularis-levator fixation blepharoplasty.To ensure the symmetry between the two eyelids,extensive study and design might be done before the surgery,including the positon of incisions,the amount of tissue removed,the tightness of sutures fixation during surgery,and so on.Results All patients were successfully operated and were performed postoperative follow-up for 19.3±3.4 months.MRI was taken on their upper eyelids preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively.Before the surgery,the MRI orbicularis oculi muscle thickness were 4.08±0.74 U in the left side and 4.81±1.05 U in the right (t=2.66,P＜0.05);the areas of orbit fat were 84.26±9.75 U2 in the left and 93.85±12.15 U2 in the right (t =3.21,P＜0.05).As for 6 months postoperatively,the MRI orbicularis oculi muscle thickness were 4.07±0.69 U in the left side and 4.37±0.99 U in the right (t=1.46,P=0.15);the areas of orbit fat were 82.88±8.81 U2 in the left and 85.30±11.94 U2 in the right (t =1.21,P=0.23).Fifty-four patients were satisfied with surgery,the eyelid's crease turned narrow in 1 case and disappeared in 1 case.Those 2 cases were adjusted by secondary surgery using the same method.Conclusions Small-incision orbicularis-levator fixation blepharoplasty has a high success rate,with acceptable bilateral symmetry and slight scar.

Abstract As a common neurodevelopmental disorder, dyslexia causes a series of adverse outcomes throughout the lifespan, while the public is less aware to it. This review aims to provide experiences for completing domestic policies, as well as to improve the understanding of dyslexia of the public in China by introducing some public health policies, interventions, and special service organizations and the associations related to dyslexia domestic and overseas. The information discussed in this article may serve as a useful model developing or revising policies or guidelines for meeting the needs of children with dyslexia.

Objective: To examine the Quality of life among school-aged children with dyslexia in target city and to provide scientific evidence for improving the quality of life of children with dyslexia. Methods: By using cluster sampling,students from grade 3 to grade 6 from 6 primary schools in a middle-sized were selected and administered with questionnaire survey. According to the criteria of dyslexia, dyslexic children and non-dyslexic children were identified and the difference of the Quality of Life was compared. Results: Totally 3 673 children were collected, and 119 of them were identified as dyslexia(3.24%).The prevalence of dyslexia differed by gender,grades,educational level of parents(χ2=24.77,11.75,18.50,9.79,P<0.05). The Quality of Life which below the average proportion accounted for 30.3% of dyslexic children and 16.7% of normal children. Quality of life scored signiticantly different between dyslexic children and non-dyslexia children, including psychosocial functioning domain(134.54±30.88)(143.49±32.53), physical and mental health domain(2.71±0.84)(2.92±0.81) vs (2.83±0.90)(3.06±0.87), the living satisfaction domain(2.95±0.87)(3.14±0.87)(t=-6.09，-5.48，-5.44，-4.50，P<0.01),with dyslexic group significantly lower than that of non-dyslexic group. Conclusion The Quality of Life of Dyslexic children was in a poor condition.

Objective: To investigate the association between the learning and living style with developmental dyslexia in school-aged children. Methods: Using stratified cluster sampling, a total of 11 668 schoolaged children (grade 2 to 6) in the cities of Wuhan, Hangzhou and Jining were selected to participate in this programme from April 2017 to April 2018. The investigation tools combined the questionnaire on associated factors for reading ability, Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children and Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening for Learning. Results: Pupils with more than 20 minutes of exercise each day (OR=0.43-0.64) and at least 1-2 times per week (OR=0.34-0.48) had a lower risk of dyslexia. The association was observed between going to the library more than 1-2 times per semester (OR=0.41-0.62) and the decrease risk of dyslexia. Lacking active learning (OR=7.76, 95%CI=4.71-12.78), scheduled reading time (OR=2.55, 95%CI=2.01-3.23) and extracurricular training classes (OR=1.62, 95%CI=1.27-2.07) were positively associated with dyslexia. There was no significant difference in screen time duration between dyslexic and non-dyslexic children. Using electronic devices for learning was associated with decreased risk of dyslexia (OR=0.47, 95%CI=0.33-0.67), while playing video games was correlated with increased risk of dyslexia (OR=1.67, 95%CI=1.16-2.41). Conclusion Physical exercise, good study habits and using the electronic products in a proper way could reduce the risk of dyslexia to a certain extent. Parents and teachers should guide the school-aged children to develop a good learning and living style.

