Objective To study the expression of CXCL12 and E-cadherin in condyloma acuminatum (CA) lesions caused by low-risk type (HPV6 and HPV11) humanpapilloma viruses. Methods The expressions of CXCL12 and E-cadherin mRNA in the lesions of CA caused by HPV6 and HPV11 and in the foreskins from normal males as controls were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results The expressions of CXCL12 in the lesions of CA were down-regulated (fold change = 20.23,P = 0.001), and the expressions of E-cadherin were up-regulated (fold change = 3.129,P > 0.05). Conclusions The expression of CXCL12 is lower and the expression of E-cadherin is higher in the lesions of CA caused by low-risk HPV. It suggests that HPV may suppress local immune response and change the adhesion between langerhans cells and keratinocytes , which may contribute greatly to the persistent infection of HPV and relapse of CA.

Objective To explore the influence of stereoscopic vision on the development of posterior capsule opacification (PCO) after intraocular lens implantation. The efficacy of Nd: YAG laser was studied. Design Case-controlled study. Participants 57 consecutive patients with POC(59 eyes with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation). Methods A prospective observational study was conducted comprising 57 patients (59 eyes) who had postoperative PCO. Neodymium: YAG (Nd: YAG) laser posterior capsulatomy was performed on all patients following a standardizes procedure. Preoperative and postoperative evaluation included LogMAR visual acuity, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision. Main Outcome Measures LogMAR visual acuity, BCVA, contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision. Results The average LogMAR eyesight median of sick eye before laser treatment was (0.22?0.31) and the contrast sensitive degree of each frequency area was relatively lower than the opposite eye; After the treatment, there was evident improvement of the sick eye, and the LogMAR eyesight median of that was 0.00; The ratio of reaching the central spatial eyesight and the average sharpness degree both improve much than ahead of treatment. Those whose spatial eyesight sharpness don't get normal after the low best remedy eyesight. Irregular dipodic and previous eye disease. Conclusions LogMAR visual acuity, BCVA, contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision were damaged markedly with PCO. Our results indicate that Nd: YAG capsulotomy may affect the reconstruction of stereoscopic vision. Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is a valuable and clinically relevant method for clinical treatment of PCO.

Objective To study the psychological stress level of medical nurses when the hospitalized cancer patients died and to investigate the related factors.Methods Toally 72 medical nurses on duty who encountered cancer patient's death between May 2013 to November 2015 were enrolled in the study.SCL-90 was used to investigate the mental stress levels in the medical nurses on days 3 and 7 after the patient's death,which were compared with the norm.The correlations between psychological stress level and related factors were studied.Results The score by SCL-90 on day 3 was significantly higher than that on day 7 (147.15±29.09 vs.133.62±20.37,t=6.64,P=0.00).Compared to the norm,the scores on 9 dimensions of SCL-90 were significantly different 3 days after the patient's death;dimensions of SCL-90 were significantly different 7 days after parternt's death (P＜0.05).Professional working was factor for medical nurse's acute stress disorder.Conclusion Cancer patients' deaths render huge impact on medical nurses,with acute stress disorder most manifest.In order to improve the the psychological quality of nurses,especially the young and inexperienced ones,we have to enhance the death education,helping them to seek for social support.

Microula Sikkimensis is a kind of plant only in China. Fatty acid composition of its seed oil was analyzed with a polar PEG-20M fused-silica capillary column GC combined with MS after the seed oil was saponified and methylated. 13 kinds of fatty acid methyl ester (FAMEs) were identified. The major constituents were found to be oleic acid 18.12%, linoleic acid 35.11%, ?-linolenic acid 8.33%, ?-linolenic acid 13.57% and stearidonic acid 1.21%.

Objective To investigate the effects of castration treatment by luteinizing hormonereleasing hormone(LHRH)analog(goserelin)on bone loss and bone resorption in men with prostate cancer.Methods Serum sex hormones,bone mineral density(BMD),serum and urine concentrations of bone turnover markers were determined in men with prostate cancer(n=36) and in age-matched controls(n=13).BMD in the lumbar spine(L2-4),femoral neck,trochanter,Ward's triangle and total femoral was determined by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA).Results After 12 months of LHTH analog therapy,the BMD of the femoral neck,total femoral and Ward's triangle decreased significantly in men with prostate cancer compared with the controls,all P＜0.05. No significant bone loss was observed in the control subjects.The concentrations of the serum markers of bone formation,i.e.bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),and urine markers of bone resorption,i. e.DPD,Cros,Ca/Cr were significantly increased in patients treated with LHRH analog compared with control subjects,all P＜0.05,respectively.Conclusions These findings demonstrate that a significant increase of bone turnover and loss of bone mass in men with prostate cancer after receiving LHRH analog therapy were correlated with the decreased levels of serum androgen and estrogen,and suggest that measuring BMD by DEXA and assesing the bone turnover markers can early detect the bone loss and osteoporosit induced by goserelin castration treatment.
