Objective To explore the nursing effects of self-care body posture in patients after modified radical mastectomy. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, all patients met the following standard:clear consciousness, effective communication, no paralysis of limbs, no fracture. In the study group, according to Orem"self-care theory" concept, patients carried out self-care body posture with mainly focus on self-emancipated and the body center of gravity position, in the control group patients were given traditional posture care with mainly emancipated assistance. The first time getting out-of-bed, the occurrence of various complications, the comfort level of emancipation and posture, as well as nursing satisfaction on the first day after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The two groups showed significant difference in the first time out-of-bed, anxiety, the comfort level of emancipation and posture, as well as nursing satisfaction. There was no significant difference between the two groups in dizziness, limb swelling, flap effusion, flap necrosis. No pressure ulcer occurred. Conclusions Making use of self-care body posture in patients after modified radical mastectomy can improve the satisfaction and comfort of the patients, and improve the patients' recovery, without increasing the complication, which is worth promoting.

ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibition of ENAH gene silenced by siRNA on the growth of liver cancer cell.MethodsENAH-siRNA and control-siRNA were transfected to human liver cancer cell HCCLM3 using liposome Lipofectamine 2000 and ENAH-siRNA group and control-siRNA group were established. The expression of ENAH protein was detected by Western blot. Tumorigenic ability of the liver cancer cell was observed through nude mice tumorigenicity assay. Tumor volume was recorded, growth curve was drawn and survival analysis was conducted. The experimental data of two groups were compared usingt test, and the survival analysis was conducted using Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test.ResultsThe expression of ENAH protein in ENAH-siRNA group was significantly less than that in control-siRNA group. The formation time of solid tumor after inoculation in nude mice in ENAH-siRNA group was (24±3) d, which was significantly longer than (8±2) d in control-siRNA group (t=12.55,P<0.05). The median survival time of the nude micewas 64 (48~81) d in ENAH-siRNA group and was 34 (21~48) d in control-siRNA group. There was significant difference in the overall survival rate between two groups (χ2=14.33,P<0.05).Conclusion ENAH gene silenced by siRNA may obviously weaken the tumorigenic ability of liver cancer cell and inhibit the growth of tumor.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of primary hepatic lymphoma (PHL).MethodsClinical data of 9 patients with PHL who admitted and treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between March 2008 and December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Among the patients, 6 were males and 3 were females with the age ranging from 46 to 61 years old and the median of 53 years old. The informed consents of all patients were obtained and the local ethical committee approval was received. The clinical manifestation, diagnosis procedure, therapeutic regimen and prognosis of the patients were analyzed.ResultsAmong the 9 patients, 4 cases saw the doctor for the ifnding of a hepatic space-occupying lesion, 3 cases for epigastric pain, and 2 cases for fever. Nine cases were complicated with chronic viral hepatitis B (HBV). Elevated preoperative serum lactate dehydrogenase was observed in 3 cases. Ultrasound examination indicated a hypoechoic echogenic mass in the liver, and plain CT scan indicated a low-density lesion in the liver. The diagnosis of all 9 patients was confirmed by the pathological examination. Two cases underwent simple resection, 2 underwent resection + chemotherapy and 5 underwent liver biopsy + chemotherapy. By the paper submission date, 6 patients survived and 4 of them survived more than 12 months.ConclusionsThe clinical manifestation and imaging ifndings of PHL are non-speciifc. Conifrmed diagnosis depends on the pathological examination, and surgical resection combined with chemotherapy is an effective treatment.
