The reports on the occurrences of contamination by algae in mineral water source and finished bottled water products, the found species, detection methods, spreading pathways of algae and its possible hazardous health effects were summarized in this paper. From the point of view of contamination control, some important key links were discussed. In accordance with the special characteristics of freshwater algae, the measures for control and the trend of some researches on algae contamination expounded by domestic and foreign scholars were introduced and analyzed combined with the key technological links, such as characteristics of mineral water source, water treatment, pour manufacture, package materials and management of bottled natural mineral water.

Objective To understand the pollution of fungi in natural mineral water sources for drinking. Methods Sampling was carried out in 73 natural mineral water sources supplying water for 69 manufactories of bottled mineral water for drinking. Results 982 strains of fungi were found in 45 water samples (61.64%) of the total 73 water samples. Fungi imperfect! revealed the highest detected rates. Phycomycetea, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes were all detected, but less frequently. Among 18 detected fungal genera, Aspergillus and Cladosporium were all the dominant genera, as well as Penicilliurn, Trichoderma and Fusarium were commonly detectable genera. No correlations were observed between the detected rates of fungus and total count of bacteria, total coliform, the concentrations of nitrite in source water. Conclusion The extragenous fungal contamination in the process of post-extraction might be the main factor resulting in the pollution of fungi in natural mineral water source.

Objective To study the ecological characteristics of toxigenic fungi in soil of the suburban villages of Zhangzhou, Fujian. Methods 48 soil samples were collected from 24 natural villages in Zhangzhou and cultured in bengal rose agar plate, then the fungal count and species identification were carried out. Results The numbers of fungi in unit area in 48 soil samples were in the normal rang. 3357 strains of 34 fungal genera were found in sampled soil samples. Fusarium and Penicillium were the dominant genera, as well as Trichoderma, Parcilomyces, Cladosporium which were commonly detectable. 4 strains of Aspergillus flavas were found, 2 of them were toxigenic. Aflatoxin B 1 production were 6?7 ng/g respectively and they didnt produce AFB 2? AFG 1? AFG 2. 2 strains of A. versicolor both produced sterigmatocystin. Conclusion Aspergillus flavus showed lower proportion in mycoflora and weaker capability for producing aflatoxins in soil of suburban villages of Zhangzhou. This data obtained could be used as the basis for agriculture areal programme.

Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion is one of the classic procedures for the treatment of cervical spondylosis, and dysphagia is a common perioperative complication of this procedure, which affects patients′ recovery to different degrees. This paper summarizes and analyzes the perioperative assessment and interventions in the care of patients with dysphagia after anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, aiming to improve clinical nursing staff′s attention to dysphagia in patients after anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of high-risk groups.
