Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):398-400
Objective To analyze the effect of prognosis of psychological counseling combined with early double anti antiplatelet on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were numbered according to their admission order. The patients with even numbers were in the observation group and with the odds number in the control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group were given aspirin and clopidogrel in the early stage, and the observation group were given psychological guidance on the basis of the control group. The prognosis in the two groups was recorded and analyzed. Results The neurological deficit score (NIHSS) and simple mental state score (MMSE) in the observation group (9.16±0.73)points, (25.42±2.00)points were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (12.59±1.05)points, (20.73±2.16)points.And the differences were significant (P<0.05).The level of dailyliving activity index (Barthel) and Hamilton depression (HAMD) in the observation groupwere (80.86±3.29)points, (13.70±1.53)points, respectively, which were better than those in the control group (71.53±3.75)points, (18.53±1.99)points, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 18.42%, slightly higher than 14.29% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Psychological counseling combined with early double antiplatelet intervention has positive effect on the prognosis in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
2.Volatile Constituents of Folium Artemisiae Argyi of Different Sources
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2010;08(4):214-217
Objective: To compare the volatile constituents of folium artemisiae argyi in order to provide chemical evidence for quality standardization. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from folium artemisiae argyi from five sources by vapour distillation and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) to identify and semi-quantify its chemical constituents. Results: The folium artemisiae argyi in Qichun (Hubei Province) and Anguo (Hebei Province) contained many volatile constituents, with uniform and stable contents of these volatile constituents. Conclusion: The types and contents of volatile oil of folium artemisiae argyi are varied in different sources.

Objective To investigate the coping strategies on college students facing infectious disease. Methods Interview,question-naires and Principal component analysis were used to explore the coping strategies of college students on infectious diseases. Results Col-lege students' coping strategies to infectious diseases involving seeking social support and active problem solving two principal components, in-volving 19 aspects. Conclusion As for colleges,a support platform should be built and the ability to actively solve problems urged to be strengthened for students. Among the coping strategies of College students’ toward to the infectious diseases, students choose to seek social support more than to solve the problem initiatively, indicating that gender differences and the environment may be related. The results provide a theoretical reference to public health and health education.

Objective: To explore the characteristics of IR spectra of the crude drug Herba Sedi collected in different habitats and seasons. Methods: The infrared spectra of all the samples of the whole plants were obtained by FT-IR spectroscopy, the sample powder tablets were used, and identifi cation features were determined through comparative study. Results: The harvest seasons of the samples are remarkly related to the positions(cm-1),intensity or ratios of some major absorbing peaks of the infrared spectra from the 15 samples of several different months and 4 habitats in Hubei Province,China. As for peak positions, the peak values(1625?7)cm-1 of all the samples in spring are less than 1623cm-1,but in autumn(April to October) are generally more than 1628 cm-1.And peak values(1057?16)cm-1 of the samples of spring are more than 1050 cm-1,but less than 1050 cm-1 for the samples of summer and autumn. Moreover, the habitats of samples are also related to IR spectra to some certain extent. Conclusion: The harvest seasons of Herba Sedi from Hubei Province can be preliminarily ascertained according to the IR spectra features.IR technique should be paid attention to in research and identifi cation of the harvest periods of crude plant drugs.

Objective To investigate the circulatory levels of hormones and cytokines in the patients with the chronic heart failure(CHF)and the effect of naftopidil. Methods The levels of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),endothelin-1(ET-1),adrenomedullin(Adm),neuropeptide Y(NPY),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP),and left ventricular fraction(LVEF)of 47 patients with CHF(CHF group)and 24 healthy subjects(control group)were measured by radioimmunoassay or echocardiography respectively. The patients were randomized to receive naftopidil(50mg Bid)in addition to routine therapy(B group,n=23)or routine therapy only(A group,n=24)for one-month.Results (1)The levels of TNF-?,IL-1,IL-6,ET-1,Adm,NPY,ANP,BNP and CNP of the CHF group were higher(P 0.05)in the levels of IL-1,IL-6,Adm,CNP and LVEF.(4)There were significantly inverse correlations between LVEF and TNF-?,ET-1,IL-6 or BNP(P

Objective To investigate relationship between microRNA-200c and ZEB1 in cervical epithelial mesenchymal transition factor. Methods 50 cases diagnosed with cervical cancer whose tumor tissue were taken to be the experiment group.50 cases diagnosed with uterine myoma whose normal tissue were taken to be the control group.ZEB1 and microRNA-200c of uterine tissue were were detected. Results The average level of ZEB1 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and in cervical cancer, lymph node metastasis and the depth of myometrial invasion had statistically significant (P<0.05).In experimental group, microRNA-200c average was lower than control group (P<0.05), and in cervical cancer, different pathological grade group, lymph node metastasis and deep muscular layer infiltration had statistically significant(P<0.05).In experimental group, ZEB1 and microRNA-200c showed negative correlation(r =-0.270 P =0.001).Conclusion The expression level of ZEB1 in cervical cancer is higher, and the expression level of microRNA-200c in cervical cancer is lower, suggesting that the two factors may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. The correlation between the two factors suggests that microRNA-200c may be involved in the process of cervical cancer by ZEB1.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(2):105-108
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus Bobath therapy in treating motor dysfunction of the core muscles in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral stroke.Method Totally 144 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were divided into a control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. The treatment group 1 was intervened by Bobath therapy, while the treatment group 2 was by abdominal acupuncture and scalp acupuncture in association with Bobath therapy. The recruited patients were examined for the manual muscle strength rating of the abdominal core muscles, Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score, and Barthel Index (BI) score on the day of admission, the 30th day and 60th day after admission.Result There were no significant inter-group differences in comparing the core muscle strength, BBS, and the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) on the day of admission (P>0.05). The core muscle strength, BBS, and ADL were significantly increased on the 30th and 60th day after admission in the three groups (P<0.05), and the scores in treatment group 2 were significantly higher than that in the control group and treatment group 1 (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Bobath therapy can significantly improve the motor dysfunction of the core muscles in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral stroke.
