1.Study on Influencing Factors of Quality of Life of Staffs in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Objectives: To find out influencing factors of quality of life(QOL) of staffs in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC),whose results would be taken as theoretical evidence for government policy-makers to work out strategy of health human resources. Methods: The WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF) was employed as the assessing tool for staffs of CDC who were in a city and its neighborhood counties. Each subject was asked to complete a spot self-assessment.Results: There is no significant difference of QOL of staffs between city and neighborhood county.Working at different departments was one of the influencing factors on psychological and social domains.Harmonious family relationship, good appetite, agreement to work competition, and confidence in working institutes were influencing factors to the total score of QOL.Conclusions: Scores of QOL of CDC staffs were relatively low with various influencing factors. It is necessary for leaders of related departments to take countermeasures to improve the QOL of CDC staffs.
2.Application of the integrated teaching methods into the physiology theory education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
To train the clinical ideation of students majoring in medicine is one of the goals of medical education. Applying the integrated teaching methods to the physiology theory education is helpful to cultivating students′abilities to think and practice the clinical ideation and application, inspiring their interests in study, evoking their ideation and enhancing their abilities to learn initiatively and solving problem independently.
3.Study Progress of Raman Spectroscopy of Human Blood
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
The appearance and development of laser technology had made Raman spectroscopy one of the most attractive research fields in analysis using laser.Raman spectroscopy had been widely used in the analysis of material components and structure. In this review, recent advances of Raman spectroscopy on human blood were summarized, which including the basic research on red cells, white cells, platelets and the serum concentrations of various substances by Raman spectroscopy. The rewiew also intruduces the Raman spectroscopy on early diagnosis for cancer, diagnosis for blood diseases, and its future development.
4.Effect of fractalkine on neuroprotection
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(12):-
The chemokine fractalkine primarily involves in chemotaxis, adherence and inflammation.Recently it has been discovered owning the ability of inhibiting cell death in neurons and glial cells,as well as protecting central nervous system from toxic damage.Fractalkine reduces the toxicity to neurons and glial cells mediated by excessive Fas L,glutamate(Glu) or lipopolysaccharide(LPS).In vivo neutralization of endogenous brain fractalkine signal pathway increases inflammatory cytokines secretion and neuronal cell death induced by LPS.Fractalkine may achieve its neuroprotective property through influencing expression of pro-apoptotic and anti-apoptotic proteins, intracellular Ca2+ level and inflammatory cytokines secretion via protein kinase B(PKB)/Akt and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)/MAPK pathways.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 1999;0(04):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the feature of tunnel enlargement after anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions and to investigate the influencing factors and the relationship between bone tunnel enlargement and clinical outcome. Methods There were 103 patients who accepted anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions with autogenous hamstring tendons for follow-up. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) offered the possibility of visualizing the bone tunnels from 12 to 18 months after surgery. The width was measured for tibial and femoral tunnel and compared to initial width. The tunnel size was graded to 4 grade depending on the increased width: grade 0(

5 cm. Track record of average range of motion and KSS score. Results A total of 27 knees(10.23%) showed HO after TKA, which included type Ⅰ13 knees, typeⅡ8 knees, typeⅢ 6 knees. Average KSS score of typeⅢ was 83.1?1.5. It was lower than normal group(P0.05). Conclusion TypeⅢ HO after TKA impact clinic outcome. Ostephte increases the probability of HO, and NSAIDS decrease the probability. The incidence of HO have no relation with implants.
8.Determination of Related Substances in Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in Donepezil hydrochloride tablets.METHODS:The separation was performed on AlltimaTM C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol?L-1 dipotassium hydrogen phosphate(3% triethylamine,pH=4.3)-methanol(60 :40) and flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 271 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃.The content of related substance was calculated by self-control with main component.RESULTS:Related substances were completely separated from the main constituent and the impurities were separated well from each other. The determination limit was 0.05 ng and the contents of related substances were 0.42%.CONCLUSION:The method is specific, sensitive and reproducible for the determination of related substances in Donepezil hydrochloride tablets.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(08):-
AIM: To study the effects of Shenmai injection on cardiomyocytes apoptosis after acute anoxia-reoxygenation (A/R) and the possible mechanism. METHODS: In this experiment, cultured cardiomyocytes isolated from neonatal rat were used. Model of myocardial anoxia-reoxygenation injury was produced by depriving oxygen for 5 min and then restoring oxygen for 15 min. The apoptotic cells was detected by flow cytometry to detect labbled Annexin V-FITC/PI. The intracellular calcium level was observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy markered Fluo-3/AM. RESULTS: In anoxia-reoxygenation group, the percentage of apoptotic cells and fluorescent intensity of intracellular calcium were both prominently higher than those in control group (P

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1999;0(09):-
AIM: To study the protective effects of Shenmai injection, a Chinese medicine, on angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ)-induced rat cardiomyocyte apoptosis in vitro and the probable mechanism. METHODS: Cultured cardiomyocytes from neonatal rats were stimulated with AngⅡ. Cell viability were measured by MTT, and apoptosis was evaluated suing Hoethst33258 fluorescent dye staining and flow cytometry. Fluo-3/AM was used to test the change in intracellular free calcium. RESULTS: It was found that incubation with AngⅡ (10 -7 mol/L) for 48 h increased cardiomyocyte apoptosis, Shenmai injection (0 5 g/L, 1 0 g/L) inceased myocyte viability ( P
