Objective To discuss application of double pipe for negative pressure drainage in reducing intra-abdominal infections after gastrointestinal operation.Methods 85 patients with intra-ahdominal drainage after gastrointestinal operation were randomly divided into the control group (43 patients) and the observation group(42 patients).The control group used traditional latex drainage,the observation group took the double cannula negative pressure continued drainage.The intra-abdominal infection and bacterial number distribution,patients drainage time,drainage volume and drainage tube occlusion were observed.Results 25 bacterial cultures were positive in two groups of patients.Compared between the two groups,the bacterial number detection rate were significant.31 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 25 specimens.Compared between these two groups,staphylococcus aureus,clearing time of drainage,drawing tube time after drainage liquid being clear,the total catheterization time,average daily drainage volume were all significantly different.Conchrsious Double pipe negative pressure drainage for postoperative abdominal drainage can effectively reduce abdominal infection,shorten drainage time,and its effect is very good.

Objective: To compare the volatile constituents of folium artemisiae argyi in order to provide chemical evidence for quality standardization. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from folium artemisiae argyi from five sources by vapour distillation and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) to identify and semi-quantify its chemical constituents. Results: The folium artemisiae argyi in Qichun (Hubei Province) and Anguo (Hebei Province) contained many volatile constituents, with uniform and stable contents of these volatile constituents. Conclusion: The types and contents of volatile oil of folium artemisiae argyi are varied in different sources.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Huangqi inoculation fluid union chemotherapy in the treat- ment of the induction chemotherapy time of acute leukemia.Methods The patients with acute leukemia were ran- domized into two groups:the 1st group treated with conventional induction chemotherapy(control-group) and the 2nd group treated with chemotherapy treatment union Huangqi inoculation fluid(observation-group).Chinieal effects and poisonous side effects of two groups were compared.Results The completely alleviating rate of observation- group was 87.75%,the partially alleviating rate of observation-group was 4.04%,and KPS grades total improve- ment rate was 73.47%;the completely alleviating rate of control-group was 50.00%,the partially alleviating rate of control group was 16.67%,and KPS grades total improvement rate was 36.67%;the poisonous side effects of ob- servation-group was lower titan that of the control-group(P

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tolterodine in preventing bladder spasm during the operation to BPH.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of BPH patients were randomized to two groups:56 cases in one group were prescribed tolterodine 4-5 d before operation and 3-4 d after operation (2 mg twice daily),another 56 cases did not take any anti-spasm drugs.The bladder spasm occurring or not,frequency and continuing time of bladder were evaluated and recorded.Results In the controlling group:the non bladder spasm in 12.5% (7/56),mild bladder spasm in 14.3% (8/56),severe bladder spasm in 73.3% (41/56),In the treatment group:non bladder spasm in 87.5% (49/ 56),mild bladder spasm in 8.9% (5/56),severe bladder spasm in 3.6% (2/56).There was signifi-cant difference between the 2 groups (P<0.001).Conclusion Tolterodine could alleviate bladder spasm around the operation to BPH.

Objective To explore the development requirements and tentative ideas on the standardized teaching wards in the internship course of undergraduate nursing students. Methods 134 nursing undergraduate students before the internship and 70 nursing teachers were recruited in this study. A self-made questionnaire was distributed to these students and teachers to explore their requirements and needs in the development of the standardized teaching wards. Results The majority of students and nursing teachers thought that it was necessary to design and develop the standardized teaching wards for the nursing students and the six items of this study were accepted by them. Conclusion The standardized teaching wards will be designed and developed according to the six items of this study.