Objective: To determine the association between physical health fitness with Chinese reading ability of schoolaged children, so as to provide evidence for improving children s reading ability. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 923 school aged children in grades 2-6 in a primary school in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. The questionnaire included basic demographic information and Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children and the Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening. At the same time, participants underwent physical fitness tests which included an assessment of height, weight, and lung capacity, as well as a 50 meter run, sit forward bend, one minute skipping rope task, sit ups, and a 50 × 8 round trip. Results: A total of 59 children were identified with dyslexia. Normal children achieved higher scores than children with dyslexia in the total physical health score, as well as the one minute skipping rope score, one minute sit up score, and sitting forward score ( P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analyses showed that the reading ability of girls was higher than that of boys ( β =-3.04, P <0.01), and the children who regularly participated in more intense physical activity and who had higher fitness scores had a higher reading ability ( β =-1.68, -0.08, P <0.01). Children s reading ability increased significantly with parental educational level( P <0.05). Conclusion Gender, parents education level, physical exercise intensity, and children s physical fitness were identified as influencing factors of school age children s reading ability. A positive correlation was found between children s physical health level and reading ability.

Objective: To examine the changes of depressive and anxiety symptoms in school aged children during home confinement and to identify possible influence of learning and lifestyle behaviors on mental health changes. Methods: The population of this study were obtained from the "Tongji Mental Health Cohort". Two primary schools in Wuhan were selected through cluster sampling and students in grade 2-5 were surveyed. This study was divided into two stages. In the first stage (T1=during home learning), a total of 2 588 valid questionnaires were collected. In the second phase (T2=during school learning), 2 424 children were followed up successfully. Combining the results of the depression and anxiety symptoms of the two surveys of children respectively to classify the children s psychological outcomes. Association between home learning and lifestyle behaviors with the change of psychological symptoms in school aged children were estimated by disordered multi classification Logistic regression. Results: The prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms were 28.9% and 21.0% in school aged children at T1, 35.6% and 30.6% at T2, respectively. The aggravation and persistence of depressive and anxiety symptoms in children were partly related to their home learning and lifestyle behaviors. Concentration in class（ OR=0.63，95%CI =0.45-0.89）, frequent interaction with teachers ( OR =0.74, 95% CI = 0.57- 0.95 ), participation in physical exercise at home ( OR =0.60, 95% CI =0.41-0.87) was negatively associated with depressive symptoms in children. Time spent on playing video games ( OR =1.15, 95% CI =1.06-1.24) and fear of infection with coronavirus disease 2019 ( OR =1.83, 95% CI =1.39-2.42) were positively associated with anxiety in children. Boys（ OR=0.70， 0.63 ） were more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety symptoms than girls. Conclusion The prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms among school aged children increased when they went back to school after home confinement, suggesting more attention are needed for mental health intervention among school aged children.

Objective: To investigate the progression of depressive and anxiety symptoms of children, especially whose parents were frontline workers in the combat of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and to provide evidence for children s mental health promotion. Methods: In June and December 2020, two surveys were conducted among the children in a primary school in Qiaokou District, Wuhan. The questionnaire included demographic information, student learning conditions, and depressive/anxiety symptoms. Results: A total of 963 children completed both surveys. The detection rate of depressive and anxiety symptoms at follow up was significantly higher than that at the baseline survey (depressive symptoms: OR=1.45, 95%CI =1.16-1.83; anxiety symptoms: OR=1.79, 95%CI =1.41-2.28, P <0.01). There was no statistically significant change in depressive/anxiety symptoms among children whose parents were frontline workers compared with those whose parents were not( P >0.05). Girls, lower learning efficiency, and less interaction with teachers in class were risk factors for depressive or anxiety symptoms of children( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Mental health status of children requires continuous attention. Moreover, timely psychological protection should be given to prevent the occurrence of psychological problems and the further deterioration of psychological problems.

Abstract Children were vulnerable groups in major public health emergencies. In 2020, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic was widespread in the world. The mental health of school age children has become a worldwide concern. Herein, we conducted this review to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of general children and special children with a high risk of psychological problems, focusing on the prevalence of anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder among school age children in different countries and regions during the COVID-19 epidemic. Considering the susceptibility between individuals and the accessibility of social resources, we further explored the child, family, and social related factors affecting the mental health of school age children. Finally, some suggestions on the construction of children s mental health service system in major public health emergencies were put forward at the national, school family community, and individual levels. Building a safe and reliable child mental health protection network required the joint efforts of all sectors of society.
