1.Fingerprints of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Puper.et Maxim) Harms by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: The fingerprints of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Puper.et Maxim) Harms was studied by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography(MEEKC) in comparison with micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography(MEKC) and capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE). METHODS: The electrophoretic electrolyte was composed of a 1.0 %(w/w) SDS,6.6 %(w/w) n-butanol,0.7 %(w/w) n-heptane,91.6 %(w/w) 25 mmol/L borate solution(adjusted pH 9.5 with NaOH solution). RESULTS: The MEEKC-FP had good precision, stability and reproducibility with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of the relative migration time less than 3.4 % and the RSD of the relative peak area was about 6.3 %. CONCLUSION: This method provides a standard for the better quality controlling of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Puper.et Maxim) Harms.than MEKC and CZE.

Objective To observe the changes of serum lipids ,hs‐CRP ,MFG‐E8 and Klotho gene levels after rosuvatatin treatment in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicating hyperlipidemia for investigating the action mechanisms of ro‐suvatatin and its application value .Methods Totally 129 elderly patients with coronary artery disease complicating hyperlipidemia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups .The control group received only conventional treatment ,while on this basis the rosuvatatin group was given rosuvastatin 10 mg everyday ,with 2 months as a treatment cycle .Blood lipids ,hs‐CRP ,MFG‐E8 and Klotho gene levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups .The regulation effect of rosuvatatin was investigated Results The blood lipod ,hs‐CRP ,MFG‐E8 and Klotho before treatment had no obvious difference between the two groups .The levels of TC ,LDL‐C and TG after treatment in the rosuvatatin group were significantly decreased compared with the control group ,while the HDL‐C level was significantly increased ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .In addi‐tion ,the hs‐CRP level after treatment in the rosuvatatin group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0 .05) . Compared with the control group ,the levels of MFG‐E8 and Klotho after treatment in the rosuvatatin group were increased ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Rosuvastatin could decrease the blood lipid and hs‐CRP levels ,up‐regulates the MFG‐E8 and Klotho levels ,alleviates the inflammatory reaction and has the anti‐vascular aging effect ,thus effectively treats the patients with coronary heart disease complicating hyperlipidemia .

Chinese Journal of Urology 2008;29(12):843-845
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tolterodine in preventing bladder spasm during the operation to BPH.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of BPH patients were randomized to two groups:56 cases in one group were prescribed tolterodine 4-5 d before operation and 3-4 d after operation (2 mg twice daily),another 56 cases did not take any anti-spasm drugs. The bladder spasm occurring or not, frequency and continuing time of bladder were evaluated and recorded. Results In the controlling group:the non bladder spasm in 12.5% (7/56),mild bladder spasm in 14.3% (8/56),severe bladder spasm in 73.3% (41/56),In the treatment group:non bladder spasm in 87.5% (49/ 56),mild bladder spasm in 8.9% (5/56),severe bladder spasm in 3.6% (2/56).There was signifi-cant difference between the 2 groups (P<0.001).Conclusion Tolterodine could alleviate bladder spasm around the operation to BPH.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the efficacy of consecutive drugs in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 153 cases of moderate & severes chronic prostatitis were treated with consecutive drugs with sensitive antibiotics,? 1-blocker,inhibitor of cox-2 and traditional Chinese herb,20 cases being chronic bacterial and 133 nonbacterial. They were classified and evaluated according to the CPSI & EPS examinations as analyzed by T test. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 11.8 months(8~18 months). The average CPSI score was 32.6(32.7?5.3) before treatment and 13.4(12.8?7.3) after treatment (P

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To analyze the cause of re-operation after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit in early follow-up period in order to improve the efficacy of this operation and reduce postoperative complications. Methods 12 cases from 81 cases of re-operation were studied retrospectively after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit for bladder tumor in early follow-up period.Of the 12 cases, there are 4 cases of T 4,8 cases of T 3,7 cases of G 2,5 cases of G 3.They are all transitional cell carcinoma. Results There were 4 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction,2 necrosis of ileal conduit,2 adhesive folding of sigmoid colon into prostatic fossa,2 internal hernia and 2 avulsed incision due to infection .All the cases were re-operated nearly the first operation. After the second operation, all the cases were followed 6~12 months, average 7.7 months, the outcome was satisfied. Conclusions The ileal conduit is a kind of ideal methods for urinary diversion and its early complications should be avoided affecting the efficacy of this operation and the quality of life patients.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the value of helical CT and pulmonary artery angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary embolism. Methods The data of helical CT and pulmonary angiography of 18 cases of pulmonary embolism suspected by clinical diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Pulmonary embolism was diagnosed in 12 patients with pulmonary angiography, and treated by suction throngh cathether and local fibrinolysis. Results Embolism was found to involve 107 pulmonary artery branches in the 18 cases, including bilateral pulmonary lower lobes in 28.97%, left and right main pulmonary artery in 22.43%, lobar artery and segmental artery in 40.18%, and main pulmonary artery in 8.41%. The direct signs of helical CT and pulmonary angiography included partial filling defect, mural filling defect, central filling defect or so-called railway-track sign, and total occlusion. Secondary signs included enlargement of pulmonary artery trunk, local pulmonary digemia, pulmonary infarction and pleural effusion. 12 patients survived and showed clinical improvement with significant increase in PaO_2. Conclusion Helical CT is a noninvasive and effective method for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, while the pulmonary artery angiography is also an important tool in diagnosis and treatment of it.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(12):-
Objective To localize the gene of a Chinese autosomal-dominant non-syndrome deafness (DFNA) family by linkage analysis. Methods Pedigree was drawn after genetic investigation. All family members were checked up, and detail audiology examination proceeded (including pure tone audiometer, acoustic immittance measurement, auditory brainstem response). Vestibular function was evaluated. At first, the similarity of the family's locus linkage with the known DFNA loci should be excluded, and then whole genome scan was carried out. Results Deafness gene of this family was localized at 2q13-q14.2. A maximum LOD score of 3.22 (?=0.00) was obtained with the microsatellite marker D2S363. Haplotype analysis placed the novel locus within a 8.4cM region interval defined by markers D2S1888 and 2S2224. DNA sequencing of coding regions and exon/intron boundaries of a candidate gene PAX8 in this interval did not reveal disease-causing mutation in this family. Conclusion A novel DFNA locus was defined in a Chinese Neimeng family.
