Objective Through detect the expression of DLC1 and RhoA protein in breast cancer tissues ,investigate the effect of DLC1 and RhoA in lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer .Methods Totally 25 breast cancer specimens that had occurred lymph node metastasis and 30 breast cancer specimens that had not occurred lymph node metastasis were collected ,the expression of DLC1 and RhoA were tested by immunochemistry ,and the experimental data were analyzed by statistical methods .Results The positive rate of DLC1 in the breast cancer specimens that had occurred lymph node metastasis was 44 .00% ,that had not occurred lymph node metastasis was 73 .33% (χ2 =4 .889 ,P=0 .027) ,and the positive rates of RhoA in the two specimens were 92 .00%and 50 .00% (χ2 =11 .264 ,P=0 .001) .Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the expression of DLC 1 and RhoA had a nega‐tive correlation in breast cancer tissues (r= -0 .454 ,P=0 .000) .Conclusion The breast cancer lymphatic metastasis and is closely related to the low expression of DLC1 and the high expression of RhoA .

The clinical experience of Professor LIU Kong-teng's needling techniques and methods of the penetrating needling from Neiguan (PC 6) to Waiguan (TE 5) in the treatment of various diseases is introduced in this paper. The acupoints characteristics, penetrating needling techniques and methods and the clinical indications are summarized. Examples of Elbow flaccid paralysis, headache, insomnia, neck contracture, vomiting, hiccups, heart disease, the acute abdominal pain, acute lumbar sprain, acute ankle joint sprain and periarthritis of shoulder are given to explain techniques and methods of the penetrating acupuncture.

Objective　To compare the irradiation-protective and inter-synergestic effects of E838,WR-2721, Rubia cordifolia, cystamin e hydrochloride and ethinyl estradiol on radiation and combined radiation-burn injury. Methods　Above-mentioned drugs were given to the mice i ntraperitoneally, or intragastrcally, then, the mortality and the average surviv al d for 30 d were observed before and after the administration of the drug s. Results　①When drugs were before injury , the survival rate and the average survival d of the radiation and combined radiation-burn injured mice were increased obviously with the best effect in E838 and WR-2721. ②When drugs were given after injury, E838 and R. cordifolia also kept the effect. ③Combined appling WR-2721（pre) and E838（post）displayed a significant syner gistic reaction. Conclusion　E838 and WR-2721 are more e ffective than the others in the prevention of radiation.

Objective To investigate the serum levels of vitamins and antioxidative indexes as well as theircorrelations with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),and to analyze the influence of different detection methods on same index detection result.Methods Eighty NAFLD patients diagnosed by ultrasound were chosen for detecting the indexes,including the levels of serum RBP,vitamin A (VA),vitamin D (VD,ELISA and enzyme donor competition method),vitamin E (VE),vitamin B12 (VB12),and antioxidative indexes,including malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD,pyrogallol substrate method and WST-1 method) and reduced glutathione (GSH).Results Compared with the normal reference values,the deficiency rate of serum RBP,VA,VD,VE and SOD in NAFLD patients were 11.6％,38.4％,7.9％,86.0％ and 27.9％ respectively.The serum GSH level in the NAFLD group was lower than that in the healthy control group (P＜0.01).Detecting serum VD and SOD by different detection method found that the difference among different detection methods had statistical significance (P＜0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum VA,VE,GSH and SOD in NAFLD patients are significantly reduced.These detection indicators have the important significance for clinical diagnosis of NAFLD.
