1.Study on Influencing Factors of Quality of Life of Staffs in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Objectives: To find out influencing factors of quality of life(QOL) of staffs in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC),whose results would be taken as theoretical evidence for government policy-makers to work out strategy of health human resources. Methods: The WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF) was employed as the assessing tool for staffs of CDC who were in a city and its neighborhood counties. Each subject was asked to complete a spot self-assessment.Results: There is no significant difference of QOL of staffs between city and neighborhood county.Working at different departments was one of the influencing factors on psychological and social domains.Harmonious family relationship, good appetite, agreement to work competition, and confidence in working institutes were influencing factors to the total score of QOL.Conclusions: Scores of QOL of CDC staffs were relatively low with various influencing factors. It is necessary for leaders of related departments to take countermeasures to improve the QOL of CDC staffs.
2.Study Progress of Raman Spectroscopy of Human Blood
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
The appearance and development of laser technology had made Raman spectroscopy one of the most attractive research fields in analysis using laser.Raman spectroscopy had been widely used in the analysis of material components and structure. In this review, recent advances of Raman spectroscopy on human blood were summarized, which including the basic research on red cells, white cells, platelets and the serum concentrations of various substances by Raman spectroscopy. The rewiew also intruduces the Raman spectroscopy on early diagnosis for cancer, diagnosis for blood diseases, and its future development.
3.Application of the integrated teaching methods into the physiology theory education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
To train the clinical ideation of students majoring in medicine is one of the goals of medical education. Applying the integrated teaching methods to the physiology theory education is helpful to cultivating students′abilities to think and practice the clinical ideation and application, inspiring their interests in study, evoking their ideation and enhancing their abilities to learn initiatively and solving problem independently.
4.Effect of fractalkine on neuroprotection
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(12):-
The chemokine fractalkine primarily involves in chemotaxis, adherence and inflammation.Recently it has been discovered owning the ability of inhibiting cell death in neurons and glial cells,as well as protecting central nervous system from toxic damage.Fractalkine reduces the toxicity to neurons and glial cells mediated by excessive Fas L,glutamate(Glu) or lipopolysaccharide(LPS).In vivo neutralization of endogenous brain fractalkine signal pathway increases inflammatory cytokines secretion and neuronal cell death induced by LPS.Fractalkine may achieve its neuroprotective property through influencing expression of pro-apoptotic and anti-apoptotic proteins, intracellular Ca2+ level and inflammatory cytokines secretion via protein kinase B(PKB)/Akt and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)/MAPK pathways.

Objective To explore the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture point injection on children with mental retardation at early stage. Methods 120 children with mental retardation were divided four groups: groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ, 30 cases in each group including 10 mild, 10 moderate and 10 severe, respectively. Group Ⅰ received intelligence training by their parents. Group Ⅱ was treated by transcranial magnetic stimulation and intelligence training. Group Ⅲ was treated by acupuncture point injection of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside and intelligence training. Group Ⅳ was treated by transcranial magnetic stimulation, acupuncture point injection of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside and intelligence training. 3 months was a course. DQ of 4 groups was tested by Gesell Development Scale before and after the treatment. The effective rate and different intelligence levels of 4 groups were compared. Results DQ of mild vs. severe and moderate vs. severe improved significantly in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P<0.01). The DQ of moderate vs. severe improved very significantly in group Ⅳ (P<0.01). Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture point injection may facilitate to improve the intelligence level of children with mild and moderate mental retardation.

International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1297-1299
AIM: To observe the effect on visual quality by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) warm-reinforcing method for early idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane(IMEM).METHODS: Totally 21 patients (21 eyes) diagnosed as early IMEM with spleen-kidney yang deficiency were treated by Gubenmingmu powder for 2mo.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), the contrast sensitivity and the modified vision quality of questionnaire score were detected to compare the life influence of pretherapy with posttherapy in visual changes.RESULTS: The BCVA were separately 0.24±0.07、0.22±0.06、0.27±0.08 in the treating time of 1, 2 and 5mo.Contrast sensitivity function in special frequencies of 6,12 and 18c/d increased than pretherapy (P<0.01), those of 3c/d were no statistically significant (P>0.05).Scales of night fixation difficulty, guidepost difficulty, TV font difficulty, satisfaction, annoyance, understanding, newspaper easiness had significant differences(P<0.01), while the rest of the scales had no significant differences(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: The TCM warm-reinforcing method could improve the visual function of IMEM patients and improve patients` quality of life.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
According to the changeover of modern medical teaching mode and the undergraduates' need of knowledge structure,we started the course Sociology of Sexuality in our university. In more than 3 years teaching experience and exploration,we arranged the content for each part of each chapter based on the teaching outline, teaching scheme and the students' knowledge and ability structure. As to teaching method,we adopted multimedia computer instruction, heuristic instruction, interactive instruction, participating teaching and audio-visual digital teaching method and so on.We are to introduce such a teaching means of exchange communication, and such an examination method combined with the traditional test as well as testing the capability of handling the actual problem, which can help to implementing the teaching work for Sociology of Sexuality.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 1999;0(04):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the feature of tunnel enlargement after anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions and to investigate the influencing factors and the relationship between bone tunnel enlargement and clinical outcome. Methods There were 103 patients who accepted anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions with autogenous hamstring tendons for follow-up. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) offered the possibility of visualizing the bone tunnels from 12 to 18 months after surgery. The width was measured for tibial and femoral tunnel and compared to initial width. The tunnel size was graded to 4 grade depending on the increased width: grade 0(

5 cm. Track record of average range of motion and KSS score. Results A total of 27 knees(10.23%) showed HO after TKA, which included type Ⅰ13 knees, typeⅡ8 knees, typeⅢ 6 knees. Average KSS score of typeⅢ was 83.1?1.5. It was lower than normal group(P0.05). Conclusion TypeⅢ HO after TKA impact clinic outcome. Ostephte increases the probability of HO, and NSAIDS decrease the probability. The incidence of HO have no relation with implants.
